After waiting, I was then told he was already done for the day and would not be taking any more orders. It would have been nice if he had simply let me know from the beginning that he was already closed instead of having me wait. The open sign was still on, and the lights and music were still going, so it was confusing and frustrating as a customer. I've been supporting OneStop and its different locations for over a decade, but unfortunately it feels like the customer service has continued to decline over the past couple of years. The opening and closing hours also never seem to match what's actually posted.

Wow! I wanted a smoothie and this location is about a half…read moremile closer to my house than my normal one so I went here. First of all, the kid working was listless, un-motivated, and bleh. I'm not use to this. I go to a different location where everyone is kinda over the top and friendly and one by one of my work locations that has the same kind of staffing. To come here (last time for sure) was kind of a shock to be honest. ZERO personality! So then I placed my order and in a couple of the drinks the request was for carb powder but this location didn't have any!!! It's on the menu so I'm guessing they were just out. GREAT ORDERING JOB! So I hardly ever go here and only get one drink, and in fact, I usually get at least FOUR like today. So I asked for a drink carrier but GUESS WHAT?!?!?! They didn't HAVE any!!! How does a business that specializes in drinks NOT have DRINK CARRIERS?!?!?! For my drink I ordered strawberry/vanilla but it's like ALL the vanilla was at the bottom and the strawberry was at the top! I had to remix it. Also, I had to strap a couple drinks in with my seatbelt to keep them from falling over. Anyway, I don't have a choice but to give only 1 star JUST BASED on the employee alone! I won't be back to this location. I have to update this review because I'm trying to drink my drink and it's like all vanilla and it's super strong. I taste no strawberry and to be honest, I can't even drink this it's so bad. What a disappointment! Stay away from this location! There's plenty of them around.

I got away with only spending under $17 because I didn't need a lot of quantity since I'm just visiting in Mesa. There were a couple things I forgot to look for but the main issue is that the prices have gone up so much in the past three or four years since the last time I was in one that there was nothing I needed enough to spend that much more on it. Not their fault, everybody's prices have gone way up. If I'd seen something on sale that I needed I might have gotten it though . Part of the reason for coming here was that I saw somebody carrying one of their cute tote bags and it made me want to get one. I ended up getting two because the little elephant one was so cute. Their clearance rack had real good prices at half off so I got some sprouted whole-grain bread, some sour cream and some organic tortillas from there. I had to buy a bag of Basil just because it smells so good. I got some of their bulk ranch seasoning to go with the sour cream and one of those lavender sporks for three dollars, remembering that just a couple years ago they used to be $2. Ultimately I was happy with what I ended up with. And I have to say, when I smelled the wonderful aroma before I even walked into the store, I had that familiar feeling of being home because it smells like the other stores I had been to, the comforting aroma of herbs and spices and essential oils all mixed together.

The flower was extremely dry, harsh, and had almost no smell or flavor left. Effects were weak and short-lived. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience here as well, especially the service Stephen provided. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and recommended several different options based on my needs. What stood out most was how personable he was -- he asked questions, took the time to get to know me, and never made the interaction feel rushed or sales-focused. I first visited the store back in December, and when I returned this May, Stephen actually remembered me, which says a lot about the level of customer service here. Prices were similar in both locations, ~$50 for a 30 count gummies. The store itself is always clean, organized, and welcoming. There's plenty of parking right in front, plus bicycle parking for anyone who prefers to ride over. Overall, a great experience every time I've visited.
