Horrible service, bud tenders are too high to understand proper English, they laugh. The security guard randomly takes people from the pick up line and sends them inside. Some people waited 20 minutes while some people waited 2. Maybe the security guard is racist? Or sexist? I did see him only take women in. Took several people complaining to get a manager and even then we just got out behind people who were after us read more

I was just in that place and had a bud tender who was a young African woman by the name of Marie. She did not get up to greet me. She kept staring at me so I walked over there asked her about a product. She told me they were out. I simply asked her. Are you sure they are out? She looked at me in a rude voice and said you can go check for yourself. I work here go get in that line. and she said again, I work here but go ask him in the front. If you don't believe me I know what products we do and don't have . No customer service whatsoever. absolutely disrespectful. If you don't like your job, don't be there. This is the second time this is happened. I will not be back. I am disgusted by this dispensary horrible horrible, horrible place. go to a different dispensary if you are reading the reviews. read more

This location is convenient for me. It's less than 5 miles from my house. The staff is always friendly they are true vibe catchers in this location from the female staff to the men. They have great prices and great selection of flower read more

Love love love this place , good customer service and good product they always get you right

honestly i did not even make it past the front desk. I think 50% of the check in persons job is to make you feel at least some what welcome? i had never been here before as "Cookies" so i was excited to check it out with my girlfriend. we never even went in all the way because we just got terrible vibes and service. we were having a super fun date day as we were both off work so we just decided to head out because it was a big damper. As someone who works in costumer service i don't expect perfect or even remotely close, but i do expect you to be kind especially when i bring a smile everywhere i go. read more

Yep they update their website daily with sale prices, then when you go in to pick up your order they refuse to honor the prices, pointing furiously at a white piece of paper with different specials on it, as if that will make anything better. Great place, great Bud tenders good deals, glad to see them back. Can't beat the deals they have

Cookies has ruined another amazing dispensary. This place has been destroyed. They used to have two rows of cashiers. Now there's a dude on an iPad yelling "the cashiers are gonna ask you what you want so if your not sure come to me". As a line of 20-30 people wait... what a fucking joke. Even at their busiest Nirvana used to be so much better. So disappointed with this dispo even as a huge Cookies fan. Will unfortunately not be returning read more

Excelente service as always and always with the best deals as well, couldn't have been more satisfied with the flower as well.

I've spent thousands with nirvana but I will never come to cookies again. Customer service was terrible, girl was on the phone through my entire transaction. Never mentioned all my points I had accrued and when the mgr came to correct the transaction, she SHORTED ME $20 & then sent me on my way. I asked her to explain it and she tried to make me feel slow when it was her that put a false intake of money, I gave her $100 and my receipt showed I gave her $70. VERY DISHONEST! I came back in a 3rd time and she yells "I figured it out" while waving money in the air. Yes after you sent me away twice. Gonna give it two stars cause they poorly advertise they sell poop flower for pricey amounts. They used to sell 80$$$$ oz of like popcorn. Super killer deal. Came back for the same and I specifically said oz and somehow I ended up with a half oz for 80$ got home realized what happened and they would only give me a 15$ dollar credit like bro I coulda went to SWC and got fire ass weed with huge nugs for 150$ Moral of the story is their shit is whack. Way better dispensaries out there. Way better prices and fire flower. I'll never come back here again. What a rip off in my opinion. How you gonna sell 80oz then bam, now only offer 80$ half oz. that's not a deal which he said was a smoking deal I'm like bro your charging the same price I was getting an oz for now only getting half. That's a whack ass mark up.... anywho take ur chances according to the manager Taylor people love this shit is so fire ha I completely disagree with that dingbats opinion. read more

One of my go to dispensaries. The wait is always long even with three people in line but deals are good and employees are friendly

I had the absolute worst service here. The bud tender tried to charge me for an extra eighth, even though I placed a pick up order and knew what my total was going to be. Then when I try to call and explain it to the assistant store manager, so that she can make sure no one else gets ripped off, she starts yelling at me telling me I'm banned as if I would really want to go there again and get ripped off when there's so many better options and I don't have to worry about someone stealing from me. I'll never go here again. read more

Man this place has really fallen off. When the bud tenders don't know the difference in live resin or live rosin. Or when you make a phone order for something they tell you they have but they don't just to leave empty handed because the employees don't know the product and it comes to my expense of gas and time wasted to try and be forgiven with a free pre-roll, I will respectfully decline your non-smokable pre-roll Thanks for being mediocre at what do you guys do read more

Always liked this place, but everytime I got a liquid gold cart from this place, about halfway through the cart, all the wax starts coming out of the mouthpiece. I've prolly lost a quarter of my pen due to it just coming out in globs, which makes a mess, gets stuck to my lip and makes everything sticky. After the 4th one doing this I figured it wasn't just luck, so I called them and explained the situation. They said they couldn't give me a refund or credit if it was more than half gone (which is when they all start having problems) and there's nothing he could do. Ok place besides that, prices are kinda steep, customer service and prices are better at The Mint. read more

I placed an order online today for an 8th of Fruity P flower that was $25 to be ready between 4:30-5 & when arrived at 5:05, I was told that I ordered at the wrong store (I didn't as I double checked 3 times prior to ordering). Then, was told that I couldn't use the wifi to try and pull up my order as it was still in my browser, the internet was just not working. Of course, after the order "couldn't be found" bc I "ordered at the wrong store" the only thing that was available was something for $65. This is piss poor service and the fact that there was no real help of even trying to find the order blows me. But it's fine. Just don't be back. read more

AND YET AGAIN!!!! Jose my main man and Jessie helped me get some Boosted Extracts White Widow! Basically im going on tour with my bass guitar soon with songs about this whole establishment! good service, good products! i was am happy with the products they provide. i would recommend.

I had left a 5 star review for this location on google and unfortunately I had to dock two stars. I came in to check in and as I waited I witnessed a customer getting insulted in front of other people. This man asked politely if he ever got called and these two women (one with short hair and a little on the heavy side. I don't remember the other) were like, "uhh we called you like 20 mins ago." After he sat down to patiently wait again, the two ladies said loudly "It's not my fault you didn't hear us call you a while ago. I f***ing hate people who are like that and do that sh*t" and he looked around at the customers trying to see if they hear that and I wanted to help him out but I also didn't want to cause a scene. This behavior is very unprofessional and I get that he probably didn't dress a certain way to them but still. The cashiers inside are nicer than the receptionist. read more

To keep it brief and to the point this dispensary is full of complete frauds. The "manager" loui or something close to that name completely denied and neglected their policies that clearly states if a product is defective or malfunctioning within 7 days and you have the receipt it's returnable yet they claim they can't do anything for me. EVERY OTHER DISPO IN THE VALLEY WOULD HELP and has helped in other situations DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CLOWNS and FRAUDS and completely not honorable of their own policies read more

Why does this location has miserable employees? Most of times I come here, I get the rudest budtender, does not acknowledge customers, stayed quiet and don't even tell the amount for payment. Just like a silent treatment for purchasing. I wonder when this dispensary would hire quality working employees? read more

This is a brand new dispensary partnership and it seems to be taking away from the service Nirvana used to give to the community. These companies are making hundreds of millions in cash flow but can't prioritize employees. No holiday Pay etc. the only reason to come here is convenience or there deals. Cookies and nirvana did not make this partnership to serve the community in which they're based. I would not doubt that this partnership will result in tens of millions being taken out of the Arizona and US economy. read more

I visited Cookies for my birthday and I was not pleased at all with the service I received. The bud tenders are short with you, uninterested in the customer's wants and needs, their menu prices online do not match the prices when you go to pick up in store. The quality of medicine I received was not good at all. It didn't help with anything, the taste was horrible. There were no recommendations made based on what I asked for. For a lot of people this is really our medicine and to have to pay the amount of money we spend we should get excellent service and quality meds with a smile. There was no educational material offered nothing.. Burner and Nirvana need to do better!!! read more

Do not go here! Gave me an empty cart that I didn't see til I opened the bag the next day. Tried to return it like it said I could on the receipt within 7 days for defect items. The manager came out and said there was nothing he could do. He said we would not sell it like that, and accused me of opening it and resealing the package. It was a $12 .25 cartridge, so I didn't care enough to stick around and argue about $12. But they lost my business even though it's 2 mins from my house! Way better options in Tempe than this place. read more
