Very nice and cool location friendly staff and a lot of options and deals. And very clean.

This is a cool place and the people are nice and knowledgeable and want to help but if a problem happens the manager is terrible and just pushes compressed air thru the pen to waste the concentrate and then blames the customer. It's absurd that we go in and every time spend $200+ and we have an issue with a disposable that's $25+ and she doesn't want to help. Don't try the newer backpack disposable cause they are cool but don't work. Not worth the hassle, much less the disappointment! read more

I love the Nirvana in buckeye rd downtown phx!! The seasonal decorations are soooo cute!! I bring my mom here with me and she loves it so much the store looks so put together I feel like i'm going into an adult candy shop lol The staff is also pretty awesome there's a few people that don't bring the vibes but the good out weighs the bad and I usually have such great customer service! I have noticed there's no security during the day sometimes and that's a little sketch I live downtown and I know how bad that corner is so definitely think there should be security there all day when workers/customers are there! Other than that love this store sm! read more

I like going to Nirvana center for at least 10 years. It's always been somewhat fast service. They have great workers and a lot of products. So they're one of the best and they own the cookies store and they're turning the other stores into beautiful dispos as we speak. Construction is going on at this location right now. read more

Great customer Service but...... HORRIBLE DRY products! WAY Over priced!! Don't let them fool you with their %off promos! You can get WAY better products from the same manufacturer at most dispensaries. If you are trying to get good product at a good price this is NOT the place for you. Very disappointed!! Flushed $170 of garbage down the toilet Literally.. Potent Planet - Truffle 3.5g (so dry it crumbles when you look at it.) Toasted - Mr.Powers ( Smells like hay crumbles the same zero moisture) Potent Planet- Cobra House Top Shelf - best of the 4 but still so dry it can't be broken up Toasted - Sunset Sherbert (Smells like hay and outdoors so dry couldn't bring life back to it if you tried! read more

Oh come on it's not that bad at all, Yelp! I get it--if you buy some bottom-shelf flower, it will be VERY bottom shelf. Like of all dispensaries I've purchased cheap stuff from, Nirvana's cheap stuff is easily the worst. But their cartridge selection is indeed above average, and there are quite a few specials. Like on Sunday, they have two 500mg carts for $45. Nice! I also thought many of the edibles are cool. Overall, they have a pretty well-curated selection that's easy to browse. They manage traffic well, too. I think it's OK! read more

People who are leaving 5 star reviews are doing so bc they have a deal here that if you leave a review you get a free joint and you can leave a review up to 3 times a week/month lol This place is weak. I am a patient and customer and I must say how truly disappointed I was when I visited your 35th Avenue location in Phoenix on 5/4/20.  Not a single employee there was wearing a mask and did not seemed to be concerned with keeping their social distance. Most of the customers were wearing masks but not a single Nirvana Center employee had one on.  In order for everyone to be protected, everyone must be wearing masks, customers and employees. Arizona's Covid 19 cases are on the rise currently.   With all of the misinformation out there, the least your company can do is take this virus and your customer's health seriously by protecting them when they walk through the door. I will not be returning and will be sure I tell everyone I know until you fix this situation and start taking some precautionary measures to protect both your employees and customers. Please consider the safety of your employees and your customer's.  This is not a joke. read more

I've only been to Nirvana Center once so far. I stopped in because like many other dispensaries, the 1st time patient deals. BOGO up to a quarter. You just can't beat it. I noticed while I was there, about 4 other patrons came in. All four of those patients were in there for the specials. Select $45 half ounces/$80 ounces and select $60 half ounces/$99 ounces. Every single person went that option. Of course BOGO deal aren't available for half ounce and ounce deals so ... next time I'll take advantage. I chose 3 strains I've never had or heard of: Golden Lemons, Grease Monkey and Sour Patch Kids. I also chose Durban Poison as my other BOGO option. While checking out I heard that the select strain of the day ($45 half and $80 ounces) was Durban Poison. I asked, what's the real difference in the Durban Poison (supposedly top shelf) that I'm paying for versus the sale Durban Poison. The buntender explained the growers. I learned in Seattle that all though the name of the strains are the same, the smell and smoke differently because of the growers. I haven't tried the Durban Poison yet to tell if it's truly high grade. What I appreciate about the Nirvana Center is whatever bud I see or smell is the bud I'm actually purchasing. The same container they let you smell out of is the same container they're going to package your bud from. Unless it's the pre-packaged bud. I REALLY like that! When I visited Nature's Medicine's' the bud I smelled and saw was NOT the same bud they sold me. I know that for sure! Lastly, when I got home and looked over the receipt I noticed I said, "Patient denied MMJ education" or something like that. That wasn't true. The MMJ educational information was never presented to me. The same thing happened at 2 other dispensaries. Makes you wonder, are they really in the industry for the medial aspect of it all? Hmmmm read more

I was so pleased to find multiple selections of flower (my people call it weed) at a 1/2 oz for less than $90. A low wait time, quick and helpful staff, good selection and better pricing puts Nirvana on the map for me. It's my belief that weed should cost $100. Oz. so -1. read more

I've been going into this place weekly spending about $200 to $300 a week. For some reason this particular Sunday, someone who I believe was the manager kept telling me to put down the bags. I'm always handed the bags they proof them for me to smell them they let me touch them to make sure it's not dry. This particular lady happened to be on an unfortunate power trip. When the product on their shelves for multiple weeks at a time ( same strain and weights) and have no dates labeled on the product I NEED to know that I'm getting a fresh quality product. And are the bud cutters are not experienced enough to inform me I will flip over the bag to read the labels. Hiding labels from patients is never OK! As a medical patient for over 10 years I've never been treated in such a disrespectful way as if I was going to steal. Again this is the first ever instance I was never allowed to touch or smell the products prior to my purchase. I certainly will not be returning to this chain dispensary and certainly will not be referring any friends again. (35th ave in phx) The management is atrocious if they can't be cohesive enough to train their employees to follow the same rules than I will go somewhere that does. If the rules are changing they need to explain that to the patients that they will no longer be getting the same service as they had previously been getting. Needless to say after getting upset about her rules and completely she refuse me as a patient and told me to leave. And again I'm not going to blindly spend $200-$300 on a product that has sitting on the shelf for three weeks UNLABELED. Yes I'm going to check dates and everything I buy. From medications to cosmetics to groceries. It's unacceptable to not be allowed to check packaging labels prior to my purchase. This type of incident was a first and last because i won't be back. And sadly I've been coming every Sunday for many many months. This is just one frustrating incident of many and the frosting on the cake and it completely goes to show why the employee turnover is the way it is at this particular location. read more

0 was not an option, Tempe location is a complete joke. This is the closest location to us and from failing to check patients in and keep track of check in order to failing to update stock and prices for customers we have had nothing but difficult experiences. We've placed online orders and had our product sold or switched out and sold to other customers, refused to honor deals reflected on their website. All in all the customer service and disorganization of this place is unreal and try not worth your time read more

I've been a regular here for a few years now and it used to be the best location near me for both customer service AND solid deals, however that isn't the case anymore. If you're going in expecting a deal from their website, you're going to be sorely disappointed. They claim they have deals on certain brands or products but once you order and go to pick up, you'll be surprised to find that the deal you were expecting only applies to specific strains that they fail to mention online. When you bring up this issue, they give no empathy, suggest other products that aren't on sale, and give attitude. They will also disguise a happy hour deal (spend $50 get a free preroll sort of thing) As "something for your inconvenience". Not every budtender is a problem, there are some good ones there, but I've had multiple experiences where they just don't even try to feign a good customer service attitude. Don't bother with this place, go to natures med down the street, they at least hold true to their online deals. read more

Would give 5 stars based on the atmosphere but are you serious on this flower? What a joke. Literally the worst o I've ever bought in my life. Not only that but they posted a special a day in advance and then refused to honor it when I placed my order. Instead told me I had to cancel my order and pick something else. My regular dispensary wouldn't dream of that. They'd honor it and apologize. Not here. Had to pick another strain and I'm like?? The smallest buds, tons of stems and shake. You guys do remember this is medication ppl pay for not just green for the lining of pockets right? Also: Love how yelp is hiding the 46 bad reviews but only kept the good ones. Are you both serious? How the hell do I tell yelp they get 2 stars now. You both are irritating and now I doubt I even wanna use yelp much less ever go back to nirvana. read more
