It's absurd that we go in and every time spend $200+ and we have an issue with a disposable that's $25+ and she doesn't want to help. Don't try the newer backpack disposable cause they are cool but don't work. Not worth the hassle, much less the disappointment!

The waiting area has a large TV and either tea or juice is available. I only come when grams are $10, so, naturally, it's busy, and I have learned to expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour. The product is not bad; it's not as good as the more expensive dispensaries I've visited, but the flowers are decent. The gals working in the back remind me of car show models, and for what I've seen, the guys seem to work the front desk more often than not. Because there is always a long line, I feel the need to rush. Luckily, ECG now has an app, and you can order online. Then, you just pick it up-no real waiting.

The lobby and med station set ups have been redesigned. It's still a little bare bones- but overall has a nice minimalist vibe. Always recommend going on Saturday for their 8g of shatter for $99 deal. They used to run that special all the time for all concentrates- but now crumbles, batters, live resins, and sauces are a little pricier. Look out for the deals! Overall, I return here for the great value! They have a loyalty points system as well which is nice to save a few bucks on your order if you're a frequent flyer!

The advertisement displayed on the billboards is highly misleading and designed to entice…read moreindividuals to visit the dispensary. Despite my negative experience at the dispensary, I cannot and would not recommend this establishment. The associate I encountered was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us in finding a suitable strain seemed to not care much once we mentioned the promotion we were interested in. The advertisement prominently states "FREE OUNCE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS" without any additional fine print. This should be the sole basis for honoring the promotion. However, upon visiting the dispensary, it was discovered that a $50 purchase is required to redeem this offer, and the customer receives only 7 grams of some low grade in house brand instead of the advertised full ounce. This is a significant reduction in the value of the promotion, requiring the customer to return three more times to spend another $50 each time to obtain the promised amount. This advertisement is highly deceptive, and if the dispensary is aware of its misleading nature, it should take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This could involve removing the advertisement or making a substantial alteration to the promotional promises displayed on the billboards.

We were charged the sale pricee for a thc cart but what we got in the bag was the next size down. We went back to address the mistake and they said there was nothing the could do. Well they offered a free vape pen battery..... not exactly what we asked for but... something i guess. My issue is the customer shouldn't pay for the employees mistake and a dismissive attitude is just poor customer service. In my opinion they stold from us. There's lots of dispensariesm... I wouldn't waste time on this one.

By the end of our visit, we spent over $100 but also saved over $100. (Took the photo attached prior to ringing out all the products we got). My friend and I have very limited experience visiting dispensaries, but we've only ever had good experiences at this JARS Metro Center location! I generally have great service from everyone (including the young manager with the dreadlocks), yesterday I was serviced by Joe (pause) and he went above and beyond to find the products that I'm used to. . The only reason this one doesn't get 5 stars is because they don't offer drive thru service and the harvest/manufactured dates aren't available online when you are making your selections. I like to purchase based on these dates for freshness. I can't stand a stale pack. Also, when this location (before story) used to host a lot more events and they just haven't as of late, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, the staff is always friendly. The products are generally well stocked, and the perks (good, used to be better). The prices match the quality. Lastly I've never had a problem with pick-up or walkin.
