Alex and Chad know so much about what they sell and they will never suggest anything you don't want or need meaning they are honest and I trust them. Trust is a big thing when you are buying things that you will be eating or drinking and can be some strong stuff. Alex is such a nice guy you would think you will be asked to come over for dinner when you talk to him and it wouldn't seem awkward. I started working out at the gym next door in March so I decided to go into this shop. The owner Alex Frekey was working and as soon as I walked in he greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him what my goals were with my fitness plans and he was very helpful very knowledgeable he didn't try selling me anything he not only listened to what my goals were he gave me some valuable information on how to achieve my goals he recommended a couple of products that could help with my goals I never once felt pressured. I have been in several supplement shops and not one of them comes close to the customer service the knowledge and the products/prices of this shop. I continue to do business there and I am happy to say that with Alex's help and endless knowledge I am at 75% of my goal and I am in the best shape of my life. The proprietor Alex is extremely helpful. I went into the Performance Supplements looking for a cookbook to help me meal prep. While, the store did not carry the book, instead of turning me away, Alex had me fill out a nutritional questionnaire and within a week he made me a daily meal plan and as an added bonus, he gave me a workout plan as well. Someone with Alex's training and experience could have charged me a few thousand dollars for these resources, but he truly cares about his customers. I have been using Performance Supplements for years now. My favorite product is their Vita-Grow. I've used other multi vitamins in the past and I never noticed a difference leading me to believe I was just wasting my money.
