We were charged the sale pricee for a thc cart but what we got in the bag was the next size down. We went back to address the mistake and they said there was nothing the could do. Well they offered a free vape pen battery..... not exactly what we asked for but... something i guess. My issue is the customer shouldn't pay for the employees mistake and a dismissive attitude is just poor customer service. In my opinion they stold from us. There's lots of dispensariesm...
