Even with the name change, the product has maintained its high quality since my first visit. Upon returning a second time, it was even better than I remembered. It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.
