Located in a larger shopping center which was convenient. Lots of parking in the huge shared lot. Good special on what turned out to be tasty edibles in 5mg dose. Friendly staff. Decent prices & varieties of flower on the menu. Even a few strains I haven't tried. The edibles were on a great specials (Bits, I think they were called). They came in some neat combos, both THC forward and 1:1:1s like the Yuzu flavored ones. No big check-in process where they 'hold onto your ID and then take you from the front to a back room' situation you find in some other weed shops. I appreciate how easy & quick it was to buy. Middle of day & it wasn't crowded so a couple budtenders chatted with me which was great bc my day was kinda shitty beforehand :) I bought from the recreational menu so can't comment on the medical side. Nothing bad to report but I only tried one flower and two of the one brand of gummies. Will try again if I'm in the area. read more

I used to come to this dispensary all the time, but after my visit on 11/14/25, I will NEVER step foot in this shady location again. What happened was beyond unacceptable for so-called "professionals and managers." I paid in cash, and the budtender did NOT count my change back--not even close. I am guilty for trusting they gave me the correct change and I stuffed the change and receipt in my purse. When I checked my purse, they had shorted me $60. When I went back, instead of taking some responsibility, they tried feeding me some BS story about how "it wasn't their fault" and acted like I was the problem. But here's the funny part--if it wasn't their fault, then why did they suddenly hand me $50 of the missing money? Not the full amount they shorted me--just $50. That alone shows something shady is going on behind that counter. When I suggested they count money back to customers (which should be basic customer service), they didn't like that at all. The attitude I got was unbelievable. And when I returned to get the rest of my money, the same employee wouldn't even look me in the eye and actually yelled my first name across the store before I could even walk up to the counter. That's not professional behavior--that employee looked nervous and was mumbling her words to me, which I didn't understand her. This place has gone downhill FAST. The vibe and area is sketchy, the transaction practices feel off, and the staff--including the manager with all the piercings--acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason they have jobs. I genuinely USED to like going here, but certain employees make you feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and disrespected. And that's exactly how you lose loyal customers. Save yourself the frustration. Go literally anywhere else. This place lost my trust, my respect, and my business for good. The employees are ruining what used to be a decent dispensary. read more

I've been coming to PRC by Sunday Goods (formerly Phoenix Relief Center) since they first opened as a medical dispensary over a decade ago. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and even when the lines are long, they move quickly. There's usually a solid selection of products and some great daily deals. It's been consistently reliable over the years -- highly recommended. read more

It's always Homecoming Week at PRC! I get HIGH Anxiety when I visit PRC from the excitement and the eye candy and all the stimuli! It could have something to do with the condition of my condition at the time of my visit but, I really look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting some new ones! Going to PRC is like going on a blind date you don't want to end prematurely. Like most Good, random, casual, meaningless, nameless, faceless, anonymous sex! You want it to go on. And on. Most recently met Anthony, and what a fun time we had! I want to go on another date with him. He brings a big smile to my face. Asks pertinent questions, learning what's best for me. Makes recommendations. I get the most BANG for my BUCK, out of him, and a few others I am cheating on Anthony with. Don't Ask. Don't tell policy strictly enforced here. If you don't ask? I won't tell. Peace out. Mic drop. Fondly, and affectionately yours, Gary read more

Started out great. 28 pre rolls per container.now it's 25 per container. And the dispensary I buy them from has Doobie Tuesday.prerolls 20 percent off. Now they aren't available for that special anymore. So now you pay more, get less. I will be looking at another brand. read more

Was greeted by a friendly woman at the front! Once I checked in, I was seated in their waiting section. Then mark called my name and he helped answer all my questions. Transparently I'm picky when purchasing but he was super friendly and helped a lot. I paid cash but this location does accept debit card with cash back since it's a cashless atm model. Overall good selection, good vibes, and will be back read more

Great place but hit or miss on solid edibles. When I find an edible I like they're gone the next visit.

I understand both the not so glowing and the cheery reviews. If you haven't had any issues, that's good but the disorganization can lead to sorted outcomes. The staff are interesting, it's hit or miss whether or not they are nice to you. I mean, straight up some will ignore you and not in the high way, they purposefully not be helpful and others are basically decent. Online ordering is just a nightmare, randomly inaccurate or unable to be used. As some have mentioned, yes, the prices are fairly high compared to most dispensaries and unfortunately not a lot of loyalty opportunities. The Mint father north is worth a trip. read more

Absolutely love this place! They have been amazing before the recreational changes and after. The staff is always well informed on what works for my needs. The building is always clean and organized. I'll be back read more

I was banned due to me asking questions about price changing, i was new to the state and wasn't aware of the extra taxes. Now I have to ask the manager to lift the ban in order to Purchase from other locations. They called me rude and aggressive but hung up in my face. read more

staff doesn't know about their own deals, they will charge you extra and not fix their own mistakes. asked if they have a certain popular statin in stock. i was told they have it in the building but it will be available "some time this week". i was told if i want to call everyday to see when it's ready i can. they wouldn't check in the product to sell me or give me a idea of when it could be purchased then laughed in my face saying they have lots to go through in the back. this place is embarrassingly bad at service and by the time they get product from top venders in stock, they are dried out or oxidized. i would be embarrassed to work here or shop here regularly. read more

This place was so unorganized it's not even funny I wish I would've gotten the good deals they had to offer for the day !!! but I sat in there for 20 minutes with people standing at the counters glancing at me every now and then not helping me !!! I was in extreme time crunch and can't believe I wasted 15 + minutes of my life just sitting waiting for the guy to check me out After putting in my order mind you I was the only other customer in que at the time read more

One of my favorite dispensaries in the valley. Good online deals and great customer service.

When I checked in she's like you haven't been here in a while and after my purchase I see why. I paid to play a game then I ask for Sativa he's like yeah let me grab that then I get to the car and it's indica. Go back inside for her to say oh it's pre-selected. read more

Won't be going back the prices are too high for people that are on fix income I spent 300 on wtf half an ounce ! I know now to go to 2 others that work with people on fix income and also I make my own edibles too so it was only enough to make 4 canna teas with my canna milk I made, oh and the staff had no clue on anything I listed so I could get the proper strains so I got some price indigo and it really did not get me high and it should of since I just started up marijuana from 15 years of not doing it but now have to due to my highertial hernia and Gerd and my Post tactic syndrome and I told them this and that I have aspergers he was like dur wtf is all that! It's called your a pharmacy that gives out medical marijuana shouldn't they know more !? read more

They make it so EASY to choose something, everyone we saw was really knowledgeable!! Dry clean and great place to go.

I love coming here. Everyone knows me by name. They make a point to provide great service and products. My fave place!

i must say every since they have removed the loyalty program I feel this dispensary could care less about there regulars. I've been going to this location for a long time and been provided veterans discount to my purchases over the years but now they have included restrictions. the responses I got from several employees was corporate like which was a huge disappointment. One of my biggest reasons for going their was it's appreciate for loyal veterans. good thing there are other dispensaries in the valley. they just lost this customer. read more

I've been coming here since moving to the area early this year. Every time I come in everyone is very friendly and since I order online I simply pay when I arrive and usually leave within minutes. Quick and friendly place! See you guys again soon. read more

Highly professionally and courteous staff-- personable too. Much quicker than expected (especially compared to other dispensaries)-- I was in and out in minutes. I was made aware of all specials/sales and they took the time handle any questions in detail. read more

This place is Awesome. This has become my main go to spot since they opened. Top Shelf Meds always, and when I can't afford the top shelf, the budget strain has been quite nice as well. I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the owners is always there to answer any questions I have. My favorites on their Menu that you simply must try: Tokyo OG, Hawaii 5-0 (AMAZING), Pineapple Chunk, OLE 47 and one of the best Train Wrecks ever. If you're looking for top shelf Medical Marijuana in Phoenix, You won't be disappointed here. read more

The meds here are Bomb .com great service great ppl and great deal awesome location also. Love the free preroll Fridays

They move at a good speed when busy. they always seem to be most busy on free preroll fridays. Every time I have been there someone gets told to calm down or to go somewhere else if they don't like it by budtenders. I think that's very uncool especially when people are only on edge because they are in pain and need their meds. That should be taken very seriously and handled correctly! Especially when the mistake or mixup is the budtenders fault like mixups with the order of patients being helped. I have only seen this poor service at this location and from those two male budtenders, one of them looks like he was the manager (longer hair). I have worked in HR and have been in customer service for 6 years and this is not a good look. There is always a better way. The quality and selection of the meds is average. A lot of stem- not clipped correctly- false weight. But the rest of the people are super friendly and I love going when helped by them!!! For those of you who give great customer service thank you very much. Its greatly appreciated!! read more
