I ordered the mango delight and was extremely disappointed. The photo on their website shows a yellow smoothie, since it's made of mango and pineapple. However, mine was made with so little of those fruits that the drink literally was white. They clearly were heavy on the cashew milk since not only was the color off but the milk is all I could taste. I basically paid $9 for cashew milk and ice. I'll never be back. read more

I almost hate that I love their PB & J bowl Soo much. Almost every time I go the girls working there do not smile and are just not friendly. They just don't seem like they want to be there at all and it's very uncomfortable. The tables were a bit disorderly and tables haven't been wiped down in a while even though there is no one in here at all! Sadly, one star may be too high of a rating because I couldn't even order what I drove across town to actually try! Been wanting to try Nekter.... Guess I'm still waiting to do so. Went at around 2pm on a Sunday and they were completely OUT of açaí. I was told someone went to a store to get more and it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Nope! Went in to get 32oz of celery juice and 32oz of beet juice...drove 20 Minutes. Was told they don't do that because it's too much work to juice that much product...wow, good thing Scottsdale owners don't have such poor customer service. Last time I checked, the juicer literally takes a Couple Minutes to juice that much. Poor customer service and an unwillingness to sell the products listed. NEVER going back here. I'm allergic to cashews and normally would just sub cashew milk with almond milk or coconut milk but the only other liquid options they have are coconut water and orange juice??? Very odd and disappointing. You'd think in 2025 a smoothie shop would have another milk other than a nut milk considering nut allergies are the most common allergy. read more

I ordered a banana Berry Açai bowl and the strawberries were chopped up the size of peanuts. The berries and bananas were normal size but the picture on the board shows sliced strawberries. My husband got a pb&j parfait and it was 3/4 way full with very little strawberry jam in it. Again, it does not match the picture. This is pure and simple false advertising. Was tea excited that a Nekter opened by my house. I usually would treat myself when going into office for work since it was close. Usually my dragon fruit bowl is filled to the top. Very disappointed that my bowl today was only 2/3 of the way full even with the toppings. Paid $11 dollars for this and upsetting because I feel like I got bamboozled. This is the best smoothie/juice bar I've been to. It's very difficult to find places to accommodate my severe nut allergy, but they took it very seriously and made an amazing elderberry smoothie. The staff are friendly/make great conversation plus the store is very clean. I felt welcome and I'll be going back here often :) read more

Customer service is horrible to say the least! I have gone here several times and this time will be the last. I had a smoothie made that I've ordered every time and it didn't come out tasting like usual. I asked if they could remake it and they said it was against policy. I then asked for my money back and they said a manger would have to be called for it to get approved. I couldn't believe a place I have gone to so many times would treat a loyal customer this way. never again read more

I was very excited when this location opened in this area. The service has been ok, but my most recent encounter was around the holidays and what did it for me. I pulled up to the store 15mins before closing and the door was locked. I knocked on the door for a few minutes and there were two young girls laughing and avoiding looking my way. So I went to my car and tried calling the location, one of the girls proceeded to look at the phone and didn't pick up. I have also left a few messages on their voicemail for the manager, but no returned call. All I was looking for was to purchase gift cards (quite a few). It's very frustrating to have experienced this, and I can almost assure the corporate office would be just as disappointed to know this. You never know who the last customer will be at closing and because of the "locked" doors, these two girls cause this location to miss out on money being made. I am very disappointed in this establishment today. Went in for a simple toxic flush, which usually takes about 12 minutes to receive. The cashier Marissa took my order and totally forgot to place it where it needed to be in the back, so my order can be made, she apparently kept looking in the front as if she knew she messed up 40 mins later! I decided to get up and ask the cashier. Why is my order taken so long? She went to the back, ask about my order. Everyone was looking so delusional to where the order receipt was. I clearly pointed to Marissa, the one who took my order and her response was she made the drink pass it on and it was not her responsibility on who the drink was given to! Seriously!! no common courtesy, I'm sitting there over 30 minutes she could have at least came to check to see if I've been taken care of after noticing me sitting there for so long, no customer service whatsoever! Marissa needs to be FIRED or re-evaluate for employment, clearly she's not fit to be a cashier because she stole a $3 tip off my debit card as well. read more
