So many flavor options! The lady who helped us was very nice. She told us which flavors are popular and gave us samples. The place is clean and welcoming. Will definitely be coming ba

Everyone was super nice here! They were super patient when I didn't know what I wanted, they also let me sample icecream and explained different icecreams to me. Manzana loca/Fruit was yummy! I also got esquites/elote en vaso. I got white corn and it wasn't sweet like others have said in other reviews, it was perfectly the way elote en vaso should be!

I am extremely upset after ordering this from DoorDash this is like a mini cup which cost me $7.99 if I would've known how small it was I wouldn't never gotten it. The prices here are ridiculous and they have canned corn instead of real authentic Mexican Corn.

    Biscoff ice cream.
    Chris Y.

Wow! What a selection of treats! The biscoff is so good. Not overly sweet. Very friendly staff that explained what everything was. I'll be back.

I came in today to get a bag of tostielotes which were about $12 dollars for a small bag. The lady then asked me if I wanted white or yellow corn & well per the usual white corn is not sweet, so I told them white corn. Well this white corn was super sweet & for my liking, I don't really like mixing sweet & salty unless I'm craving sweet & salty. I then call the place up & tell them "what's the purpose of asking me which corn I liked if both corns are the same at the end" she then told me that, that's how they receive their corn & that if I were to get the yellow corn it'd be more sweet which I disagree. I believe that they know that white corn is not sweet bc they don't wanna spend more money on the real white corn. (Bc it is much more pricy) I also expected her to tell me that she'd give me a refund or a discount but she didn't, she just told me that she'd talk to her manager but I really doubt she will & if she does they're not gonna do anything about it, & I'm more then sure that they've had more complaints about it bc she was really argumentative about it & instead of hearing me out SINCE IM THE ONE WHO JUST SPENT 12$, JUST TO THROW IT AWAY IN THE TRASH, she wanted to argue that, that white corn id sweet. & it really is not. I'm really not the type to make a review even if I didn't like something but this really did tick me off bc I've been craving & for 12$ just to throw it away bc of the corn. It's crazy! (The only review I've made on here, just to really show yall how I don't do this at all but this really got to me lol)

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM LABELED AS WATERMELON (GAVE ALLERGIC REACTION)
    Marlana B.

I came with my daughter who herself (6yo) and I (31yo) frequently visit the Casa Grande location (AMAZING) so we have been to this place a lot in different locations. Anyway she has a pretty medium not life threatening but uncomfortable allergy to strawberries. BUT LOVES watermelon. So we order watermelon EVERY VISIT. So I order it and we get back home to Buckeye AZ and realize they had the strawberry ice cream in the watermelon labeled spot in the store, because I specifically asked for and pointed at the pink/red ice cream LABLED "Sandia" so I called to let them know and see if the next day I could come replace it due to paying 10$ for it. First Lady told me no I was wrong. Then said she couldn't help me in English because she only spoke Spanish so I had to wait for someone to come to the phone who could help me. So I explained again and wasn't really heard. She said I could come back but again I live in Buckeye which is like a 20 min drive. It was 8pm I'm not driving all the way back. I asked if I could go the next day and wasn't told yes but only after 12 which is fine. But I didn't appreciate being laughed at by both associates. I understand mistakes happen I wasn't asking anything crazy or being rude even though my daughter had an allergic reaction due to their mislabeling. I was questioned over and over if I was sure. There's strawberry seeds. Yes I'm sure. U can check yourself at ur own store!!! Definitely only going to Casa Grande from now on. These employees are super rude when I never even said one thing bad. Didn't even ask for a refund. Just an exchange. And got laughed at. After my daughter had to take allergy medication and go to sleep itchy with swollen eyes. I expected a little compassion at least.

Coldwater grows, bakes, and serves its own food using local produce from its urban garden and ingredients sourced from small-scale farmers and producers to craft scratch-made meals, hand-shaped breads, and brewed drinks. They are also a worker-owned cooperative. Coldwater is housed inside a cute and cozy house. There's plenty of seating. In addition to coffee, breakfast, pastries, and more, they also sell produce and baked goods. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. Highly recommend checking out this great, locally-owned coffeehouse!

We actually followed the owners here after frequenting their previous coffee shop, En Route. When they opened New Penny, supporting them was an easy decision. The café is thoughtfully divided into two distinct spaces: a family-friendly dining area and a lounge-style bar area geared more toward adults. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. There are house-made dishes, local merchandise, a shaded patio, and plenty of charm throughout. My wife's favorites are the Breakfast Totchos and the Acai Bowl. Personally, I am also a loyal Breakfast Totchos fan. As for drinks, the Copper Coin and the legendary Cowboy Latte are both worth ordering. What truly sets New Penny apart, however, is the people. The owners and staff have created a space that feels inclusive, welcoming, and genuinely connected to the community. Support local businesses. Better yet, support local businesses that are doing things the right way. Get to know the owners. Get to know the staff. Places like New Penny don't just serve food and coffee--they create gathering places. Whether you're meeting a friend, taking a business meeting, enjoying a date, or simply looking for a quiet place to sit by yourself, New Penny delivers. One of my favorite local businesses, and one that my family will continue to support.

I am a sucker for a new coffee spot whether it's in a building or on a truck. The line was long when I arrived but you could tell they were moving as fast as they could. Especially in the heat. The girl taking orders was sweet and made good recommendations. We received a buzzer after we ordered so we waited in the car. I appreciate them using the buzzers. We waited about 20 minutes for our order. I got a banana pudding latte and my sister got an abuelita mocha latte with cookie butter cold foam. I LOVED my drink. You could taste the banana pudding but the coffee flavor was still strong. That's hard to do. My sister liked hers but said the cold foam didn't really taste like cookie butter. I think it's possibly because they just blend cookie butter into whip cream without melting it and/or adding anything to enhance the flavor of the cookie butter. While the wait was long, the drinks were worth the wait. We paid $16 for the 2 medium drinks which I think is good because I've paid $8 for a small that wasn't nearly as good.

I went back the second time and that's where the excitement began. Instead of going in to order quickly, I took a gander around and noticed there's a whole clean, spacious, aesthetic seating area! This coffee shop is a beautiful hidden gem and I am so grateful it's in Goodyear! The coffee? 1000% better than your favorite Starbucks or Dutch Bros drink (trust me, their coffee/tea literally sparkles if your request it; and I'm not being figurative here). I didn't know I wanted my coffee to be beautiful until I came here. The choices of drinks they offer are endless--nitro, cold foam, SO many types of flavors and delicious sweeteners. Don't enjoy your coffee sweet? Cool, they'll make it "half sweet," or none at all. Go ahead and customize your drink; they're experts. The atmosphere? Spacious and calm enough to bring your work from home materials to a table in the lobby / have a friendly conversation at one of the comfortable seating arrangements. The employees? Everyone from the back of the house staff (cooks, coffee gurus, etc.) to the customer service at the front desk are obviously happy to work there; they're friendly and great at their jobs. Lastly--not that this is even required at a coffee/tea shop--but, the food is delicious. Every detail of what Enroute offers is intentional and has been carefully curated. The turkey avocado sandwich with fries is my new favorite Friday lunch treat. You can order honey mustard, ranch, or red pepper aioli dip, which is all made from scratch. You won't get frozen foods or Hidden Valley Ranch packets at this coffee/tea shop location. Only the very best. If you can't tell, I highly recommend!
