Love coming to this location. Kyle is always super friendly and offers suggestions. I used to get a matcha smoothie with honey, but the stopped carrying matcha unfortunately. Kyle helped come up with a drink that would have a similar taste. I order it every time I come now. We go out of our way to come to this location specifically because of Kyle's customer service. Depending on how busy it gets, the standing room get a bit tight while wait for your item(s), but it's typically pretty quick from the time you pay to the time you leave. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

Review for Jamba Juice I love Jamba Juice and I really enjoy the products, but my recent experience left me disappointed. Right now, I'm on a health journey and trying to be more mindful of what I eat, my calories, and what I'm putting into my body. Because of that, I was looking for lighter or "skinny" options. When I asked for healthier or lower-calorie choices, the staff did not seem interested in helping me. I was simply told there were no skinny options available. Later, after doing my own research, I found out substitutions could actually be made to create a better option for my goals. When I asked specifically for those substitutions, they then said, "Oh yeah, we can do that." My frustration is that this helpful information should have been offered from the beginning. As a customer, I was looking for guidance and recommendations, and it felt like there was little effort to help me find something that worked for my needs. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but when customers are paying premium prices, good customer service matters even more. I still like Jamba Juice, but I hope staff can be more knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged when customers ask for healthier options or modifications. read more

Woof. Stood there for 5 min before the woman behind the counter even acknowledged me. I was the only person in the entire store. Waited 15 minutes for an acai bowl... one lady working in here. Watched as she did various things before getting to my bowl. Again, only person here. Don't recommend going here if you have somewhere to be. This is not FAST food at all. What gives??? read more

Refreshing Great Jamba Juice Location. The staff was so helpful and knowledgable about the items on menu, even gave suggestions based on our preferences. Our smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. Very hardworking, knowledgeable staff that provides great service with a smile. I will definitely be back for another Mega Mango. read more

This place gave me and my boyfriend incredibly bad stomach issues.... If you understand what I'm saying. I also had so many small amounts of plastic in my drink. He kept trying to tell me it was just the fruit that shredded, but it was tasteless and definitely plastic. Won't be back. read more

I went to the goodyear location on Saturday August 3rd, I was not greeted. I stood at the register for roughly 7 minutes , there were no other customer. I watched as the blond lady had her earphones in while cleaning the dishes, after waiting I asked is anyone working the register? she said give me a minute. Roughly five more minutes passed then she took my order. Roughly 10 more minutes passed and I received my smoothie. I sat back down waiting on the bowl I ordered when a lady from the back came and asked if someone ordered a bowl. I typically always receive great customer service but today I was disappointed. read more

DO NOT ORDER THE ACAI PRIMO BOWL. This Jamba Juice makes the WORST Acai Primo Bowl I have ever had. I have ordered & allowed time to pass, hoping they would step it up & each time it is the soupiest, most tasteless bowl. Today, I decided to post a review. Don't waste your money or time. read more

My girlfriend and I like Jamba, so that's the reason for the 2 stars. Now, here's why it's not a 5... We entered the building and wasn't greeted. Alright, maybe the two workers are having a bad day. We go up to have our order taken and the short girl with braces just takes a double take at us and just continues talking to the other worker. (Kinda feeling rejected, but still being open minded about it all.) We took an order at 20:30 for two smoothies. Total was around $17. My girlfriend scanned her bar code with a $3 reward and afterwards, the girl says "Are you done?" We tell her that we have a reward and she says "Okay." We see that the total didn't go down. We asked if she took the reward and she says "Yeah, I did." We pay and wait. I check afterwards and she didn't take off the reward. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, but she treated us like a nuisance. Poor character and customer service skills, it's really sad. Hope she can improve. The girl who closed on 7/26 was EXTREMELY nice. She had amazing customer service skills and made sure we were taken care of. EDIT: One of the smoothies was wrong and the girl who served us didn't have a name tag. read more

Definitely cheated out of my smoothie bowls today. They told me they were out of bowls and would put in a cup. I thought I would revive at least the normal amount of smoothie still, but there is no way with this much room in the cup that I paid for the full amount. Disappointed. read more

Jamba - a plastic cup of juice on a table - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

I came in here to get a smoothie after my workout and I was craving something with peanut butter so I ordered the PB and Banana protein smoothie. I made the mistake of not asking what kind of is in it because I can't have regular milk, so when they made it I tasted regular milk. I felt bad asking if they can remake it, I didn't want to be THAT complicated customer that complicates things, but when I told the employees about my concern they were so nice and made me a new smoothie with almond milk! I really appreciated that read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Everyone is super friendly and fast. Having a quick pick-me-up that's healthy, quick, and comes with great service is exactly how every place should work. I have been to several Jamba's (all are pretty amazing, except in Hawaii) this one is the best! read more

Friendly staff and service is really good, great location all around and really no complaints with this location 2 thumbs up...

I am giving them two stars since as a jamba franchise they have better recipes and ingredients than most smoothie shops. This location is below fleet average at best. Last 5 times I have been they have been out of ingredient(s) or cups that have impacted my order. Whoever the general manager is should consider the cost of being penny wise pound foolish. Easier to drive further and actually get what I want at the Jamba in Avondale. read more

On 5/11/2020 @ approx 5:43 pm, I came into the location @Goodyear Az. It was..needless to say a disturbing experience. I typically have a pretty good experience at this location. But on this day it was very different. When I came in there was one person waiting for his drink to be completed. I noticed that the two workers had masks on but they just were wearing them around their chins. I only took notice because I am a safety manager and currently with Covid we require our workers to wear masks just not around their chins. But, I kept that as a passing thought to myself. The female employee that was working was not friendly from the start. I ordered the first drink, she quickly snapped back "Is that it". I was not delaying, but clearly I wasn't speaking fast enough for her. My next drink- I kindly asked if I could get a carrot/orange twist. She quickly said, "the machine for the carrots is broken". I said, okay Can I please just have the orange juice? By the look in her eyes this just pissed her off. I handed her my cc and she strongly gestured my card back at me after she ran it. She didn't give me the receipt or even ask if I wanted it. I just quietly walked to the other end awaiting my drink. The customer before me that was waiting had just received his drink. Her coworker even took notice of her disturbed behavior. And walked to the back talking to her and she was clearly annoyed that I asked for the orange juice. I was thinking, did I come right before they are to close and she is upset to have to clean the machine. I was so confused...why this would set her off. The coworker calmly started working on my other drink but kept looking back at her. She had grabbed the bucket of oranges from the below cabinet slamming the door and then banging the bucket on the counter causing oranges to fall on the counter and one on the floor. She said"Rambling this machine doesn't even work right". While putting the oranges in the machine she reached down and picked up the one that fell on the floor and through it in the trash. Now she had gloves on and I am grateful she threw it in the trash but remember the orange fell and rolled. So she continued to work with contaminated glove on. And when she finished it did produce a large orange juice that I asked for. She came to the end and didn't even put it in my reach or give me a straw. I waited for the second drink to be completely, thankful that it was not her preparing it. She was banging things around behind the counter. When the young man finished the second drink I asked him, Do you close soon? He said, "No,not until 7:00pm" I said to him, "so she just normally carries that nasty attitude around"?(he didn't say anything in reply) I have to say this young man has made my drinks before. He is always kind and professional to deal with. I asked, him for the other drink that was out of my reach and a straw and I was on my way. It took me a day to just process that this is the type of customer service provided. And I really wish there was another Jamba Juice around to go too. I am still saying "WOW, I cannot believe what I experienced and saw". read more

Horribly slow service and there's 3 people behind the counter. I go to Jambe Juice often but not this one. This one is closest to my house. I'll try again but if the same service, no more. The person who ordered after me, they had their shakes ready for them. They were about to call them up but then they looked at me and realized they shouldn't and they called me up and gave me my order and approx two seconds later, they called the people up that came in the door probably 10 minutes after I did. Go figure. They are very good about saying hello and goodbye like they are supposed to do but beyond that, they are in no hurry The door probably 10 minutes after I did. Go figure. read more

Drink is great, attitude of workers was some of the worst I've ever seen. I work in quick service I totally understand the stress, BUT you can't make your troubles so vocal and obvious to the customer eye. Employees were grumy, rude, and mad at customers for bringing them business. Makenna said out loud "UGH another online order are you kidding!? These people expect it to be ready right away!" Meanwhile myself, and other customers are watching her temper tantrum. Completely unprofessional! Anyone can follow and recipe and make a good product. Not everyone is understands how to act in customer service, hiring and training at this location needs to be improved. read more

Today was my first time coming into Jamba Juice. When I came in, The girl worker simply asked me if I had an online order, I said no, she then proceeded to tell me she'll help me on the other side. I waited and she said she'll be with me shortly. Cool. Another customer came in and she welcomed them warmly and another came in and she welcomed them warmly as well. She took my order and it was a smoothie and an impossible breakfast sandwich, once I got my order, I went outside to eat my sandwich and the bottom was rock solid burnt. I came back in and she asked me if I had any questions, I told her that it was burnt. Rather than making me a new one, or offering me some thing different, or even apologizing Or sympathizing, she yelled for the other worker to refund me " because the next one will just burn too" those were her words. How difficult is it to remake another one and take it out sooner? I don't know, maybe the sandwich is too small and Burns too easy. I believe she could have been more customer service oriented from the beginning. read more

Jamba juice makes a good product. But sometimes it's strange sometimes they package everything well. Then other orders Of the same item they send it individually so the driver has to carry a smoothie, and another item in his other hand. With COVID-19 why not put it all in one bag. read more

Today I came in with some friends and there was a blonde girl up front taking all the orders, making the smoothies, while also running back and fourth because there were no more clean dishes. There was a tall man and a boy also working. The taller man was helpful but left and never came back. The shorter boy walked up to the register, and walked back into the back. The girl proceeded to ask the boy for help multiple times, but the boy didn't come back out. She was the only one handling the entire rush with minimal help. She did as much as she could, and was very apologetic. Please help this girl out. read more

Went here today about 3:00. Only one worker on duty. Poor guy was taking several orders and not a soul was around to make the orders. Finally a guy comes sauntering out of the back after the young kid had to go get him. This guy NEVER gives customers the extra smoothies in the blender. He's the only worker here who doesn't. I was told they are supposed to give us the left over upon request. My advice? Staff the place adequately and be consistent read more
