Love this place, they make the best smoothies. Will be back for more. i like. to get the post workout.

First time trying this place and was highly impressed. There are tons of options. Definitely a great option for a one stop nutritional and yummy snack. Going to try something different every time I come, but have a feeling that I found a few new tried and trues that will be in my pantry. So happy this place opened! read more

One Stop Nutrition - MRE Protein Shake -40 grams Monster Cookie Crunch Anabar - 20 grams - Health Markets Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

First time at this location. Usually go to the one downtown Phoenix . Near 7th ave. I got a drink today and I kept feeling like I was sipping small rocks .. it was hard pieces crunchy like and when it kept happening, I pulled two pieces out my mouth that appeared to be little tiny shards of glass and pain on the right side of my throat and tonsils. read more

Just stopped in to get a shake and ended up buying goodies and vitamins, the guy in the counter (which I didn't get his name) he looked very young, he was extremely polite and helpful. Made me and my daughter amazing smoothies, super happy. The place is nice and clean and you have all kinds of supplements and vitamins! read more

I've been coming to this location since they opened. I have never seen such a lack of diversity in regards to staffing. However, when my bi-racial teenage daughter expressed interest in responding to their now hiring advertisement, I encouraged her to apply. I was very disappointed to hear that the hiring manager (aka the owner's girlfriend) berated her for being a high school athlete. (DV girls basketball) She got irritated and told her "I don't hire high school athletes because you're never available." She then proceeded to rant and rave, yelling about how she can't stand trying to work with their schedules. She then turned to my daughter's white friend and offered her an interview for the next day. She kindly declined. Ironically, I had been in to buy shakes a month before for a Desert Vista cross country fundraiser. Don't pretend to support the high school sports teams when you clearly only support them when it benefits you by bringing business in. Takeaway: #1 I'm taking my business elsewhere. #2 This is a low-key whites only establishment. #3 Stay off steroids kids. read more

I would love to give more stars based just on the shakes and other products offered. I am however unhappy with the level of customer service this place has occasionally. Never felt the need to put in a review until today. I am a manager at a business in the area. Myself and my staff members frequent this location for conviene. We are literally there almost every day and get multiple shakes per visit. Today one of my employees made a "shake run" and was treated with the worst service we have had in a very long time. Most of the young men working there are nice and say good morning/afternoon no question. Today however was another story. A caucasian guy was rude and silent as she greeted him. Thankfully there was a second Hispanic guy that was very friendly to help her. What bothered me most is the 1st guy commented that we be charged full price. Not once to the best of my knowledge have we asked for a discount. They already have a free shake program after a certain amount of shakes purchased. No big deal. But he thought she didn't hear him while the blender was going. Customer service is what people go into a business for in addition to the product. I understand there is a new location on Alma School and Elliot, perhaps we try that location instead. read more

One Stop Nutrition - Long line but they are working hard ;) don't think I've been in while it's this busy. ;) - Health Markets Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We like to go and get a post workout drink a Few times a week, but so disappointed that fox News is blasting on their tv every single time. Your clientele is quiet diverse and I'd suggest you to change the channel read more

Great place to get all your nutrition supplements! Staff is very knowledgeable in the products sold and what's best for what I'm looking into. On weekends after family hike or bike ride we swing in for shakes... I enjoy the post workout one. All in all better than any other place I've tried and highly recommend! Also, great stocking idea for Christmas! read more

Super friendly staff. I will definitely come back. They were great with giving recommendations and the product I have in my smoothie was excellent! read more

I love one stop! I come in here all the time after my workouts and the staff is always super friendly and easy to talk to! When I ask questions they always have the answers or know how to help me! Nothing worse than a store not open when it's supposed to be. They are supposed to be open at 8 and I'm here 8:34am and still no one here! I've been a manager of a retail store and dependable opening managers is huge!! Other than that I love their smoothies... read more

I stopped here after a quick workout at LA fitness because my son begged me and swore this place has the best protein shakes. It was around 8pm it was quite and the guys working the place didn't seem thrilled to have us there but whatever. I don't expect young adults to understand the importance of stellar customer service. (Side note: I preach customer service all the time, so my son WILL know the importance). We place our order. My son informs me that these guys get trained on shake nutrition so they know what they are doing (fact or fiction?) They kindly did split our $6 peanut butter shake since I didn't want a whole 20(?) oz. (i forgot what size) It was good. I'd go back to try something new and hope that I'd get a smile next time at least. My son did not want me to post anything negative cuz he loves this place and doesn't want it to close down. I told him "honey we have to share the good and the bad. That way ppl know what to expect, plus the biz may just learn and grow from it" read more

Expensive. They won't match prices. Their version of customer service = conceited indifference. Stopped by here today for some protein powder. They have a great selection of products crammed into this little spot. And, the staff seems really knowledgeable about supplements too. Kudos. However, when I found the protein powder I was looking for it seemed priced a little higher than it should be. So, I pull out my phone to check local, in-stock comparisons (thank you Google Shopping), and indeed they were priced much higher ($34.95, or about 20-25% higher) than everyone else. I politely inquired if they match prices and also informed them that they were priced higher than nearby competitors. Their response: I was waved off with contempt. Okay. No problem.... I drove only ONE MILE away to their competitor, and the SAME EXACT protein powder was sitting on the shelf for $28.99! That's six bucks cheaper -- actually, it's $5.96 cheaper, but you get the point -- SIX DOLLARS CHEAPER! A lot can be had for six dollars: two gallons of gas, or two bottles of Trader Joe's wine, or a fast food meal...or whatever the heck I want to spend my $6 on. But, it's my six dollars, and why waste it unnecessarily? I don't like to mention other business names in reviews, but this other place is only a mile away, on Ray Rd, and its initials are H.H. I'm sure you can figure it out. It's too bad that they don't care to earn customer's business here at One Stop. There are in fact other stops one could make...and a lot less expensive ones at that. read more

Of all the One Stop locations I frequent, this is the worst. The dude who is in there when I go seems to give so few fucks that it's clear he hates being there. The store is so unorganized and there is product clogging the aisles. I went in to get more ISO-100 and they have so much chocolate and vanilla in stock and both flavors are stacked on top of the less common flavors. I had to dig through just to find anything else. What the fuck? It's also become clear that maybe they can't move their product because no employees want to engage their customers. This isn't the gym, dude... You have to talk to people in customer service. Get your shit together. read more

I'll start by saying, I love One Stop Nutrition for what they offer as a company, this review is based strictly off service. The staff at this location is flat out rude. I've been to 6 valley locations and this is seriously the worst. The minute you walk in, they either roll their eyes at each other or mumble something under thir breathes. I've taken 3 different coworkers here for lunch shakes and they all had something to say about the employees tones and attitudes, literally every single person I've taken here. Finally, they water their shakes down at this location. I've been getting 4-5 shakes per week for the last 6 months and every time I come to this location, they resemble a slushy more than a smoothie and not a single other location has this issue. Save yourself the headache and go to the one up on Priest or the new location on Alma and Elliott. (different owners and hands down the friendliest) read more

Enjoy getting my shakes here. Employees are friendly. Anytime I've asked for a suggestion for good/popular shake, they have one. My new one is chocolate, cappuccino with almond milk, I typically get it as meal replacement. Always blended perfectly. I've bought products here, they're helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Disappointed that the guy making shakes wasn't wearing a mask, my usual lunch choice when I'm around here, next time I'll go the extra 200 feet to tukees. read more

I really liked the smoothie I got from here, I think I ordered a Strawberry Banana post workout smoothie. But I felt like I was being judged by the baristas instead of being helped. I wanted to get more information on what the best type of protein for my body would be and I felt like the guy working just looked at me with complete superiority and told me "anything will work." I definitely see myself coming here to get post work out drinks whenever I'm in the area, but don't expect the best service. read more

I'd never been here before but I heard they had good post workout shakes so I decided to give it a try. I asked the guy what he would recommend for me and he was really rude. Felt like he was judging me for not knowing what to order. I ended up getting the strawberry banana meal replacement shake. It was not my favorite. Tasted like chemicals. I've gone one more time and received the same horrible service from some woman. She didn't greet me when I walked in, was very short when I ordered and didn't bother saying thanks or have a good day. What bugged me even more was that she was extremely friendly to the guy who was in there. Guess you have to have ridiculous muscles and know what to order to feel welcome! But to be honest, I really liked the chocolate peanut butter shake that I got the second time and I'll go back for another one....until I find a better place close to home! read more

They're very helpful in and knowledgeable in finding the right supplements for your specific needs. The smoothies are really good too.

A few words to easily describe the experience I had. dirty store, extremely cluttered and unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Go to Max Muscle. read more

I specifically go to this location even though it's a bit far from me because of the friendly staff and great recommendations!

Love the shakes! Always stop by and grab one as a meal replacement or as a treat.

I love this place! I was wanting to get back in shape and not sure where exactly to start. So, I asked my parents neighbor, who looks like a bodybuilder, and he told me go see Matt at One Stop. A few weeks later I hung out with a friend I hadn't seen in months and he looked AMAZING! He's in his forties and looked better than he did when he was a sufer in his twenties. Asked him what the heck he had been doing and he said I had to go see his buddy Matt at One Stop. So, I finally did. Matt litterally knows just about everything there is to know about nutrition and supplimentation. he helped me develop a plan to reach my goals. Well, it's been two months and I'm down 45lbs and I've put on 15lbs of muscle. No joke! I went my Dr., Dr. Nichols of Ahwatukee Family Medical and had everything tested. before and after. Dr. Nichols also knows Matt and he told me that One Stop is a great place. It's nice when even your Dr. give a good refferal. Check this place out. You won't be dissapointed! Thanks Matt!!!! PS: Check out his new restaurant in Awhatukee, The Public House Garage! This place is AWESOME! I went there last weekend and loved it. I didn't even realize he was one of the owners until a server told me. Public Garage review is comming next! read more

Strawberry banana smoothies are the best. They are made fresh when you walk in the door. It's a little cluttered and no room for you to relax and sit down after a nice long work out but I guess I can't complain too much it's a vitamin shop that just happens to sell good drinks. They sell a variety of vitamins and proteins bars too for all your needs. read more

So chalking up last couple experiences to going in during lunch when there's a crowd. Morning crew is super chill and helpful. Great tips and ideas on how to reach my goals. For quick fix the place is always my go to...will just remember to go in early if I need help picking out supplements. read more

Complaining about customer service is not something that I like to do because I completely get having "off" days. But I have been in this store about 6 times now and each time no matter who is working is always super rude. I go in because I need protein bars and it's the closest place to my house but I feel uncomfortable to even be in there for more than a couple of minutes. I always want to try a smoothie but I feel like I won't get any real help from them. The first time I was in there there was a little boy who was about 6 or 7 ordering a shake for his dad and the guy behind the counter could not have seem more inconvenienced. I just moved to the area and actually thought about applying there before I knew what their customer service was like. I'm going to continue to go as it's so conveniently located but if I find something better I will definitely make the change. read more

I just joined LA fitness and I'm always having shakes on one stop nutrition! There shakes are delicious Im here at least three times a week.

This place has a really good selection of supplements. I have been in here twice in the last two weeks. There is a younger guy that works nights and he has a lot of information. They also have protein shakes and internet available to customers. The only complaint is that most items are about $10 more than you would have to pay on the internet. Other than that though this place is pretty legit! read more

Been in a few times, most recently on 5/27. It has been remodeled since the last time i was in and looks great. Found some products I'd been wanting to try and husband got a shake. Staff was very friendly, recommended a shake based on our needs, offered product recommendations and even told us where to find something I was looking for that they didn't carry. Enjoyable experience! read more

Very disappointed. Everytime I've gone the staff consists of three boys who rather swear to each other and talk about juuling. They are not helpful when I ask what they recommend, they just say "I drink everything from here" very condescending and arrogant. They also tried to overcharge me for a smoothie; the price was clearly listed as $5 and at the register they just asked for my card. I asked how much and they said $6. I said "it says up there that it is $5" he says "you're correct, I just say $6 to everyone" I believe that is wrong. I also wish they listed calories up there. I enjoy their smoothies but I will not be going back due to the lack of customer service. read more

This location disgusts me to walk into. There's products everywhere and no organization at all. Literally things are stacked on the floor and the employees seem like they don't really want to be there. Luckily, there's two more locations nearby which are much better. read more

I was interested in buying a daily meal replacement I could do at home so I went in to the OSN to get more information. I bought a shake and asked the guy at the front if I could buy the ingredients in the shake I had bought, He replied no... so again I explained I wanted to buy product to make shakes at home. He then said they only sell the flavoring for the shakes. I have been to the 44th location tons of times and the gentlemen that works there had told me they do sell the product- but to double check I called and asked again after leaving the Ahwatukee location (which the question was yes of course they sell the ingredients for the shakes) I'm thinking because there was like four people working/hanging out in there He didn't want to help me.l and continue his convo with the others. Not sure why they need four people on staff when it's slow and none of them are looking to do there jobs. read more

Great store and customer service! They are very knowledgeable and can always help you find a product that will help you with the results your looking for. And prices are very competitive. I highly recommend checking this place out. read more
