Now they are hiring the rudest most disrespectful people to represent them. I am a customer and when I make a purchase do not assume anything about me. I have earned an associate degree at 66 yrs old - with that being said my mind is clearly intact and I can count up to ten (lol) I will be going elsewhere for my smoking needs. Also if I just get a book of matches learn to say thank you and show some type of respect.

Both times I've visited here, the employees were super attentive and greeted me right away. They asked me if I need any help and assured me they were there to assist me, whenever. The customer service is stellar here. I feel very welcomed here, which is always a nice feeling. I don't visit smoke shops often, but I think it's safe to say this is one of my faves.
