Staff is friendly and helpful, with some more knowledgeable than others. Be prepared to look all over the store for the gluten free items, as they are scattered all over the aisles and shelves with non-gluten free products, not in their own GF section like other stores. They have tags on the shelves below the GF items, which is helpful. I figured this out on my own. Staff didn't tell me to look for these tags, and they should mention this to their GF customers as we navigate the store.

My only gripe is the nutrition information not being readily available for their menu. Yes, I understand that these shakes are customizable so it's impossible to give a set guideline for each one. However, the calories per serving, etc for the ingredients could be on the menu or AT LEAST online. That's just me though, definitely not a good choice if you're watching your macros. But awesome if you're just looking for a post-workout pick me up.

I had to double check on this meal what kind of meat was used, and was happy to hear that it was turkey bacon and that they don't use pork. Halal ftw! The meals were good, I ended up eating them over two days. I liked the mix of flavors and the price was fair due to it being on TGTG. I'm glad I got to try them!
