I went to this dispensary on Friday, and it was such a great experience! They have a ton of options to choose from, and the interior was super clean with plenty of staff around to help. There were even a couple of food pop-ups outside, which made the whole vibe even better. It was my first time visiting -- and also my birthday -- so they gave me the option of a free birthday gift, which was such a nice surprise. Plus, since it was my first time, they had a deal where if you spent more than $10, you got an additional discount or special offer. Drove over an hour to use a digital gift card my friend purchased, only to be told it couldn't be honored because it was "only for California." This restriction is stated nowhere -- not on the website, not in the email, not anywhere during purchase. It's a digital gift card, not even a physical one with fine print. One employee even acknowledged they're "being bought out".. but for now they are still cookies so why not accept it? Completely unacceptable. If a business is still operating under the Cookies name, they need to honor gift cards sold under that brand or clearly disclose restrictions before people spend money. Went here before hopping back on the plane to Dallas. They had a great selection and the workers were really nice and informative. All I knew was I wanted some edibles and Anthony assisted me and helped me get the best edibles I've had in a while, also got a cute shirt from here too. They give a 40% discount for your first time and he also said second visit I can get a free goodie with purchase. The prices are great for the quality of the items. Don't know when I will be back in Arizona but I am planning a trip for when its not 1000 degrees outside. Hopefully end of this year or beginning of next I can come back and shop here. Adding the Nirvana Center as one of my go-to dispensaries. My first time going to Nirvana Center was the Saturday after 4:20. You want to talk about killer deals, this place has them. I went again today in hopes that they would have a CBD cart that works for me(my regular dispo is out) and some other goodies. Well they didn't necessarily have what I was looking for but Jose, my budtender, pointed me in another direction. Happened to be my favorite brand that now makes carts. Awesome Jose and I could have easily stood there and shot the s*** for another 20 minutes and I told him I was sorry for taking up as much time as I was. But he said you take at much time as you need. I enjoy customers like you. Hahaha. But seriously this place has some of the best deals I have ever seen in the valley and I've made quite a few rounds all over the valley to find what I need and what works for me. Nirvana is by far our favorite dispensary in Tempe. They always have a huge specials sheet and the staff always seems very educated on the deals and strains even though they change so often. Lynn (sp?) is by far the best budtender I've ever had. She's always kind, educational and passionate about finding the right fit for you. Give Lynn a raise! The only reason for 4stars: there have been some other younger hires lately and they have been very rude or unhelpful. There's a guy that was super rude at the walk-up/pick-up window.
