Great having Dutch Bros. pretty close to my hotel in Glendale! I didn't have a car during my trip and this was literally the only coffee option that was within walking distance. It took about 15 minutes to get there but it felt much quicker than that. On the corner of Glendale and 95th, they literally cannot be missed. I got lucky that it didn't rain during my walk there. Obviously I went to the walk up window because I didn't drive there. There was a bit of a line but most people in front of me had used mobile pickup, so it was moving pretty quickly. I got myself a vanilla protein latte in medium and a blueberry muffin. Usually I get a large but I got a medium instead, since I would be out of my hotel room for most of the day. The blueberry muffin was excellent. It was an alternative to my usual coffee crumb cake, which unfortunately was out of stock. They did have quite a few food items that were out of stock, which was a bit unusual for a Sunday morning. One unique (to me) thing about this place is that they have a restroom not far from the walk up window, which I've never seen at any Dutch Bros. back at home in Vegas as far as I know. Another thing I learned is that this location closes down for a few days just to decorate for the holidays. So, if you see Christmas lights while driving along Glendale Avenue at night, you're looking at Dutch Bros. read more

Their mango smoothie tastes like a mango. I thought it was quite good, even a day or two later. Although the ice melted, the flavor remained. Service was quick despite the long lines. Dutch bro is basically drive thru only or walk up window only. No indoor seating at most of their locations. I would get this mango smoothie flavor again. My favorite baristas are tatted, pierced, and likely LGBTQ+, and of course friendly. Dutch checks all those boxes. I come multiple times a week for a Golden Eagle (I don't even like caramel, but this drink is delicious!). Mobile orders are super smooth if you want to skip the long line, which still moves very quickly. Management here is great and they set a great example of amazing customer service for the whole team. This is the most ridiculous place I've ever stopped for to get coffee. The order takers don't ensure that rewards points are set up correctly but the worst part is when you get to the window and the rap music is so STUPID loud that the person at the drive up is yelling - and not even repeating the order correctly! I let her know that I couldn't hear her well over the music so she raises her voice more which in turn, makes me angry because she's having to yell over this ridiculous music! And she still didn't repeat my order correctly! The music was insanely loud. How does this location stay open with people yelling at you thru the window! This is the anti Chick Fil A. I have never experienced worse drive through management. When it gets busy, they stack multiple people going backwards up the line, all the way back to before the lanes even merge. They go out of order, cars get skipped, and if you choose the wrong lane you have to watch them filter 5 or 6 cars in front of you when they finally decide to let people pull forward. No idea why a location near a popular shopping center and stadium has a single drive line that merged into one lane. There is also only one person taking orders in a little hut. I understand it may be summertime, and it is hot outside, however other locations manage and rotate broistas outside. It has now been over 30 minutes of waiting in our car and there are still 3 cars ahead of us until we can even place our order. At this point I don't even want a drink anymore. I truly feel bad for the surrounding businesses where the cars are backed up into the parking lot. Had to come see what the hype was about when it comes to this coffee shop. The line for the drive through was ridiculously long so I opted to just park and stand in line which wasn't long at all. The guy taking the orders was pretty cool, asked him what he recommended and said the OG Grand Canyon so that's what I got and my sister got the golden eagle chai. Personally for me, the drink was good but not something I would wait in a whole line for. It was giving Starbucks--sugary more than coffee. Don't let the long line fool you. They move quick and you'll be in and out in no time! I'm from LA and was in AZ for Spring Training (Dodgers fan!) for a few days. I realized there was a Dutch Bros near my hotel and couldn't be more excited. My friend and I visit this location during our time in AZ and absolutely can't express how AMAZING the entire staff were to us. They were happy to see us there every morning and gave us tips on what to drink/eat. On our last day in AZ, it just so happened to be my birthday. After placing our order, we drove up to the window and they sang Happy Birthday to me! It was so sweet. The barista in the window was so much fun! I don't know how it is that every time I come to Arizona, 9 times out of 10 I'm staying within walking distance of this shopping center. Probably has something to do with my husband always doing Spartan races at the Cardinals stadium, but I digress. This Dutch Bros is absurdly busy. Like, you have to laugh at how long the lines are. It's really the only drinks place in the area, so if you want a non-boba drink, you're coming to Dutch Bros. Even the line for the walk up window is laughably long. LUCKILY the staff is on top of it so drinks are flying out the window. You might be 15 people deep in line, but you'll have your drink in less than 15 minutes. Visiting from out of state and really wanted to like it since there's so much buzz about this place. But overall it was meh. I didn't mind the wrap around line...I actually was impressed thinking it MUST be good because of the long drive thru line. So went through the drive thru. Noticed the car directly in front of us taking a bit long at the pickup window. Then saw the cashier cooing and being friendly to the car owner's dog. She then called over other co-workers to look at the dog. They all chatted with the owner/dog. Then the cashier reached out for the dog through the window and let the dog lick all over her hand. When we pulled up to the window she started fixing her hair (which was long) putting it back and forth into a ponytail...at no point washing her hands, that just had dog tongue on it and her hair. Then she handed us the drink by holding the top of the cup. On top of all of that, the coffee was lukewarm at best and tasted more like hot cocoa not the extra espresso shot coffee I ordered. My cousin raved about Dutch Bros so we had to get it before leaving Arizona. I'm more of an iced tea person than a coffee person. To my surprise, they had so many tea flavors to choose from! I felt so overwhelmed however the guy helped us out! Drink: -Palm Tree Iced Tea: This reminded me of Starbucks' Passion Tango Tea. You can taste the passion fruit in this and it was not as sweet. If you want it sweeter, I suggest letting them know before hand. Also, I would get less water since it seemed a bit watered down to me. However, the medium size lasted me the whole car ride back to Cali. -Caramel Iced Breve: My mom enjoyed her iced coffee. She told me it had the right amount of sweetness and the coffee flavor was excellent! She's a huge coffee drinker and she's picky when it comes to her iced coffee. Glad she enjoyed it. -Double Iced Mocha: My cousin's all time favorite drink from here. I tried it but it was just too strong for me. However, that should be a great thing for coffee drinkers.
