As a customer I received at the worst customer service at N 83ave from Chloe (the manger) & the two gentlemen working up front/register. I went in to purchase product and I was actually charge for it. Money was taken out of my account ($93.50) and then I was denied the product even after proving multiple times that the money was taken out of my account I actually had to leave the place. Now I am left to take care of this issue that is very very inconvenient.. I checked my bank statement and took a screenshot as well as called Wells Fargo call center and confirm that the money was withdrawn/charged at some point at this location. Kept telling me he can only give me store credit, kept repeating advice to me so I can avoid this in the future without listening to anything I was saying, then finally agreed to add credit to my account to replace the product that they sold me as defective, all the while acting like I did something wrong. The real joke? Another one of those carts I bought was defective. I'm done with Select, and I'm done with this Curaleaf location. Can't trust them to take accountability for the products they are selling and treat customers with respect. I wish I used a credit card so I could do a chargeback on these scammers. The girl who answered the phone repelled me from wanting to frequent this dispensary, she was not hospitable nor personable, and she had an attitude answering all of my questions. I called the Natures Medicine 1.4 miles away from this Curaleaf, and they were polar opposite experiences, friendly, helpful staff over the phone, and even better in store. There are three people there that are always in a crap mood and it's contagious. Waving your hands shooing me saying "go,go,go!" when I dont know what register you want me at, is unacceptable. Talk to me like a person, what register you will help me at, and I will walk there. I was extremely offended and tried to get the mans name but there is only one call center for all the locations and they were unable to help me. It is really unfortunate that they are unable to maintain a consistent stock of Indica flower. It is also rather frustrating when they can't maintain a consistent specials. I don't have all of the time in the world to search out deals. I am a busy woman. I always appreciated that I could consistently come in to Curaleaf and know what I was able to get and now that has changed. The prices have gone up and the manager, Jasmyne, made it clear that they were not going to work with anybody about the inconsistencies their company is providing to their customers. Bought an Apollo battery and unfortunately it did not fit the pod I had. I looked up Curaleaf's return policy and it stated that products could be returned after 30 days. I brought the battery back and asked if I could get a refund or exchange and the girl in the front told me all sales are final. I showed her the return policy on the website and she insisted all sales are final and it says that on the bottom of my receipt. I then responded by showing her the receipt and that the receipt did not say that. She ignored me and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager but at that point I had enough. I then reached out to Curaleaf customer service and they asked to send them proof of payment with receipt and product. I did and they said they'd send it to the store manager for review. Low and behold I have heard nothing back. Won't go here again! read more
