Unfortunately, I've had a different experience with the gentleman who works in the deli and makes the sandwiches. He comes across as very rude and unwelcoming, and I've noticed it's not only toward me but other customers as well. During my most recent visit, a lady was patiently waiting while he finished making our sandwich because she needed some ham. Instead of simply letting her know he would be with her shortly, he rudely told her that she was "going to have to wait a while." I understand the deli can get busy and employees may be juggling multiple things at once, but there's no reason to speak to customers that way, especially when they're being patient and respectful. I really enjoy shopping at this location and the rest of the staff is wonderful, so I hope management can address the customer service at the deli.
