Review for Jamba Juice I love Jamba Juice and I really enjoy the products, but my recent experience left me disappointed. Right now, I'm on a health journey and trying to be more mindful of what I eat, my calories, and what I'm putting into my body. Because of that, I was looking for lighter or "skinny" options. When I asked for healthier or lower-calorie choices, the staff did not seem interested in helping me. I was simply told there were no skinny options available. Later, after doing my own research, I found out substitutions could actually be made to create a better option for my goals. When I asked specifically for those substitutions, they then said, "Oh yeah, we can do that." My frustration is that this helpful information should have been offered from the beginning. As a customer, I was looking for guidance and recommendations, and it felt like there was little effort to help me find something that worked for my needs. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but when customers are paying premium prices, good customer service matters even more. I still like Jamba Juice, but I hope staff can be more knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged when customers ask for healthier options or modifications. read more

I went to the goodyear location on Saturday August 3rd, I was not greeted. I stood at the register for roughly 7 minutes , there were no other customer. I watched as the blond lady had her earphones in while cleaning the dishes, after waiting I asked is anyone working the register? she said give me a minute. Roughly five more minutes passed then she took my order. Roughly 10 more minutes passed and I received my smoothie. My girlfriend and I like Jamba, so that's the reason for the 2 stars. Now, here's why it's not a 5... We entered the building and wasn't greeted. Alright, maybe the two workers are having a bad day. We go up to have our order taken and the short girl with braces just takes a double take at us and just continues talking to the other worker. (Kinda feeling rejected, but still being open minded about it all.) We took an order at 20:30 for two smoothies. Total was around $17. My girlfriend scanned her bar code with a $3 reward and afterwards, the girl says "Are you done?" We tell her that we have a reward and she says "Okay." We see that the total didn't go down. We asked if she took the reward and she says "Yeah, I did." We pay and wait. I check afterwards and she didn't take off the reward. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, but she treated us like a nuisance. Poor character and customer service skills, it's really sad. Hope she can improve. The girl who closed on 7/26 was EXTREMELY nice. She had amazing customer service skills and made sure we were taken care of. On 5/11/2020 @ approx 5:43 pm, I came into the location @Goodyear Az. It was..needless to say a disturbing experience. I typically have a pretty good experience at this location. But on this day it was very different. When I came in there was one person waiting for his drink to be completed. I noticed that the two workers had masks on but they just were wearing them around their chins. I only took notice because I am a safety manager and currently with Covid we require our workers to wear masks just not around their chins. But, I kept that as a passing thought to myself. The female employee that was working was not friendly from the start. I ordered the first drink, she quickly snapped back "Is that it". I was not delaying, but clearly I wasn't speaking fast enough for her. My next drink- I kindly asked if I could get a carrot/orange twist. She quickly said, "the machine for the carrots is broken". I said, okay Can I please just have the orange juice? By the look in her eyes this just pissed her off. I handed her my cc and she strongly gestured my card back at me after she ran it. She didn't give me the receipt or even ask if I wanted it. I just quietly walked to the other end awaiting my drink. The customer before me that was waiting had just received his drink. Her coworker even took notice of her disturbed behavior. And walked to the back talking to her and she was clearly annoyed that I asked for the orange juice. I was thinking,did I come right before they are to close and she is upset to have to clean the machine. I was so confused...why this would set her off. The coworker calmly started working on my other drink but kept looking back at her. She had grabbed the bucket of oranges from the below cabinet slamming the door and then banging the bucket on the counter causing oranges to fall on the counter and one on the floor. She said"Rambling this machine doesn't even work right". While putting the oranges in the machine she reached down and picked up the one that fell on the floor and through it in the trash. Now she had gloves on and I am grateful she threw it in the trash but remember the orange fell and rolled. So she continued to work with contaminated glove on. And when she finished it did produce a large orange juice that I asked for. She came to the end and didn't even put it in my reach or give me a straw. I waited for the second drink to be completely, thankful that it was not her preparing it. She was banging things around behind the counter. When the young man finished the second drink I asked him, Do you close soon? He said, "No,not until 7:00pm" I said to him, "so she just normally carries that nasty attitude around"?(he didn't say anything in reply) I have to say this young man has made my drinks before. He is always kind and professional to deal with. I asked, him for the other drink that was out of my reach and a straw and I was on my way. It took me a day to just process that this is the type of customer service provided. And I really wish there was another Jamba Juice around to go too. I am still saying "WOW, I cannot believe what I experienced and saw". read more

Drink is great, attitude of workers was some of the worst I've ever seen. I work in quick service I totally understand the stress, BUT you can't make your troubles so vocal and obvious to the customer eye. Employees were grumy, rude, and mad at customers for bringing them business. Makenna said out loud "UGH another online order are you kidding!? These people expect it to be ready right away!" Today was my first time coming into Jamba Juice. When I came in, The girl worker simply asked me if I had an online order, I said no, she then proceeded to tell me she'll help me on the other side. I waited and she said she'll be with me shortly. Cool. Another customer came in and she welcomed them warmly and another came in and she welcomed them warmly as well. She took my order and it was a smoothie and an impossible breakfast sandwich, once I got my order, I went outside to eat my sandwich and the bottom was rock solid burnt. I came back in and she asked me if I had any questions, I told her that it was burnt. Rather than making me a new one, or offering me some thing different, or even apologizing Or sympathizing, she yelled for the other worker to refund me " because the next one will just burn too" those were her words. How difficult is it to remake another one and take it out sooner? I don't know, maybe the sandwich is too small and Burns too easy. Today I came in with some friends and there was a blonde girl up front taking all the orders, making the smoothies, while also running back and fourth because there were no more clean dishes. There was a tall man and a boy also working. The taller man was helpful but left and never came back. The shorter boy walked up to the register, and walked back into the back. The girl proceeded to ask the boy for help multiple times, but the boy didn't come back out. She was the only one handling the entire rush with minimal help. Went here today about 3:00. Only one worker on duty. Poor guy was taking several orders and not a soul was around to make the orders.
