One Stop Nutrition -- Quick, convenient, decent vegan options…read more First time stopping into One Stop Nutrition and it pretty much delivered exactly what it looks like -- a convenient grab-and-go supplement and shake spot, usually right by gyms. Not a ton of vegan options, but I was able to build a fully plant-based 50g protein shake with soy/almond/coconut milk choices, which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. Prices felt reasonable, and while it wasn't a standout experience, it's solid for convenience -- I'd likely pop back in when I need something quick. Around a 3.5 experience for me.

Whew, where to begin?…read more Came in and was seated immediately but took over 10 minutes for someone to actually greet us and take our order. Someone came in after me and was immediately greeted with water and allowed to order. My server was Joselyn and she was a terrible server. Extremely slow with greeting guest and had to be told twice to bring me and my wife water. After 15 minutes we finally got water, but only after asking for it twice. After we ordered I told her we'd like syrup with our food. Food was brought out and after that the serve just ignored us for the rest of our visit. No refill on water or coffee or any other drinks we ordered. Didn't ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. I had to literally get up and get our own syrup because our serve never came back to check on us. The food came out warm, not hot. Disappointing but not horrible. Our total came out to $60. Not awful, but I could have spent my $60 at a business that actually paid attention to me as a customer. Other table that was also being served by Joselyn had to hunt her down just to pay for the bills. She needs to be trained properly and not spend so much time talking to her co workers. This place could be enjoyable if all the serves were attentive, but my experience with Joselyn was terrible. This was the last place we ate at before leaving Arizona and it put such a sour taste in our mouths. Not worth the drive, not worth the money.

The matcha with vanilla cold foam was great -- smooth, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. The vanilla cold foam added just the right creamy finish without overpowering the matcha. I also tried the Mint Chiller, and it was excellent -- super refreshing with a clean mint flavor that wasn't too sugary. The ambiance looks inviting and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to hang out or catch up with someone. Since it was our first time there, the employees were especially helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions, which we really appreciated. These are not casual little milkshakes. They are full dessert events in a cup, and they know exactly what they are doing. The menu has a lot going on, so it took us a minute to figure out what we wanted, but the staff were friendly, patient, and helpful the whole time. That made the experience even better, because with that many choices, it is easy to get overwhelmed. If ice cream did not go through me like a cement truck, I would eat it more often. Unfortunately, that is also why this place isn't really for me. I walked in not knowing exactly what to expect and quickly realized that the concept is centered around extravagant desserts and large, highly decorated shakes. While I can appreciate the creativity, I personally found them to be a bit excessive and wasteful for my tastes. That said, I can absolutely see why others enjoy it. If you're looking for a fun dessert experience, a social media-worthy treat, or something unique to share with friends or family, this may be exactly what you're looking for. It simply wasn't a match for my personal preferences.
