Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. My review is partially One Stop but mostly DoorDash. My coworkers and I placed an order on Thursday for 3 drinks totaling just under $55(I know how ridiculous, but we really wanted to try them). The order was never delivered and DoorDash said they would review the option of a refund within 3 hours. We placed a second order and it was delivered with no issue, but the drinks were very lacking for the cost. They had no flavor, were mostly water and definitely not substantial enough to be a meal replacement. To top this all off, DoorDash is denying my refund for the first order that I never received. Apparently the you guy that is working there HATES his job. I just showed up to get a shake that I've been wanting all day. As soon as I walk into the store he was slamming stuff around, was not polite, and pretty much rushed through my shake and made incorrectly due to being so pissed off. I've been here twice, and both times, their drinks were very good. My first time in, Jade helped me choose a good BCAAs and he was very efficient at explaining the different compounds in each options. He advised me on which to get that would suit what I was looking for, regardless of the price difference (he suggested the cheaper option). That made me feel like he was genuinely interested in what would suit my needs, rather than trying to push a sale on me. I appreciated that. I also used my 10% Yelp check in discount and it was smooth sailing. Since I was so impressed with Jade, I came back the next day to get another drink, and I did not have as good an experience. The staff that day wasn't as friendly, and when I tried to use the 10% Yelp check in coupon, he looked at me like I was out of my mind. He kept hesitating, and telling me that he's not sure that I could use that on drinks, even though the offer said "on your entire purchase". It's fine if he's unfamiliar with the coupon and wasn't sure what he was suppose to do, but I didn't appreciate the way he treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of 10% off a $6 drink. When I told him that I had used it yesterday without any problem, he then told me that it was a one time use and that I can't use it again. I had to correct him that Yelp check in offers are valid with every check in. He finally took the damn coupon when I said that Jade was the person I talked to the day before. Honestly, the way I was treated over a 10% coupon left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't been back. Then I tried the strawberry mango post workout as suggested by one of the employees and then I was hooked. Terrible customer service! I'm a frequent customer at all one stop locations and this one is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Not only was I ignored but not one individual working offered any assistance. For starters, when walking in the girl behind the counter had her kids with her. Paying more attention to the kids than the customers right in front of her. There were three men behind the counter (I assume that work there as well) but they were all too busy talking to each other instead of helping any customers. There are many flavors and add ins at a good price point. I typically get the low carb post workout and it is everything I needed it to be.
