Even with the name change, the product has maintained its high quality since my first visit. Upon returning a second time, it was even better than I remembered. Both times I went, one of my closest friends accompanied me, and we both enjoyed the food items we purchased. He got an acai bowl and said it was one of the best he had ever had. I have gotten the PB Butterscotch smoothie both times I have gone, and it is delicious. It tastes just like a regular milkshake, but without the guilt. I will try the other smoothie flavors they offer on my next visit. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is friendly. When I visited the first time, they were happy to offer suggestions on some of their most popular items. After they mentioned the PB Butterscotch smoothie, I tried that one. To reiterate, the PB Butterscotch is delicious, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great smoothie without a high sugar content. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great acai bowl or smoothie, and I am looking forward to future visits.

After waiting, I was then told he was already done for the day and would not be taking any more orders. It would have been nice if he had simply let me know from the beginning that he was already closed instead of having me wait. The open sign was still on, and the lights and music were still going, so it was confusing and frustrating as a customer. I've been supporting OneStop and its different locations for over a decade, but unfortunately it feels like the customer service has continued to decline over the past couple of years. The opening and closing hours also never seem to match what's actually posted.

Wow! I wanted a smoothie and this location is about a half…read moremile closer to my house than my normal one so I went here. First of all, the kid working was listless, un-motivated, and bleh. I'm not use to this. I go to a different location where everyone is kinda over the top and friendly and one by one of my work locations that has the same kind of staffing. To come here (last time for sure) was kind of a shock to be honest. ZERO personality! So then I placed my order and in a couple of the drinks the request was for carb powder but this location didn't have any!!! It's on the menu so I'm guessing they were just out. GREAT ORDERING JOB! So I hardly ever go here and only get one drink, and in fact, I usually get at least FOUR like today. So I asked for a drink carrier but GUESS WHAT?!?!?! They didn't HAVE any!!! How does a business that specializes in drinks NOT have DRINK CARRIERS?!?!?! For my drink I ordered strawberry/vanilla but it's like ALL the vanilla was at the bottom and the strawberry was at the top! I had to remix it. Also, I had to strap a couple drinks in with my seatbelt to keep them from falling over. Anyway, I don't have a choice but to give only 1 star JUST BASED on the employee alone! I won't be back to this location. I have to update this review because I'm trying to drink my drink and it's like all vanilla and it's super strong. I taste no strawberry and to be honest, I can't even drink this it's so bad. What a disappointment! Stay away from this location! There's plenty of them around.

Okay, let's start with the most important recommendation:…read more Request that your smoothie is blended COMPLETELY! Whatever you call it: " blended well", "extra blended", etc. you MUST request this. Why you ask? It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.
