The weight was incredibly long, even though there was four people behind the counter. They seemed more interested in talking to one another than serving the customers. Been coming here since they open, customer service was good back then. These past 2 months service has gone down. Today 5/28/2025 at 12:05pm we walk in the lady on the other side of the counter didn't acknowledge us. She was on her personal phone. We stood there for 5 min & we left. Ice cream is always good and the ambiance is ok. Management needs to get the team to be more focused and acknowledge customers. Attached is a picture of the lady on her phone. Her conversation was not a business matter. Lets do better La Michoacana your customer deserves it. read more

Paid $23.40 for a small bag of Tostitos with corn and a separate cup of corn, which was clearly canned yellow corn. Very disappointing for the price. The flavor and texture just weren't there, and it definitely didn't feel worth what was charged. You're honestly better off going to an elotero, the corn is fresh off the cob, tastes much better, and is more affordable. I was really hoping for better quality. read more

I am extremely upset after ordering this from DoorDash this is like a mini cup which cost me $7.99 if I would've known how small it was I wouldn't never gotten it. The prices here are ridiculous and they have canned corn instead of real authentic Mexican Corn. read more

My friend and I love to try out new ice cream places, so we stopped in. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and attractiveness of the store. The young man who served us was extremely knowledgeable of the products, and genuinely happy to be there. He answered all our questions and gave us delicious samples to try. Wow, this is such a happy place! It's like a genki explosion of Mexican kawaii!!! They have a selection of treats and delights that will make your toes tingle, now I just have to figure out which paleta to try first. I came in today to get a bag of tostielotes which were about $12 dollars for a small bag. The lady then asked me if I wanted white or yellow corn & well per the usual white corn is not sweet, so I told them white corn. Well this white corn was super sweet & for my liking, I don't really like mixing sweet & salty unless I'm craving sweet & salty. I then call the place up & tell them "what's the purpose of asking me which corn I liked if both corns are the same at the end" she then told me that, that's how they receive their corn & that if I were to get the yellow corn it'd be more sweet which I disagree. I believe that they know that white corn is not sweet bc they don't wanna spend more money on the real white corn. (Bc it is much more pricy) I also expected her to tell me that she'd give me a refund or a discount but she didn't, she just told me that she'd talk to her manager but I really doubt she will & if she does they're not gonna do anything about it, & I'm more then sure that they've had more complaints about it bc she was really argumentative about it & instead of hearing me out SINCE IM THE ONE WHO JUST SPENT 12$, JUST TO THROW IT AWAY IN THE TRASH, she wanted to argue that, that white corn id sweet. & it really is not. I'm really not the type to make a review even if I didn't like something but this really did tick me off bc I've been craving & for 12$ just to throw it away bc of the corn. It's crazy! I came with my daughter who herself (6yo) and I (31yo) frequently visit the Casa Grande location (AMAZING) so we have been to this place a lot in different locations. Anyway she has a pretty medium not life threatening but uncomfortable allergy to strawberries. BUT LOVES watermelon. So we order watermelon EVERY VISIT. So I order it and we get back home to Buckeye AZ and realize they had the strawberry ice cream in the watermelon labeled spot in the store, because I specifically asked for and pointed at the pink/red ice cream LABLED "Sandia" so I called to let them know and see if the next day I could come replace it due to paying 10$ for it. First Lady told me no I was wrong. Then said she couldn't help me in English because she only spoke Spanish so I had to wait for someone to come to the phone who could help me. So I explained again and wasn't really heard. She said I could come back but again I live in Buckeye which is like a 20 min drive. It was 8pm I'm not driving all the way back. I asked if I could go the next day and wasn't told yes but only after 12 which is fine. But I didn't appreciate being laughed at by both associates. I understand mistakes happen I wasn't asking anything crazy or being rude even though my daughter had an allergic reaction due to their mislabeling. I was questioned over and over if I was sure. There's strawberry seeds. Yes I'm sure. U can check yourself at ur own store!!! Definitely only going to Casa Grande from now on. These employees are super rude when I never even said one thing bad. Didn't even ask for a refund. Just an exchange. And got laughed at. After my daughter had to take allergy medication and go to sleep itchy with swollen eyes. Yum!!! Thank you Yelpers! We are visiting Arizona and found this place. Super clean and everyone was so nice and patient with us. My husband wasn't planning on getting anything then he tried the Mango Pineapple drink and said WOW - I need one of those! I got the bionico and a tamarindo apple. If we had one of these I would be here at least twice a week. Definitely go here there is so much to choose from and I'm sure everything tastes fresh and yummy!!! read more

Have always loved La Michoacana but I think this one is now my fav location! For starters it is super clean and organized which I love. The flavors of ice cream are unmatched (especially the biscoff! ) and there is so many to choose from. I also love the horchata at this specific location as it has a nutty undertone that's delicious. As well Yazmin helped us and was a true delight. She was super friendly and u could tell she knew her stuff when it came to the flavors. I will most definitely be coming back on a regular basis and love having this addition to the neighborhood. read more

$44 for 2 biónicos, ice cream scoop and tostilocos. (Biónicos $13, ice cream scoop $4 and tostilocos $12) note they did not have their prices listed ANYWHERE for any items. Only things having the price were the ice cream cups and mangoneadas displayed. When asked about a certain Ice cream flavor, she told us she didn't have it, after we went to go show her on the display they did. She didn't know what a biónico was so we explained how to make it after she kept trying to tell us it was escamocha...even though not the same thing. And on the way to check out they had a display box labeled "biónico"... how are you going to sell biónicos and not know what they are. Overpriced, overhyped, and service was a little messy having to explain to them what they had rather than them to us. They had us running from one end of the bar to the other for the ice creams and the chips etc. Tried it, wasn't our thing. read more

The ice cream is a wonderful blend of Mexican style with sweet and savory options. Thor service was amazing, Yazmin let us try several different options before deciding on the Ferrerro Rocher and it was amazing. The seating are was welcoming for families and kids with bright beautiful signage and posters. While in the past I have had good experiences dining in, my recent visit wasn't very great. I went…read morethrough the drive thru where there was no line so I got to order right away. When I pulled up, there was only one car in front waiting for their coffee. After I pulled in, I waited 10 mins for 2 bagels, only to find out that they don't even add the cream cheese. I thought it was a bit much to wait 10 mins to heat up an order of 2 bagels with no coffee order or anything. Definitely will not be stopping by for breakfast.

When we got to the shop, the line was extremely long which I saw as a really good sign. Unfortunately for me, it was not. The service was extremely nice, a smidge slow but that was pretty understandable due to the line and also due to the many to go orders being placed ahead of time. I did notice with the to go orders that there wasnt as many drinks being picked up...this might be a coffee shop that is known for their food more than their drinks (unique). The sitting inside was limited and a little squashed, the shop itself is pretty small. If you have any form of anxiety...dont go anywhere near Enroute, I almost left multiple times without my drink because of it. I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. My guess is the hot food options available, if you were to decide to try this shop... I would recommend either reaching out to someone who.loves this shop or checking into those items specifically.

The matcha with vanilla cold foam was great -- smooth, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. The vanilla cold foam added just the right creamy finish without overpowering the matcha. I also tried the Mint Chiller, and it was excellent -- super refreshing with a clean mint flavor that wasn't too sugary. The ambiance looks inviting and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to hang out or catch up with someone. Since it was our first time there, the employees were especially helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions, which we really appreciated. Service was quick and efficient, and the drinks were made just right. Definitely a good option when you want something a little different from the usual coffee run.
