I hav e been going to Sunday Goods, in Suprise, since it opened. It had always been a pleasant experience. I did notice once that the quantity of pre rolls I ordered were not in the bag when I got home. LAST NIGHT I ORDERED 28 PRE ROLLS. I went immediately home. THERE WERE ONLY 25 PRE ROLLS IN THE BAG AND I AM PISSED! If you go there, make sure your items are counted out in your face. This place is no joke the Apple Store of dispensaries. First time buyer, you'll get 30% off from any of their store brand products. You instantly greeted when you come in. I always find it fascinating how dispensaries outside of Cali, all look like regular stores. It's insane, so welcoming. You window shop, wait while a rep call you by name, process your items and then pick up at the register. They close at 12am, just in time to for that midnight snack. 5 Stars for an easy, breezy experience and great service (thanks for your help, Brianna!). We arrived close to closing time, but still never felt rushed. To start, you check-in with your ID and then can go into the main shop. It's a bit overwhelming for folks like me who have zero knowledge and usually need help picking the right edibles. Luckily, when I went up to the counter, the gal there- Brianna- was supremely helpful! Brianna helped talk us through some brands and styles of edibles until we picked out the right ones for us. She used her own experience with different varieties to help us understand the potency and special properties. It was really helpful and also super approachable in terms of asking questions. Overall, a great experience! Just watch out for limited parking during busy times (like right before closing, lol). read more

We really like Sunday Goods. Nice clean design and lots of variety, the staff is very kind and they are usually quite reasonably priced. There is something going on lately though that is a bit odd... I have noticed that lately on the Wyld gummies in particular they are trying to enforce a 2 unit minimum. (I'm not sure if this applies to other products...) We go in an pick up one gummy because that's what we need. We don't need or want 2 at a time, and I'm pretty sure there's a legal issue with requiring someone to buy more drugs than they want or need. I also found plastic in my gummy on one occasion, saved the wrapper and the plastic and called to let them know about the issue. My call was not returned an nothing was done about it. There are a couple of policies that should really change. Otherwise, great place. read more

All good weed but was surprised when they range me up and it was over $100. Sales guy said there was a 35% tax. Researched this and found a different tax online for Arizona. Arizona imposes a transaction privilege tax (TPT) on the sale of both medical and adult use marijuana.023 Additionally, a 16% excise tax is imposed on the retail sales of adult use marijuana.03 The TPT rates vary from 1 to 4%, in addition to the 5.6% statewide TPT.2 A special excise tax, the Marijuana Excise Tax (MET), applies to recreational marijuana, per A.R.S. 42-5452(A) Did I get scammed? I first went go Sunday Goods about a year ago. I mostly like flower and edibles. I was not so impressed a year ago with their flower selection but they always had good deals on edibles. I usually buy Camino or Wylde there. I decided to go in again today. It had been a while. I saw they had added Grow Sciences products which I had heard good things about. The flower selection was much better now. I was impressed. I only purchased some Grow Sciences Rosin Edibles. Basically gummies more or less. Was a good experience. Staff all friendly and helpful. I've been to this dispensary twice now and had a great experience until I got home yesterday and realized the cartridge I had been sold was labeled as a Sativa rather than a hybrid as I had requested and had been assured by the worker that it was a hybrid. I looked into this online as well and the Fuji Apple Haze is a sativa dominant strain, which may cause some users anxiety. This is why I do not use or buy cartridges that are labeled as sativa. I emailed Sunday Goods immediately once I noticed and asked if they accept exchanges, but decided to call today when I didn't receive a response since I assumed it may be time-sensitive. They do not accept any exchanges, which I could not find that information on their website. I wish I had looked over my products before purchasing and leaving the store as this is definitely frustrating for someone who now either has to choose to use it and hope I don't get anxious or not use it and waste $45. Would appreciate if their workers had reviewed my products with me again before purchasing to ensure it aligned with my requests and if their website had returns and exchange information available. Unhappy with this specific purchase and hoping they will not make any similar mistakes when I choose to go back. I really enjoy this company and their whole brand so I am definitely still going to return as a customer, but will be 100% sure before I buy anything. 02/29/2024 UPDATE: Wow! Just when I was under the impression that their service couldn't get any more horrid, I encounter "JACOB" the on-site manager at Sunday Goods Tempe. Not only is he a liar, he is a racist, sexist, bigot. I've complained about Sunday Goods and their misleading hours and pricing numerous of times. But what I refuse to tolerate and will now bring to the attention of The Better Business Bureau, is how I arrived at this location at 11:52 pm and I observed a Caucasian gentleman who arrived in the parking lot at the EXACT time I did but exited his car before me be allowed into the store (without an online order because he waited to be serviced by a bud tender), but I a woman of color was not allowed to enter in behind the gentleman because they were "closed". I stated that I had an online order already placed, as the security guard went to grab the manager JACOB, I watched him look at me with disdain (as we've had previous discussions about the POOR service at this location) and tell security to not allow me entry into the store. Now it's 11:55 when security returned to explain this. I asked to speak to a manager (JACOB) immediately because not online did my email confirmation state that all online orders would be pulled at 11:30, it also did not state on that email or on their posted hours that Sunday Goods won't allow any customer regardless of an online order or walk-in to be allowed into the store after 11:50 (?) despite me just watching a gentleman walk in moments prior to me at 11:52...but what was even more disrespectful was for him to tell me that it is now 12:01 so my order can not be picked up. How disgusting it is for this poor excuse of a manager to insult not only my intelligence but other patrons intelligence as well by telling us it's 12:01 when everyone else's phone (who arrived before midnight and were waiting to gain entry too) stated that is was 11:56. We all looked at each other baffled that he would mistakes us for fools that weren't able to read a clock and tell the time. Which is what led me to asking for his name, badge, and making him aware that I was taking a time stamped photo next to the posted hours outside of the door as proof that he not only lied about what time it was, but that the hours posted outside of the store and online are certainly misleading. Do not state that you are open to midnight but lock your doors and deny entry at 11:50 if you don't make customers aware. We wasted our time, fuel and energy to drive here when we could have easily once again chosen to go elsewhere that could better suit our needs. It's not right to advertise a drive through open till 11:30 but you close it at 9 or 10 pm. It's not good business practice to send order confirmations via text and email that state we can pick our order up by midnight when you will deny entry to patrons that placed an online order AND arrived prior to 11:55 pm. It's not ethical to lie blatantly to your customers about the current time as if we are intellectually disabled. And it is extremely difficult to watch discrimination happen before your very eyes, when a Caucasian male was allowed to be serviced but the woman of color that arrived at the same time was not serviced. I cannot wait to provide the Better Business Bureau along with any corporate compliance teams with documented evidence of my experiences. From the misleading prices, ours, discrimination to how your staff members will state that they placed any returned change in the bag along with the receipt just for them to knowingly divert said change to their personal tip jar. I outright refuse to give this company any more of my services going forward. This dispensary needs thorough training in customer service, ethics, and discrimination. You should also be careful who you chose for leading roles, they represent the face of your company on site and I can attest to the fact that Jacob has certainly given your company a bad reputation. Aesthetic place. *Deeecent* prices. Nice selection from time to time. The outside and curb appeal is very nice despite it being in an industrial area. Be careful because strange people do walk right off the street to loiter and make noise. However, there's very polite security and staff ready to greet you! Fantastic parking lot and handicapped parking/accessible entry. I was a bit worried from some of the negative reviews but I didn't experience anything weird. No budtender or staff tried to push anything on me. They just asked what I wanted and I got it. Very straight forward. I recommend ordering ahead. Little note! I went to this dispensary today (11-04-24) at approximately 10:30am. Where I was greeted by a "budtender" named Adriann (assist Manager, no less). Wherein, after checking me in with all of the dismissiveness he could muster and telling me that the "weed products were the only things for purchase (i.e., not of the Artwork, so on and so forth). Then, while nervously observing me and escorting me to register #2 he continues with the attitude of "what -?". And now, during check out, instead paying attention to me and my order, he's chatting it up with his co-worker whose standing next to him (all the while being phony to the point, he's overtalking me so he won't hear my questions). So then, when my card is being declined, he says "Is that a credit or debit card!?". I reply credit card. He then says (with his 'I don't really give AF* attitude wrapped with some "I really don't want to sell you this product attitude anyway") -"Well ill need a debit card with a chip on!". Immediately I switch to card with chip --sale completed. I'll tell you what Sir ...I understand we ALL have life challenges (some obvious, some not) but in this World no one owes you anything, and if you want to be respected, respect others. I went to Sunday goods today because Nate was incredible and when I called and talked with him, I felt like I knew the guy. Sunday Goods was my first legal buying experience in Arizona. Based on reviews of other dispensaries and location I gave them a shot. The location is a little awkward, but that's Phoenix life. Lots of people working inside, all super friendly. The Bud Tender was cool too. I was straight to the point and so was he. Felt like a very upscale experience. I left very happy. I'm part of the last generation that had to "know a guy" and hope whatever he has isn't dirt weed. And had to worry about the cops. And sketchy areas. So I'm very appreciative of how it is these days. I have 2 complaints. You cannot see the bud. All the containers are dark and there's no telling what it looks like. That's a bummer. Also both of my jars were DRY.AS.F. Like disintegrate in your fingers dry. Both jars are sitting in the fridge with a piece of lemon peel as I type. Easy fix.
