The good side is I always get quick service especially with mobile orders. Decent prices and normally they have the same deals as other dispensary names in Tempe. My biggest complaint is that a few hours ago, I walk into the dispensary and as I'm going to open the door some dude approaches me and says "Hey if I send you 25$ you tryna buy me something in there." I reply no, proceeded to tell the security guard who has asked me not to hit my nicotine vape (bought elsewhere) and etc outside before, but the security guard doesn't do anything. It's a shame to see this place only has a 2 star rating This is one if not the most successful dispo in Arizona They're the first and only dispo open 24 hours. There's 3 more locations in state but this is the only 24h one The budtenders are always amazing. I love getting to come here and promote brands, and get product I believe this is also the only dispo that offers food and they have a drive thru. They offer tacos on fridays at all locations and have a happy hour It's always a party here. On to my perusing. Jordan was the designated employee that assisted & offered me his kind patience while I asked away my "green" questions. After getting the necessary insight & items, I was eager to pay & deliver the goodies to our VOG. That was until Jordan informed me that they only accept cash - there's 4 ATM machines located inside. No Accountability.. I'm handicap, so I'm tethered to the Tempe location. Because of the convenience of the 24 hour drive thru. In the last year, I have had multiple circumstances that needed the attention of management. But at no time. Was I allowed to talk to a manager by phone. With my most recent visit through the drive-thru. I asked the person at the drive-through window. Could he help me with a technical issue that was going on with the app and my order. He said that he could not help me. I asked for a manager. He stated he was the store manager and his name was Chang. And that he did not have enough time to speak to me about my issue. And that I have to figure out the problem on my own. Or come in to the store to make my purchase. Because he knows other handicap people that are able to come into the store. Or, the other option is to fill out a form at the bottom of the Mint app. Which brings me here with this review. Because after so many times I feel others should be aware. I have never had a problem with Budtenders, security, etc. It has always been with persons identifying themselves as supervisor or managers. If it wasn't for the kindness of one of the staff members out in the parking lot, (non-manger). The store would have lost a fairly large sale. Because there are other dispensaries that want business. All due to the unprofessional demeanor. Of the person that identified themselves as the store manager at drive-thru. When asked, other employees stated the manager is someone else. So no, I really do not believe that that person at the drive-through was a manager. And if by chance he was the "store manager". That gives you an idea of what to expect before doing business here. Whether he actually was the store manager. Or if he actually lied. Neither the circumstance is good here. Because maybe had I read this review prior to going to this store. I went to the Mint this morning and was treated like a queen! I am 82 years old and use the round logenzes to help me sleep. They brought out a chair for me to sit on, pushed me around on it to get to the ATM machine, and then back to the counter. I forget the names of the guys who helped me - behind the counter, the guy wore a green hat. They couldn't have been nicer. My first time going here and it was an aggravating experience. Upon arriving at the drive-through I was told cash only, card is inside. I park and go in to find a long line and only four windows open. I pulled cash from the ATM and think it'll be fast in the drive through. I make it to the window again and am told I need to place my order online and to loop around. Easy enough. I do just that and make it to the window for the third time now and he give me another piece of information. Placing the order isn't enough I need a confirmation number and a text that my order is ready. This guy must have been doing what he's selling because he was all over the place. Mint has always been my GO TO especially for the drive through. I've had ONE bad experience but specifically on 4/19 was my SECOND & confirmed that I never want to come here again. I did a pre order around 3pm & I got an email saying it was being processed but by around 7:30pm I decided to walk in and grab it because at times they've never sent a prepared email/text. The cashier (Kristen) was extremely rude & yelled in my face to the security to make sure everyone has a confirmed order. In the most pettiest, condescending tone. It was the rudest thing to do especially in front of a customer. I didn't even bother to explain to her my past experience because she clearly was overwhelmed and pissed off. If you're going to work in retail UNDERSTAND IT WILL BE BUSY AND TO KEEP YOUR COOL. Shoutout to her, for helping me realize this dispensary has the WORST customer service ever. read more
