I moved to the area a few years back and was looking for a local supplement store near my house. Found Peak and stopped in to check it out. I was absolutely blown away! The quality of the supplements, how knowledgable the employees were, the overall vibe of the store, the body scan tracking WITH a printout...I left there in an incredible mood with supplements that blow the other stores out of the water. Fast forward to now, I don't think I have ever been more loyal to a store. Don't be intimidated - step right in and ASK FOR TRISTAN! There is NO PRESSURE aggressive sales pitch here! My colleague and I came by one afternoon to purchase Protein Shakes and sample them, if possible. We were lucky to be greeted by Tristan. He asked questions to uncover and personalize our needs. He's genuine, inquisitive, thoughtful, attentive, and authentic! It was fun to discover that we knew similar people in the weightlifting/powerlifting world. Tristan also shared his tumultuous climb in his wellness journey during our conversations - a testament that his process works. Every staff member there is delightfully helpful too - you can't go wrong. Their work environment feels uplifting and has those "good vibes." They have a plethora of products. We ended up with products from Titan, 1st Form, Modern Warrior. We were also able to sample the shakes before purchasing them. I have gone to peak nutrition a few times being that my trainer took us once to get measurements done and now I'll go every few months. I never spend too much time looking around at the products so I don't know how it compares to a GNC. My 5 star is strictly for David Naatz who spent time with me and my god daughter reviewing our measurement numbers to help us understand where we currently are and how to reach out fitness goals. While every time I've gone, the staff has always been nice and friendly, this guy really took his time with us. I felt like he was really ready to build us a whole meal plan. My god daughter is a 16 year old track runner, who doesn't eat the proper nutrition as she should. However, the time that David spent with us I really think it processed with her how important food and a specific amount of each type of food will benefit her athleticism and growth.
