They'll tell you where things are sourced, you can shop online, order for pickup, or call with questions... the staff is always knowledgeable and kind. I found Fran's Kitchen. This meal prep company really doesn't belong in the meal prep category its 10 times better then that! You personally have Fran reach out to you and get your background, what your health goals are, what foods you like, what portion size you are looking for and more. She connects with you and makes you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps guide you in the direction you are looking for. I personally had a very specific goal with lots of needs to meet that goal and she understood EXACTLY what I needed. Also, there are many options as far as pricing and I was pleased with the menu she ended up putting together with me.
