Located in a larger shopping center which was convenient. Lots of parking in the huge shared lot. Good special on what turned out to be tasty edibles in 5mg dose. Friendly staff. Decent prices & varieties of flower on the menu. Even a few strains I haven't tried. The edibles were on a great specials (Bits, I think they were called). They came in some neat combos, both THC forward and 1:1:1s like the Yuzu flavored ones. No big check-in process where they 'hold onto your ID and then take you from the front to a back room' situation you find in some other weed shops. I appreciate how easy & quick it was to buy. Middle of day & it wasn't crowded so a couple budtenders chatted with me which was great bc my day was kinda shitty beforehand :) I bought from the recreational menu so can't comment on the medical side. I used to come to this dispensary all the time, but after my visit on 11/14/25, I will NEVER step foot in this shady location again. What happened was beyond unacceptable for so-called "professionals and managers." I paid in cash, and the budtender did NOT count my change back--not even close. I am guilty for trusting they gave me the correct change and I stuffed the change and receipt in my purse. When I checked my purse, they had shorted me $60. When I went back, instead of taking some responsibility, they tried feeding me some BS story about how "it wasn't their fault" and acted like I was the problem. But here's the funny part--if it wasn't their fault, then why did they suddenly hand me $50 of the missing money? Not the full amount they shorted me--just $50. That alone shows something shady is going on behind that counter. When I suggested they count money back to customers (which should be basic customer service), they didn't like that at all. The attitude I got was unbelievable. And when I returned to get the rest of my money, the same employee wouldn't even look me in the eye and actually yelled my first name across the store before I could even walk up to the counter. That's not professional behavior--that employee looked nervous and was mumbling her words to me, which I didn't understand her. This place has gone downhill FAST. The vibe and area is sketchy, the transaction practices feel off, and the staff--including the manager with all the piercings--acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason they have jobs. I genuinely USED to like going here, but certain employees make you feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and disrespected. And that's exactly how you lose loyal customers. Save yourself the frustration. I understand both the not so glowing and the cheery reviews. If you haven't had any issues, that's good but the disorganization can lead to sorted outcomes. The staff are interesting, it's hit or miss whether or not they are nice to you. I mean, straight up some will ignore you and not in the high way, they purposefully not be helpful and others are basically decent. Online ordering is just a nightmare, randomly inaccurate or unable to be used. As some have mentioned, yes, the prices are fairly high compared to most dispensaries and unfortunately not a lot of loyalty opportunities. The Mint father north is worth a trip. read more

staff doesn't know about their own deals, they will charge you extra and not fix their own mistakes. asked if they have a certain popular statin in stock. i was told they have it in the building but it will be available "some time this week". i was told if i want to call everyday to see when it's ready i can. they wouldn't check in the product to sell me or give me a idea of when it could be purchased then laughed in my face saying they have lots to go through in the back. this place is embarrassingly bad at service and by the time they get product from top venders in stock, they are dried out or oxidized. i would be embarrassed to work here or shop here regularly. read more

They move at a good speed when busy. they always seem to be most busy on free preroll fridays. Every time I have been there someone gets told to calm down or to go somewhere else if they don't like it by budtenders. I think that's very uncool especially when people are only on edge because they are in pain and need their meds. That should be taken very seriously and handled correctly! Especially when the mistake or mixup is the budtenders fault like mixups with the order of patients being helped. I have only seen this poor service at this location and from those two male budtenders, one of them looks like he was the manager (longer hair). I have worked in HR and have been in customer service for 6 years and this is not a good look. There is always a better way. The quality and selection of the meds is average. A lot of stem- not clipped correctly- false weight. But the rest of the people are super friendly and I love going when helped by them!!!
