Well after standing in line for over an hour and finally getting inside, I was thoroughly disappointed and I left incredibly angry. My first time in a dispensary I wanted to look around and possibly add to my online order which you had to do to get in the door, but I was rushed by the purple haired girl and she just was of NO HELP at all!! I wanted to add some vape cartridges but was told "you need the right battery and we don't have any" asked about ointment to which we got "we just have this" no explanation of the product or how it works. Will not be returning ever. I'm sure there are many more Dispensaries that will happily take my money after answering my questions. Don't waste your time at this place they were rude obnoxious and I hate being rushed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this place SUCKS BALLS!!! Oh and I just read my receipt and it states at the bottom Educational material: Rejected I wasn't even asked if I would like any educational materials. Who was in charge of delegating the lines outside definitely took offense that I asked for his name firstly I think corporate should stop allowing customers to submit orders online way before closing because I submitted an order and didn't receive any confirmation after 40 minutes of waiting, so I thought why not head in it's after arriving I went into the online order line waiting my turn a group of at least five people in the same line were let in and then the same for walk in, the fella then checked my id and stated your order isn't ready and you will have to go to the back and checked the lady behind me I overheard him tell her the same thing time passes and he is allowing folks that are medical in totally understandable and then proceeded to allow about five more people from the walk in line. The online order is ment to be out of convenience? Did not get that experience. When the employee allows me in I asked for his name he said Everland I hope I understood correctly I said than you and kept it pushing... shortly after entering I was approached by a manager is what I'm guessing he was, he had a bob haircut and he didn't say his name and I didn't think to ask he started with "You wanted to talk to me" I replied with well I only asked for his name but I do have an issue with how I was skipped over I explained what I experienced and he instantly replied with how staff can get very busy and do their best to get everyone in and out. He also mentioned that typically if you don't get confirmation within the first 30mins it's safe to just come on in. My main point in that conversation was for him to understand my frustration of being skipped over, why offer a service that you cant provide effectively. I also don't appreciate a "manager" approaching me and I didn't even request one to approach me in the middle of the line which is also in the middle of the store it was inappropriate why not wait until I requested while I was with a tender? If I even wanted to address the issue with management or leave a review online. The tender by the way was super helpful and was very kind. Wish I got the managers name, I definitely will just avoid this Curaleaf location. I am glad to know there are plenty of other dispensaries that I can still rely on. read more

Worst dispensary ever. Fair warning you have to wait outside. To wait inside. To be seen inside to wait in line again. But that's not even why I'm disappointed. I don't know what's going on there but I've been a patient long time but today they have recording on phone which says call back. I have called back multi times and still no real human to talk to. I put in online order in the morning and still at 2 p.m. showing in progress. I'm not driving all the way down there to see what's going on. I emailed them- still no response. If I could give them negative stars I would. Their weed is sooo terrible & I would like to say for the price but not even cause you can go to another dispensary with the same price and better weed. I have such a bad experience here and ANY Curaleaf locations not to mention I've tried multiple thinking it's just that location and I'm disappointed everytime. I'm in a Cannabis Facebook group which is basically just a bunch of weed enthusiasts who post their weed, pieces, deals in the area. You can post anything weed related basically.To test I posted the weed I purchased from here today & I got 45+ comments stating how terrible Curaleaf is and I got so many recommendations on other dispensaries so I'm glad I'm not alone. I shouldn't be paying $50 and walk away with dry powdery popcorn nugs that are mostly stems. Ponderosa Releaf sells $45 quarters (maybe $40 I think they recently raised the prices doesn't matter either way still cheaper) and they're actually full sized nugs and they're bomb. Been here about half dozen times and have been very unimpressed with the quaility of the flower. Yes they were rude majority of the time anyway like they had somewhere to be??? But back to the flower. This isn't the 1st curaleaf to be continuously horrible and a complete waste of allotment and cash since they only put fairish prices on halves or ounces. Seriously have been burned so bad that it made me stop going back. Only to come back to be rushed out with what was a very dry herb of some kind.
