I went to the location in surprise. This place is incredible. They got me in on time, they were quick, courteous, and extremely friendly. It is a three step process if you see their chiropractor. He'll go over your pain with you, and explain more about the medication process if needed. The second person will ask a little more about your life, and ask what other steps you've taken to resolve your pain. The third person takes your payment, explains how long it'll take to get the card, and sends you on your way. It really is quick and easy. Probably the single best doctor appt I've ever been to. I felt like they listened to me when I spoke. I find that rare nowadays. Thank you to the company for being awesome. You guys rock. Long story short they have a website issue that took all of my personal and confidential information including credit card, scheduled me and then when I show up 5 min early even for my appointment all I get is a smug sarcastic look from the girl behind the desk saying sorry our website made a mistake and no one can see you. Yet they are open at this point for over another hour and the "doctor" just finishes her last appointment and continues in the conversation with about 50 reasons why they cannot help me as apposed to giving me just one reason to help me. If there is a legitimate issue with their website thats not my problem but I do it understand it however, I do not understand nor deserve the smug cold shoulder sarcasm while looking at their watches and waiting to leave attitude and pushing me out the door with a sorry have a nice day... Bottom line, this company needs some real training on how to handle people that are hurting and come in for help. Super happy with Sun Valley MMJ. The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy. I was looking up certification clinics in my area and their North Phoenix location is just down the street from my house. Upon browsing their website I noticed they had an electronic form to fill out for them to obtain your medical records from your doctor, so I went ahead and filled that out. This was on Monday 6/20. On Wednesday 6/29 I received a call that they had received my records and I was approved to be seen at the N. Phoenix location. On Thursday 6/30 I called to schedule an appointment and made one for 4 PM (note that I called around 10:30 AM and they had appointments available right then as well). I showed up about 20 mins early and filled out the required paperwork and was taken back almost immediately after. My picture was then taken and then I spoke to the doctor (I don't remember any names). After she finished her evaluation I was moved onto the next room where I received my "I Got Carded" packet that included all the info I might need as well as some really awesome coupons for some dispensaries. I was told the time frame that it would take to receive my card, 10 business days - maybe a day or two longer due to the 4th of July being that upcoming Monday. To my surprise, I received my card yesterday on July 7th. So, the 4th business day after my appointment (not including the holiday) I had my card in my hand. The card came super fast and I'm very pleased with how the entire experience played out. I'll definitely be coming here to renew my card next year. As others have noted, the total cost was $275 or $280 with a debit/credit card. read more

I'm still giggling inside at all the passage of marijuana. I was referred here by a gentleman named Jeff. He explained what I would need to bring with me as well as had me go to the Surprise office. I walked into a very clean office, very easy to find. The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. The chairs are divine in the waiting room! My wait was less than 10 minutes (although I was nearly a half an hour early). I met with a chiropractor where we went over my history of chronic pain. I was very specific and the Dr was understanding and helpful. Then met with a naturopathic Dr who asked a few more questions, gave me some spectacular advice but instead of offering her services at her office in Scottsdale, pointed me in the direction of someone else. THAT is the only reason I did not give five stars. Last person I met with was a groovy chick who was responsible for letting me know I had been approved and input my information into the state system. In total I was in the office for about 40 minutes. I was told that it would take at least 10 business days for my card to arrive, but oh no. I had my card in FIVE business days. I will absolutely return to Sun Valley for my re certification as I found the Dr.'s polite and willing to answer any questions I had. Many thanks to Jeff Reidel for pointing me to Sun Valley. I went in not knowing what to expect kind of a little apprehensive. I was greeted by the young lady who runs the front office window with a warm smile . I had questions just like anybody else who has never gone through the process. she not only came out from her office to sit down and talk with me in the reception room but was the most friendly person and most knowledgeable person and compassionate about what I would go through once I filled out my paper work for my office visit, After I filled out some paperwork I was moved over to Dr. Michael who was not only very friendly but very knowledgeable and he was open to questions didn't seem to be bothered or rushed it was a very pleasant experience sitting down with him and listening to him talk to me not only about the benefits of medical marijuana but also the benefits of other aspects of things I could do for my pain Management. Sooo Very helpful. ( only one suggestion wipe down the dirt scuffed walls) Then came Dr. ??? (Lovely Lady) The fact that I can't remember her name has nothing to do with the service she provided and more to do with my own short-term memory loss. She's had such a lovely demeanor about her and was very nurturing and compassionate. She asked pin pointed questions that helped her to evaluate me with an empathetic ear to bend. I can not tell you how calming she was to me, I was a bit nervous. The 3rd person I sat with was a young man who was not only friendly but had such a nice upbeat personality and he was so knowledgable about the laws for MMJ card holders. He was an open book and added a nice little touch to what I consider a well rounded experience. The expense is the only thing I choked on. But in all honesty you have to remember medical care is not cheap and they are medical practitioners. So your gonna pay for the visit and the state fees. I Sun Valley MMJ Certification Clinic.. I was very nervous to visit the doctor. I have colitis with chronic pain and nausea. With my medical records I was certified today! Price is reasonable. Staff was friendly. Had a 2 pm and arrived at 150 pm appointment and had to wait til 245 to see someone and I was not feeling well but once I did the doctor was very kind and joked around a little bit. I called earlier in the year to set the appt. I told them my card expired 6/10/20. They scheduled me for 6/6/20. I asked if that was cutting it to close but I was told it would not be a problem. A few months later I show up for my appt. Again I ask about the possibility of my card expiring. I was again told the paperwork would be submitted on Monday, 6/8/20 and I would have no days w/out coverage. So, 6/10/20 passes and my card was not renewed. I called and asked about it and was told there was a SNAFU and they were resubmitting it and I would have my card before the weekend. (Two days away.) Well, the weekend comes and goes, no card. It is now TEN DAYS since my appointment. My card has been expired for a week, I am out and Sun Valley is basically, whoopsie, and they then blamed the dispensary I won the recertification from. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. HAS I KNOWN HOW BADLY THEY WOULD SCREW THINGS UP I WOULD HAVE TURNED DOWN THE RECERT. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE WITH ANY SORT OF URGENCY. read more

I cannot in good conscious recommend using this company for any covid testing. I feel silly, after looking at their reviews here and realizing I should have looked here before doing business with them. Somehow, this Cannabis company, has also become a Covid-19 testing company. I was recommended them through a colleague (who turned out to really be just a friend of theirs) and have come out questioning the legitimacy of any of it. First, understand that testing for covid for business purposes is not an easy task. Timing, more than anything, is what's difficult because to provide tests for employees for a contracted job, they have to have that test within 3 days of the job itself. This means, shipping tests, scheduling a professional phlebotomist, working with a lab, etc. Dustin, the owner of this company, sold me on their experience and professionalism, however, from the beginning of us working together it's been apparent this team is completely winging it and likely lying about their experience with anything. The initial problem came in the way of the company not sending the total amount of complete testing kits as requested/paid for. So right out of the starting gate, we had to ask one of our professional employees to scramble to go get a test on his own, because this company sent the wrong amount. Pretty big mistake out of the gate. A mistake that the only answer was "I just don't know this has never happened before". Secondly, the "phlebotomist" they sent us, albeit lovely and a medical professional of sorts, was clearly and admittedly brand new to administering tests on a professional level. She mentioned the quick "training" she received via phone call the day of. She also was very unsure of what was actually sold to us and what would be expected from her, like her responsibility to send all collected tests back to Sun Valley team for testing. Luckily, we sorted all of that out and she agreed to get the tests to the proper drop off location. Over all the test collection went fine, and we figured we could look over the few minor mistakes. It seemed Dustin was very much on our team and was willing to help. However, the next two days would bring only pure chaos and confusion about where our tests where in the mail. First they were lost, then not picked up at the right time, then lost again, and all that was ever told to us was, again, "we're so sorry this has never happened before" and then in the nick of time they were found and we were told we'd have our results in time for the job itself. This is when Dustin informed me that "I never signed the employee release, allowing them to send me the results of my entire team". He told me this as if it was MY FAULT. As if he sent me something to sign but I never sent it back. This is NOT the case. This is when it became very clear that the reason their best response was "this has never happened before," is likely because they've never done this before! I did everything asked of me and was communicative from the beginning and for Dustin to tell me it was my fault, was a pretty good gut check. He then told me, "it was no big deal and they would just send the results to each of the individuals" instead of to me, the team leader and producer of the project. He went on to tell me he would not be able to set up the professional "portal" where I would have all the tests, info, and their results in one convenient and professional place for our records later on. This is when I said back to Dustin, "no that is not ok this was the final selling point that you gave me to win my business and now you're telling me you can't even do that" which is when Dustin decided it was ok to take our relationship outside of a professional standard and told me, "that i need to f*cking calm down and he's already jumped through enough hoops for me". That was when I hung up on them and decided to make sure to help as many people as I could and ensure no one else gets dooped into doing business with this completely unprofessional company. read more

I would definitely say stay clear of this place, unless you are willing to be treated like you are a payday rather than a patient. I went in today for my renewal and was greated by the staff. Once i was there. I filled out all forms and provided paperwork and i was told that thru would not accept my forms. That i would have to use their dr. I agreed, then they proceeded to tell me that they would not accept my state issued paperwork that comes from...the state of az. The dr then comes out and as soon as i am explaining what the issue is, she asked if im being seen ...or not! When i started to explain the issue she walked away from me in full conversation with me. After my experience i give them 0 stars. I will be recommending none of my friends go here. Stear clear! Here you are not a patient, but a pay check! Horrible service. Every one is nice. IMO they should have a sign in sheet. Instead of a herd of people rushing the counter. Break the columns down with you have an appointment and you paper work is already completed. Next column you have an appointment but did not fill out the paper work. Last column no appointment and no completed paper work. Take the folks with a 10AM appointment with filled in paper work. If your a walk in you have to wait The other choice is one person helps folks with an appointment. Walk ins are help by a different person. read more

Never been nervous to visit a dr my entire life until the day I decided to visit this clinic, I decided not be afraid of what people think and what society would judge as a "pothead" The skinny I have had back pain since I was a young lad and have visited specialist chiropractors and acupuncturist all have provided temporary relief and the dr's usually prescribe me Vicodin or soma for pain. Both pills make me sick and I am taking another pill for my stomach and the cycle began before I knew it I was taking 3-6 pills a day just for pain and other ailments. I discovered that marijuana provided enough for all my ailments that I may be able to sleep through the whole night and also the cbd's that are in marijuana helped with my pain. I was smoking illegally for years before I decided to protect myself. I was recommended this place by a friend who also has his card and I can't thank him enough, I brought in my medical records and cash for all fees was in and out within an hour or so. The dr was great took time to hear me out and understood my concerns and also explained the pros and cons about my card. I left there feeling like a million bucks like the weight of being arrested for trying to feel normal with no pain. The bad The office while it seemed very professional there were a few things that jumped out to me I did hear them yelling at one another and also they seemed to have had a friend visiting while that is ok I would not want a stranger looking at my medical files. I had called the Surprise location (623-847-6652) and Dee returned my call within an hour. She explained the kind of business they were in and the documentation I would need to bring to my appointment. The breakdown of the price was also explained to me. I made an appointment at the Surprise office, 12801 West Bell Rd and was treated professionally by the staff and Doctors on the staff. The uses of different forms of marijuana were explained to me and I was able to ask questions all along the process. My paperwork was checked and double checked before it was submitted to the State. I am now waiting for my card and will update this review when I receive my AZ card. read more

This place rocks because they get you in quickly and are open on Saturdays! The girl who processes your payment at the end is the best! I have been here twice now and she is always so sweet and friendly. My only small complaint is that the chiropractors/doctors could be a little more welcoming. I saw different people for my two visits but I felt both times at least one of them made the appointment seem like a chore. I get you're repeating yourself all day but still.
