Having been a cardholder for years, I found Dr Burns far more knowledgable and helpful than the other doctors I've met with in years past and one a few days prior who charged more than her and knew seemingly nothing compared to her. Dr Burns seems to actually care and want to help. She listens. She takes the patient into account for the treatment plan and adjusts with input to find the optimal plan. I was recommended by a high level c-suite clinical executive with a major health system who had been referred by her dad's neurologist. I highly recommend Dr Burns.

We were able to submit the new pictures with a smart phone in reply to the text from them. They requested a wider shot on the head shot causing another delay. TIP: use a smart phone to complete the process. It will save time. The process was OK and should have been quicker than 4 days, but it worked They should fix the app to upload jpeg files and show examples of acceptable head shots. Otherwise good service and good price at $109 + tax and less than one week. TIP: print your own card. Organics dispensary refused to honor the digital card on our phone.
