Love this Mint. It was the very first place I went to after I got my medical card, the staff are always so helpful and full of energy. You can genuinely make friendly connections coming in and seeing the same budtenders. I love getting my favorite one and having a chat, truly adds to the whole experience. I've never had any problems when I go into this Mint either, they always have what I need and make sure to take care of how they talk to us and nicely bag up our goods in a brown bag! The check in people are also very nice, even though it's a simple exchange, it's nice seeing the same people around! Hi, I recently visited this store today @ 7:30 pm because of a defect on the vape cartridge that I purchased last week. Upon calling the customer service line 3x and no one answered. I ended up getting on the phone with the Tempe location and they said " go to the store and they'll get it exchanged for a new one. " The manager on duty when I came said we don't replace vape cartridges "for the taste". 1. No cartridge should taste like burnt cotton on the first hit. 2. Regardless if there are terpenes or not, no vape should taste burnt. This stores very great at taking your money but when it comes to actual customer service it's trash. Don't recommend this location. I've purchased the same carts from this location and others and never had this issue. Save your time and money and spend it elsewhere. read more

Hitting this place on Freebie Friday is absolutely where it's at!!!!!! You want BOGOS and top of the line products, with free stuff on top this is the place! The Northern location definitely has the best staff and Bell rd has the larger inside with more bud-tenders(also awesome staff). Stiiizy 40's are the absolutely the best infused pre-rolls on the market currently. Blue dream is absolutely !! Also Jeeters are amazing but definitely on the decline in terms of quality, in my opinion. My woman loves Camino gummies! We only smoke bougie weed brands when it comes to flower in case you're wondering my smoke level... 20yrs I've been smoking. In the am I smoke hand made flowerpre-rolls with Alien Labs/Connected,Abundant Organics,Shango,Cookies/Lemonade etc. In the afternoon/evening I smoke shatter(Natures Meds 5-$50 is my go too) then at night I smoke an infused pre roll with my woman and dab something more bougie like DRIP. This place has screwed me with their points 3 times now. I save them up and use them all at once so i had a ton and then they changed the rewards system, so i lost everything. The new system was set up and nobody told me, no communication, and i didnt know i need to give my phone # to start earning. So i asked about my points and the guy was just trying to blow me off and telling me ill start earning now. I asked to have someone review my acct for how much i had spent there- nothing ever happened even though he "put a note in the system" so i got past that, started earning and saving up my pts again, go in today and asked about my points, was told the program ended yesterday and they were starting a new one, then got a rude "they emailed everyone like 2 months ago" looked at her and said, im sorry im too pissed off to shop here anymore" and walked out. Checked my email- never got a notification. They offer this nice rewards program then randomly end it and pull the rug from underneath your feet. Ill drive further and go somewhere else going forward. Idk how you treat people like this. read more

Man up until last night 04/27/23 I loved this dispensary like LOVED it. It's the first place I'd go on pay day and Sunday mornings. They have great deal and even better products or at least I thought so, that was until I was hospitalized for fainting on the job due to being high from methamphetamines. I've never smoked ANYTHING other than weed and a couple cigarettes in my younger days. I buy from mint because they were a trusted supplier and legally operated. So how chunks on meth shards got into one of the bags of weed I got is beyond me. And possibly got me fired from my job at the airport which I've had going on 5 years now. This is soooooooo totally unacceptable I'm still feeling the affects of this right now as I right this. My family will definitely be putting together a lawsuit if I lose my job and great benefits. read more

Vape selection is average( not enough live resin/ live rosin options). Could use better flower brands as well. Ken and the red haired young lady with glasses are my go to budtenders. I will get the occasional attitude from certain budtenders for no apparent reason and the blatant wrong answers they give me when asking about certain products which is a no go for me. But I do enjoy the better than jars veteran discount. They raised the price on getting $ from the ATM which is another red flag for me. This location is newer I understand that but man, the crew working there are horrible! Been inside a few times and tried ordering online... never again. The website is super slow and closes out a lot. Then when I finally got an order in it takes FOREVER for them to even process an order as well as to get it "ready". Talking about a 2-3hr wait for a text to confirm when ready? But I never received a text after waiting 3.5hrs.. the place finally closed and still nothing for the inconvenience or nothing. Such a waste of time.. now talking about going inside? The crew are extremely loud and too focused on talking with each other every time I have been.
