One Stop Nutrition -- Quick, convenient, decent vegan options First time stopping into One Stop Nutrition and it pretty much delivered exactly what it looks like -- a convenient grab-and-go supplement and shake spot, usually right by gyms. Not a ton of vegan options, but I was able to build a fully plant-based 50g protein shake with soy/almond/coconut milk choices, which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. Prices felt reasonable, and while it wasn't a standout experience, it's solid for convenience -- I'd likely pop back in when I need something quick. Around a 3.5 experience for me. read more

Drinks were phenomenal. However, customer service was very terrible. The lady taking our order looked like she wasn't paying attention at all and when we asked if we could continue our order to see if she was, she gave attitude as if we were stupid. Very rude. read more

We arrive 10 minutes before closing, and we were still greeted with some of the best service and not rush the slightest bit

Went here this past Sunday and I enjoyed my experience. The employee was helpful when I asked what they would recommend with my protein add on. The menu had lots of options to choose from. The service was quick. I recommend this spot. Can see myself coming again. read more

My review is partially One Stop but mostly DoorDash. My coworkers and I placed an order on Thursday for 3 drinks totaling just under $55(I know how ridiculous, but we really wanted to try them). The order was never delivered and DoorDash said they would review the option of a refund within 3 hours. We placed a second order and it was delivered with no issue, but the drinks were very lacking for the cost. They had no flavor, were mostly water and definitely not substantial enough to be a meal replacement. To top this all off, DoorDash is denying my refund for the first order that I never received. So out $110 this week. NEVER WILL I USE DOORDASH OR ONE STOP AGAIN read more

Awesome new spot right by the eos gym perfect for post workouts!!! Lots of good protein options

Great customer service at this location and always quick service in and out. Wish we had more locations in the west valley!

Usually this is my go to spot. I ordered a choc banana meal replacement and i can feel the chocolate whey not blended well. Was not greeted when i arrived just a 'what can I get for you'....... usually the people are loud and welcoming. read more

I've been going to onestop for many years it's been apart of my routine, but this new girl who I think her name is Liz, has made the environment very unfriendly and very unwelcoming. I'm just going to start making my shakes from home. read more

Place is absolutely garbage. Very rude, the gentleman working today at 520pm showed piss poor customer Service. I've been a member since this company was a thing in Az. He wasn't even attentive enough to get my phone number correct to give me my rewards. Told me I wasn't a member somehow. I have not had one decline with my rewards since I've become a member until I came here. The staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. My smoothie was mid. read more

Madison was very helpful making my selections. She helped me find the amino 100 and made a delicious smoothie.

The manager there is the most rude, condensing worker I have ever experienced. I came to her asking about an issue I had about a charge. And she was so rude. Nothing but attitude and eye rolls from her and her cashier. I initially attempted to come to her in a nice manner; however, it did not end that way. Disappointed in her and her management skills. Apparently the you guy that is working there HATES his job. I just showed up to get a shake that I've been wanting all day. As soon as I walk into the store he was slamming stuff around, was not polite, and pretty much rushed through my shake and made incorrectly due to being so pissed off. I wasn't able to finish it because it was so sweet. Idk what's going on at this facility but every time I go this kid is pissed off at something and keeps messing up drinks.. very horrible experiences several times now/ place need la to get it together. read more

Updating my review from 2 stars to 4. Went back today and had a much different experience with the same employee. She must have just had a bad day or something before, but much better attitude and customer service all the way around. Will be returning! read more

When someone says 1/2 almond milk, it means HALF not the entire 8 ounces. JUST chocolate protein means just chocolate protein, don't add useless crap like sugar free Hersey's chocolate syrup when someone doesn't ask for it. Such a waste of $7. read more

I've been here twice, and both times, their drinks were very good. My first time in, Jade helped me choose a good BCAAs and he was very efficient at explaining the different compounds in each options. He advised me on which to get that would suit what I was looking for, regardless of the price difference (he suggested the cheaper option). That made me feel like he was genuinely interested in what would suit my needs, rather than trying to push a sale on me. I appreciated that. I also used my 10% Yelp check in discount and it was smooth sailing. Since I was so impressed with Jade, I came back the next day to get another drink, and I did not have as good an experience. The staff that day wasn't as friendly, and when I tried to use the 10% Yelp check in coupon, he looked at me like I was out of my mind. He kept hesitating, and telling me that he's not sure that I could use that on drinks, even though the offer said "on your entire purchase". It's fine if he's unfamiliar with the coupon and wasn't sure what he was suppose to do, but I didn't appreciate the way he treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of 10% off a $6 drink. When I told him that I had used it yesterday without any problem, he then told me that it was a one time use and that I can't use it again. I had to correct him that Yelp check in offers are valid with every check in. He finally took the damn coupon when I said that Jade was the person I talked to the day before. Honestly, the way I was treated over a 10% coupon left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't been back. I would go there again to get my BCAAs but it's not going to be a daily stop for me to get my juices, any longer. read more

It took me a long time to become a regular customer here. I was ordering all the wrong flavors of shakes. Then I tried the strawberry mango post workout as suggested by one of the employees and then I was hooked. The new staff is extremely rude. I will never return. I went in to order a shake and Britney was extremely rude, when I asked for managers name to alert them of how their employe is servicing their clients the response was "we are not allowed to release that inf. It's against the law" read more

Staff is amazing! Best smoothies in town! Always look forward to my smoothie after a hard workout.

I love one stop nutrition period. The shakes are SO good. But I do want to say that this is my favorite location. The crew is always so nice and helpful. Thank you guys for great customer service you guys provide. Keep up the great work. :) read more

I will continue to come because I enjoy the smoothies however that doesn't mean that I feel comfortable going, it's always so uncomfortable to deal with the employees rude characters, it is the same girls who do it consistently and I know people have shared a similar experience at this location, why can't they have professionalism and simply know how to get over themselves and be nice. read more

All time favorite smoothie spot! The manager, Justin is the homie for sure. He always makes the best smoothies and has the best customer service. He's always in a good mood, cracking jokes and plays the best tunes for customers to get pumped for the gym. Terrible customer service! I'm a frequent customer at all one stop locations and this one is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Not only was I ignored but not one individual working offered any assistance. For starters, when walking in the girl behind the counter had her kids with her. Paying more attention to the kids than the customers right in front of her. There were three men behind the counter (I assume that work there as well) but they were all too busy talking to each other instead of helping any customers. On top of all of that my shake was terrible! Terrible experience and a really bad name for One Stop Nutrition. I love One Stop but I will not be returning to this one! read more

Shake are amazing here! we come here 3-5 times a week is in the BEST location & its always clean with amazing service !!

This is my go to supplement store, the prices are right, and the selection is great. I for one hate ordering things online, you never really can get a feel for the product or how it is. Here they give it to you straight. Also, the smoothies, my gosh. I only wish they had a location a little bit farther west (cotton lane possibly) because the far west valley is craving something like this. read more

I haven't stopped here very many times as I usually make my own. When I'm in a rush or have run out of protein, I know exactly where I'm going! They have many options to fulfill any of your needs. There are many flavors and add ins at a good price point. I typically get the low carb post workout and it is everything I needed it to be. They offer all the supplements that you could need and they are categorized for what specific need you are looking for. I will be going back whenever I need! read more
