The promotional sign is outside of the door but the door is locked. Several people have tried to go in, but the door remains locked. No one is answering the phone either. I tried several times. I've been sitting here waiting to see if someone comes to the door. After 40 minutes, I saw the employee walk up and unlock the door. Is this something to expect in the future?
