The shakes are tasty and customer service has been great thus far. The guys behind the counter have been patient, and great about helping out with suggestions every time I've come in. My only gripe is the nutrition information not being readily available for their menu. Yes, I understand that these shakes are customizable so it's impossible to give a set guideline for each one. However, the calories per serving, etc for the ingredients could be on the menu or AT LEAST online. That's just me though, definitely not a good choice if you're watching your macros. I've been trying to get either a refund or a new product for over a week and every employee and manager seems to not be able to help me for some reason. Is this common practice to sell expired product? I got the response: "It doesn't expire, the glycerin just hardens" as if that makes this situation okay, I paid full price and I do not want chunky pre-workout. I could've gotten a better product online, but I chose to get something here because I enjoyed the business. Now I can't recommend this place to anybody knowing that the customer service is non-existent and they are okay with selling product that expired over two years ago. While working out at LA Fitness (Moon Valley location) some girls wearing One Stop Nutrition shirts passed out $5 'Muscle Money' voucher. I was in the middle of a set so they set the voucher by my feet and moved on. I didn't get a chance to ask them any questions. Went to the One Stop Nutrition off Bell and 7th St to redeem it for a $6.50 Low Car Post Workout smoothie only to be old at the register after they made my smoothie that the vouchers were only for product and could not be used for a smoothie. The voucher says NOTHING about smoothie exclusions. Great. So I don't wanna be a jerk after they made my smoothie and pay for it. Long story short: they lure you in with a voucher that has a big picture of their smoothies which they don't honor. Fool me once same on you. You won't get another chance to fool me because I won't be returning. Hope everyone reading this avoids this trap too. read more

I have purchased one container of Blackout every month for three years. I bought two containers on Monday. One had mold growing in it. I brought it back, with the receipt on Thursday. "Taryn", who calls herself the manager, told me it wasn't mold even before I showed her the product. She went into the back room and pulled out an open, SUPER moldy product, and said that "it's a natural product, it's supposed to look like that. ." I don't know where "Taryn" received her biology degree but mold is mold, and I'm not putting it into my body. I asked her for contact info for the owner and she wouldn't give it. She wouldn't even give me the owners name. I easily found the owners name on the internet and sent him a message and am awaiting his reply. Update************** After a phone call from Matt, we were both able to explain our positions. Turns out a manager has to approve any refunds or, in my case, exchanges. I went in today and was able to exchange my product and was treated to a free shake. Disaster averted. ************************************************** Popped in yesterday to get a shake and decided to grab a jar of Black Out($59.95). I stop in there 1-2 times a week for a shake. When I opened it last night, the powder was clumped together like rocks and the scoop was almost cemented into the block of what used to be powder at the bottom. I have purchased many, many powdered products that have sometime ended up with a little humidity inside after packing but this was severe. I tried to break up the clumps but they were too rough. I went in today to get a post-workout shake and do a swap on the product. While I was chatting with a sales person, he mentioned that this was a known issue with some of the OSN, One Stop Nutrition, products. I picked up and shook about six different canisters of Black Out before I could find one that didn't sound like a can of rocks. He referred me to another sales person and that's when I was met with an unbelievable scenario. The sales person had to call his manager to see what to do and the manager, identified as Matt, not only declined to do the swap but wanted me to come back later in the day so he could see it for himself. I explained that I wasn't in a position to return later today and that I'd gladly leave the spoiled product for the manager to inspect if they would replace it with a fresh product. I was denied. At this time, I have to give One Stop Nutrition on Bell Road and the manager, Matt, only one star and I recommend being very careful shopping there.
