    Zen Leaf came up on Google maps as the closest to us. There were billboards we noticed that advertised Zen Leaf as, "where the locals go." Zen Leaf's parking lot is noticeably larger than any dispensary parking lot I've seen. They had a doorman who ensured safety and compliance. He was interesting, but nice. You show your ID to the front desk and are put in the applicable line (pick-up or walk-in). Lots of quality product available for purchase. Once you get to your bud-tender, you will once again be asked to show your ID, FYI. It threw me off, to see the "no cell-phone use," signs (above the "cash only," sign). I tried to be discreet about the few photos I did take. Our bud-tender was knowledgeable and helpful. The dispensary was clean with prices that seemed average. Overall, I would return.

    This was not my first time in a dispensary, but first in Arizona since it's been legalized for "recreational" patients. Most of us weren't going to jump through hoops for a medical card or couldn't afford it so it's a relief this is now an option without being penalized, on the financial end as well. Yes, it's still a bit expensive due to the tax rate, but worth it. This entity is part of a chain, I noticed when I called ahead to check if recreational patients were allowed. They have multiple locations, which is convenient but I was told some of the products & selection does vary between the stores. So if you have a favorite you may want to check if they carry it before visiting a different location. This store was large & spacious. Clean & very well organized. It was pretty clear where to go for pickup or in-store shopping. But I didn't realize you still do need to check in at the front desk- off to the right but I barely noticed it. The gentleman at the desk was very polite & helpful. Got me "registered" quickly (you will absolutely need your ID to enter). I wish he would have also mentioned it is still cash only- ATM to the left- ahead of me standing in line & being helped. There are menu's overhead but just the basics, not much of the overwhelming variety stocked across the wall every direction behind the counter & including in the glass counter cases. However, I was browsing as I was waiting in line briefly & had a good mind of what I wanted to inquire about. The young lady helping me was very patient & knowledgeable when I explained the particulars I was looking for, what I had tried in the past & was willing to try. She came back with a BASKET full of options- went through each one of time, their specifics & their price points. I appreciated the education & suggestions. I was able to find what I was looking for in specific + a couple new to try. The price points were shockingly very reasonable compared to how steep I anticipated. Still expensive due to the tax rate, but if the quality lives up to be what the package contents say, it is worth it for the health benefits. I'm just a little annoyed when I registered at the front, I was told there is a 25% discount for NEW clients. That would apply since I just registered & I was to tell the personnel assisting me, which I did. She claimed it was only for specific products & of course none of mine applied. So, that was a bit misleading & disappointing when I purchased more than intended to utilize & try additional options without fully committing in spending full price to try. Either their internal communication needs to improve or please don't advertise unless the information is correct & specifies ONLY due to specific terms. Otherwise, it was a welcoming atmosphere, good selection, good prices & good service overall. They also mentioned a points program if you are a regular & want to build towards discounts. Never hurts! (Also note: there is a no-phone policy in this store which needs to be respected. As much as you want to capture the experience- not inside. The patients inside expect privacy.)

    Don't bother bringing your exit bag back with you, they are just going to charge you for another one anyway! I always bring my bag in with me and yet I've been charge 5+ times for it when I shouldn't have been. This last time the budtender (Cassandra) said she didn't charge me for the bag when I asked before checkout but low and behold I was charged AGAIN. Tried calling the number on the receipt to talk with a manager but it goes to a call center and they can't help. Tried using the chat help section on the website but they can't help either. I posted a question on the business Yelp page and they got it deleted 3 times, so now I'm writing this negative review and completing a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). This dispensary is the only one I've ever been to that charges for the bag, has employees that lie when they charge you for a bag and then not fix the problem.

    2 weeks after the original incident, following 3 emails without response for an entire week & having made phone calls plural (which do not route to the actual store nor the person commenting on here as the Owner) where I was advised they should have reached out to me but did not, I was able to be assisted by John in the store to get this replaced; again, for patients whom lack patience especially but anyone reading this at all, get your cannabis somewhere that will not make you go through these hoops to do a basic task that should be par for the course. To the owner: please don't comment after to say "we're sorry blah blah blah" - it's done, I was proven right that y'all could not care less. All I can do now is hope your chain is bought out & replaced by another that can aim a little higher in their customer satisfaction aspirations than 2/5 overall and "maybe get back in a week or so, idk" service turnaround; until then, my money happily goes to your competitors & I hope others follow suit. To Zachary: please practice asking "would you like that in a pump or a loafer?"as much as you can, so it feels comfortable & natural; if you're going to engage with people & try to embody Al Bundy, then you should prepare for when the only job you'll be able to hold is selling women's shoes.

    I bought some concentrate from this store. I was really thrilled about it. Hi klas blueberry muffin to be exact ( bunk ) I get home and try some out and it lit on fire and turned black. Please see picture for example 1: I call into the customer service line to complain obviously. 2 get told I'd be called back within a few hours. 3. I just showed up and explained what happened 4. Supervisor (Fabian) says they aren't returning it or giving me anymore because I over heated my banger.... ( blame it on the customer ) great customer service 5. Proceeded to offer me 20% off of house product. You want me to buy it again This experience has been The worst. Had to go buy a new banger Whatever I feel like the customer service could've been a lot better then what was presented Tbh the girl with the red hair was very sweet and kind about everything. I could see it in her eyes that she wanted to help me but couldn't. Hope this helps someone avoid going through what I did

    #TerritoryDispensaryMesa #vterritorydispensarymesae = they are friendly and a classes looking place, you feel welcome right when you walk in, all open and you can see everything; it smells nice too. I will be coming be was able to get around #$100 discount is my first time coming and they have a 2nd time coming of 20% off your next something(not sure what it is right now) and that's cool, they for planets so you know they got fresh air in their; so good stuff all the way around.
