Not good service. I walked in at 5:54 when they closed at 6 and was refused service while the guy working there--"Thomas"-- made someone else their shake when we walked in at the same time. He then continued to purposely take his time in making the other shake to say that he was closed since he finished right at 6. He also told the person in front of me that he was going to tell us that he couldn't make my shake since he was about to close. When asked repeatedly to just make the shake and to let me talk to his manager, he said no and walked to the back room claiming he was on the phone with his manager and wouldn't let me talk to her. He tried to get my information to later give to his manager rather than to just let me speak myself. He has no good or proper customer service at all, as well as ethic and respect. Up until I told him that I was recording him did he want to change his tone and energy towards me, saying that the cash register turned itself off and was closed. read more

I've been frequenting here on and off for many years. I was really disappointed when I came in on a Tuesday morning and received subpar service. I had inquired about their whey alternative powered for their smoothie and the employee did not know what it was. She assumed it was soy based but didn't bother to check. When I told her I was allergic to whey and avoid soy she basically shrugged her shoulders and said she was sorry but she assumed it's soy based since it's a whey alternative. I ended up leaving empty handed. Sad. Because they have good smoothies. I thought about it more and am now wondering why she didn't offer to check the ingredients and also why she didn't know for fact if it's soy based or not. read more

Very dissatisfied with our service today. My girlfriend, sister, brother-in-law and I stopped in and purchased some shakes after our workout. We spent a short time drinking our shakes inside and talking, out of the way of other customers that came in. After a few minutes, the worker behind the counter told us we couldn't stay if we weren't going to buy anything and that we were loitering. Funny since we'd just bought shakes from this location. Additionally, we saw no signs saying "no loitering". I've been a loyal customer of one-stop for some time but this makes me heavily consider not coming back. So, the drinks are fine and the service is ok. Their menu on display states a "Stack is $7.25" there is also a typed sign on the counter that reads "We appreciate cash transactions, if you use cash you'll receive a 4% discount" (which is the advertised price) which basically, they'll charge you 4% extra if you pay with card. No big deal. After ordering the "stack" the cashier stated that my total is $8.24 (paying with card) so... $7.25 + 4%= $7.54 when brought to the employees attention she said, "because the drink is $7.92 and then add 4% for not using cash." Uhhh... why does your sign have different prices?? Ordered 2 shakes and the female cashier sticks her finger into the blender to taste the leftover shake. She then proceeded to touch other objects near the food never washing her hands. She then tries to hand me my shakes and I tel her I saw her lick her fingers. Now she's embarrassed because she didn't think I saw her. She continued touching (cups, blender, juice); she did not wash her hands until I told her to. It is delicious, you choose what milk you want , what flavors and last but not least you can add different supplements so that's great ! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
