Bought an 8th for my dads chronic pain and bought an 8th of sativa to play PS5. This store has a knowledgeable staff and the $35 8ths here would be $65 minimum in Bay Area. Edibles are incrEDIBLE!!! Fast acting! Curaleaf has the most positive vibe and perfect selection. Definitely can tell they care about the customer and don't want to just take my money like the other branded stores. Smoke weed, stop drinking in the pandemic. Heal not hurt your body. We can get though this together! read more

Dontay had really bad customer service. As i spoke to him he completely ignored me. Then came back with the wrong item. (I ordered online and they always cancel my order for some weird reason). Not sure if hes too hi** to function or he just woke up? But my visit was not what i would have liked it to be. read more

I went to Curaleaf on Central 3 days ago and bought their "in-house blend" 1/2oz which was buy one get one free. I was hyped because the person who talked me in to buying this assured me it was a good batch. When I came home and opened the bag, the cannabis was brown and soggy, as if it had been sitting for a while. I tried rolling a couple of joints to find that it was old weed we were smoking. Today, I went in to Curaleaf to exchange the medicine since you know, I paid for it, but I had tossed my receipt and it was trash day, however, I've been there a few times and they should have a profile for me, WRONG. Come to find out they did not have a profile for me and could not do an exchange or refund. I went to talk to the manager and showed him the cannabis which is brown and felt soggy, and his response was "that's what you get with discount weed", and said he wasn't going to do anything. I was ok at this point until he started yelling at me to get out because I told him they should retrain if they are not doing the profiles, he threatened to call the cops, and he started treating me as if I had stolen something and was very loud. The manager would not give me his name but he was wearing all black with glasses and a white had, he had a really long beard. How conveniente that they would not have my account on file when I went to exchange expired medicine. I am so disgusted by their actions towards a regular paying customer. I for once will not be recommending this store and will be reaching out to corportate. read more

Needs to improve their online orders. More times than not the order never gets packed and I don't receive a pick up text. When I go in 2 hours later I have to go as a walk in because they don't have my order. Other locations do not have this online order issue. read more

I drove down to this dispensary in South Phoenix because they claimed to have a cannabis product that I like. And it was supposedly $33 cheaper than the other Culaleaf dispensaries that I normally deal with. I ordered online, & called twice to confirm the order. For those of you not familiar with the neighborhood this place is in, it's dangerous. That being said, I made the trip to pick up my stash. Upon entering I showed the woman at the desk my driver's license which she scanned only to inform me that it was expired and couldn't be accepted. That was a shock to me, as I used it 30+ times at Curaleaf dispensaries in Phoenix before tonight. I asked her if I could show her other ID and she said no. Now this isn't about age restrictions. I'm over 65, and would not be mistaken for being under 21. I have to assume she was just being a jerk. So I drove back home and immediately checked my driver's license info online and of course found it to be current until 2029. So the moral of this story is that I'll never patronize this Curaleaf store on 3333 South Central Ave, Phoenix again. And I strongly recommend that you don't either. In fact, read their other reviews. It's not pretty. read more

Why put an online order if you still have to wait 10-15 minutes in line with the walk-ins, who sometimes get served first. Not a very good experience today and their check in system is easy, but not very well organized and coordinated well as far as handling the customers. Don't waste your time placing an online order, because you will still have to wait in line for a while in the back. The staff is Blah, but at least they are not rude. Only one older guy is cool and has good vibes and makes you feel welcome. Do better Curaleaf. I won't be back because of the way they run the online ordering it sux. read more

NEVER going back I'm a avid Cyclist that always wears Custom Backpacks to match my outfits & Bike. I was told to leave my "bag" outside the last time here. I felt racially profiled, humiliated. & I've been to this location several times without anyone saying anything about my Cycling Packs. I emailed them about this disgusting Jim Crow situation but they never responded. read more

0 !!! I'm not impressed, first time they didn't have my order from Leafly.. They also didn't have what I ordered so why have it on their menu? Second time, ordered again on Leafly and they said they didn't receive my order. So either they no longer are associated with Leafly and needs to take their name off of Leafly or their not getting any orders from Leafly and are misleading alot of ppl trying to order . They didn't have anything that I wanted and the old white gentleman working tonight wendesday Oct,19 th at 930 pm you where the rudest employee and you rushed, had attitude and made my mother have anxiety and she forgot to use her points cuz he made her want to get out of there.. I'm telling you it's always packed like sardines but the service is not worth my money.. I have $8 in points that I'll let go to waste cuz I will not give them my food business... Thanks for reading my rant . read more

The customer service here is not great but it's not bad, either. The guy at the from was super nice but once inside? It took forever for me (3rd in line) to get to the front and once there, the person helping wasn't very customer servicy which would be fine for some but it triggered my social anxiety especially after being in line for what was too long. I also didn't appreciate that their online price or THC % wasn't what they had in store, it's the first time this ever happens at a dispensary to me, only reason I continued with my purchase was because it's by my house and i didn't want to drive 20 minutes away to the next place but obviously its what i will be doing moving forward. I would never return nor would I recommend this establishment. I appreciate doing business with honorable people and not those who advertise one price and hit you with another. read more

Easy to get in and out and they're super helpful. Also teach you exactly what you need to know for beginners

Will not be going back they tell you one thing then charge another. False advertising. They just want your money to bad I won't be spending it at curaleaf on center. The manager don't care about the customer and try to explain their business explaining why they won't give you any deals. A buy one get one should be just that read more

Welcome to south Phoenix, the old guy with glasses id checker- greeter at the door gives lip, prices are high unless they are trying to get rid of something, Owner of the building, looks unfinished like shit hole, haven't repaired the north front corner, but the road is all torn up as well. I know it's a hard place to run a business because of all the knuckleheads that run around robbing the place but this is the place to sell smoke. Also, annoying don't be asking me for my phone number when I walk in there, if you want to see my ID, read it And don't ask me how to spell my name when it's sitting right in front of you on the ID. read more

This place is better than Nirvana, The Mint, AZ organix They have better deals & the staff are super nice and professional. Ive saved so much money with there loyalty points system. Id be a fool if I were to go anywhere else! This place actually has quality medicine for the best price in the valley read more

I did a pick up order because I am short on time. I have been to this location multiple times and always had a wonderful experience, everybody is friendly, and I was excited to come back pick up my order today. I was surprised when I got here and I didn't really notice anybody in the front checking people in because the girl was dressed in her pajamas so she did not appear to be on shift. So I walked up to the usual pick up window and asked if the pick up was still at the window. What am assuming is a manager behind the glass told me that I needed to check in, was very rude, and told me that there was a reason they had a process the way they did. I stated I was just asking a simple question. Probably the least welcoming experience I have had at the store. Then they told us we needed to just go to the back because pick up policies had changed, so now I'm standing in a line, watching the same manager it was rude to me kind of walk around and do nothing not offering to help us out faster. I'm confused and disappointed. Perhaps some coaching from other Curaleaf managers and increased professionalism would help. I recommend going to any other location. Curaleaf is awesome. This location is sub par at best. The manager guy was wearing a raiders mask- steer clear of him he is rude and condescending. read more

Every girl in here is always polite :) as well as the guys that work here! For my experience I've never had an issue with cura because they really do care about you! I could always come back without any problems:) read more

Thieves, i bought 3.5 grams today and decided to weight it to make sure i wasn't being robbed and just as I thought. It was half a gram light. I took pictures aswell. They are closed now but i wil be calling them tomorrow, they need to fix this or i am reporting this dispensary . Make sure to double check what you get if you buy here. Very highly dissatisfied with your company and staff located at 3333 S Central Ave in Phoenix, AZ. I placed an online order earlier today Sun Dec 13th For a gram of Kushmint and the Applefritter. When I got there to get my order I was informed that my order was given away!!! This is highly unprofessional. I've never placed an order anywhere else, but when I tried picking it up was told oh I'm sorry we gave your order to a walk in. Having an order system that you do not honor is the most redundant thing ever. read more

I always order express wherever I go because I DONT wanna wait. It seems as tho this is the only place that doesn't call Express orders First ? Doesn't make since to me first time here and I was in a rush so I ordered thinking I would be in and out it's like buying skip the line tickets and still getting in line ya know , so long story short CALL EXPRESS PEOPLE FIRST read more

NOPE!!! I'd rather make the drive. I came to try this place out and make sure you know what you want before you get in here they offer NO menu or tell you to go back to the lobby if you don't know what you want! WORSE PLACE EVER!!! If you come and leave mad you only have yourself to blame. You have been warned... read more

Best deals in South Phoenix. Every day they have new deals & nice staff all bud trenders are chill there.

Made online order went to pick up waited 45 mins in line to be told no order was made and product wasn't there anymore 420 for me sucked went home empty handed read more

Before the takeover by Curaleaf this used to be a great dispensary. The bud tenders knew your name, always tried to help you with the best selections, and honestly seemed to care about you as a patient and a person. Today this is no longer the case. Most of the best bud tenders have left for companies that values the people first. Leaving behind a group of zombies that know next to nothing about the product they sell and see patients as nothing but dollar signs. This past visit is officially my last. The theft of 16g off of my allotment is unforgivable. I would not recommend anyone to try this dispensary. With the wide array of shops to choose from you have plenty of options. Most with product, people, and and prices that are superior in every way. read more

this place over charges for their product and their product is lesser quality than the other dispensaries I've frequented in the area. unless you PREFFER to be taken advantage of 0/10 wouldn't recommend read more

First time I cam it was 5minutes before 10pm and they were already closed which is annoying. The next day I purchased some great meds and got my first-patient deal. It was my first time to Curaleaf and I have to say I'm very impressed! It was a nice location and very accessible, even for my big truck. As a first time patient you receive a BOGO on any 1 item in the store I got a timeless cartridge! Next time I'll try out the flower and possibly an edible. Amanda was my bud tender and she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back! read more

Great location good service and awesome meds. I would recommend this dispensary to my friends. There prices are very reasonable and the bud tender is always so helpful . Must try this dispensary. read more

My go to dispensary. Great hours and cool deals of the day. I decided to try them out because of the new patient deals. Each budtender that has helped me out has been friendly & knowledgeable. Be sure to park on the side, not in front: too cramped if you aren't driving a scooter lol. They are even open till 10 pm and offer a late night deal of 20% off. read more

perfect place to cop another bag of smoke today! Great daily deals great hours and many locations across the valley
