I go here for a mobile order after hotworkx, the people at the window are always super nice & my drink has always been consistent.

I ordered a dirty chai that ended in p been watered down. A matcha latte that was all chunky and a water and pup cup that I never got. The chai did not have a stopper or a sleeve. I asked for them and I only got the stopper. The lifelong at the window was very condescending and rude. How are we supposed to go to Starbucks when the service is garbage. read more

I got an ugly attitude and another employee to come to the window with a horrible tone and manner of speaking to charge me extra and tell me I had not ordered the additions initially. Lack of attention to taking my order then I got an attitude for reminding them of the order.The employees are of poor behavior. read more

Driving in from a quick day trip to the La Paz County Fair in Parker this past Saturday and needed a quick drink stop to help us make it all the way home. Luckily for us this location was just off the freeway once we drove back into civilization - and open until 10 PM. I grabbed a Mango Dragonfruit and the wife had a Chai Latte. Cool drive-thru and walk-up only designed location set back a bit from the road. Many baristas make light work and fast friendly service. We will definitely be back the next time we go to the nearby Brass Armadillo or are heading out on another day trip. read more

I've visited this drive through location several times. I guess I always check in but I haven't reviewed it yet. So here it is. I used to work a block away and would stop by here every day, five times a week every morning and four times every afternoon on my after lunch break to keep awake. I couldn't do it on Thursdays after lunch do to a weekly meeting but still. I was here constantly. I loved pulling up to the drive up microphone and before I said anything the nice rustic voice would say, "Good morning Daysi, would you like the usual sweetheart?" Oh those were the days. LoL I have a few Starbucks were the lady Baristas know me by name currently, but it's never been the same. ( why am I cracking up over here) !!! I have visited this store and several surrounding stores in the area frequently. I visited this store today with my daughters who wanted to spend gift cards they received for Christmas, we used the drive thru and my first daughter ordered a small strawberry Frappuccino and a cake pop herself, my second daughter ordered the same except a large frap and added a lemon loaf, I ordered my other daughter a cake pop and myself a pistachio Frappuccino and 2 hot food items, the barista taking our order seemed annoyed even though we all knew exactly what we wanted and did not take up alot of time or ask questions. We got to the window and were not acknowledged for quite some time, we observed a barista throwing our hot food items into bags and when we received our order our food was all over the place and our "Frappuccino's" were not properly blended having several huge ice chips as well as all smaller ice chips in all 3 fraps, they were also heavily watered down and did not taste how they should, this trip to Starbucks was supposed to bring joy to our day as it typically does, instead I'm explaining to my daughters why some people are mean and nasty and do not so nice things to other people for no apparent reason. I would also like to add that my (4)daughters and I have standing Starbucks appointments 6 times per month besides the special trip we took today to spend their gift cards, the girls didn't feel so well this morning and I just got home from the hospital yesterday, this was very much needed girl time that was partially ruined by one of your employees that needs to learn how to prepare food, serve it, and also properly measure ingredients and blend drinks, let alone treat customers. I'm positive she was taught this in order to be employed there however served us something I'm sure she wouldn't be satisfied with herself. I feel like we wasted our time and money today and I am not happy at all. Q: Do eggs belong in a coffee? A: Absolutely! This beverage is the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato and the term "cloud" is spot on. It was frothy and foamy and delicious. Im glad a Vietnamese style coffee is now available at Starbucks, since they were one of the originals who added eggs to their coffee. Although it's tempting to drink only the top, try to mix it with the coffee below to make a better tasting drink. If you don't, the bottom is pretty bitter so it'll even out when mixed. They have a cool walk up window. That's where the good experience ends. The bathroom is closed. The breakfast menu had 8 items but they only had 3 available. It was Sunday at 9 am! Our breakfast sandwiches were microwaved hot on the outside and had cold frozen spots on the inside. We will not be back to this location. read more

You guys really need to organize your Walk up lines, it's not the first time where I'm standing at the "pickup" window and then someone walks up to the "order" window for pickup afterwards and gets serviced before me, very frustrating, I can't be the only person experiencing this frustration. And it's a very simple fix, label your windows and stick to a process. This is Starbucks, not some whole in the wall coffee shop, a smoother process behooves you Starbucks. read more

It's like fall in a cup. Only better! My favs here are: PSL, Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel, White Chocolate Mocha and the cake pops. I usually get my Iced Caramel Macchiato with soy milk and it's great. I love their low fat bacon egg sandwiches as well. Muffins.. Banana bread. You name it it's amazing. I've been coming to this location 3-4 times a week for almost 3 years and it's awesome. The baristas always know what I want and what's even better? If I DO switch it up they always double check my drink because they know my preferences and notice when something might be wrong. The drive thru is always fast (excluding the occasional patron who decides to order for 8 people via the DRIVE THRU!) but that's not their fault lol. read more

I suggest using a different location. This location over charges. I didn't catch on until I ordered myself in the app. They over charge for syrup and any add ins that the app does not charge you for. My drink is normally $5 and they have charged me a extra $2 on multiple occasions. Yesterday I was charged .80 cents for some caramel syrup. Yet like I said when I do it in the app it doesn't charge me for the syrup. It doesn't seem like a lot but it adds up over time. When I asked why I was charged more they tried to blame it on Starbucks raising the prices. Yet I just ordered again through the app and my coffee is significantly less!! What's the point of placing a mobile order? I always place a mobile order and show up 20-30 mins later and the drink is never ready. Wrong Starbucks to place a mobile order for pick up. Your better off waiting in the drive through line if that's the case since you'll be waiting another 20 mins for them to make your drink after placing a mobile order. Learn to speed up the process a little! Especially if the mobile order has been place 30 mins prior to the customer showing up for the drinks! Half the time the drinks come out wrong also! read more

I am very disappointed in the service that was provided at this location. It was by this 30ish year old lady with a short haircut and blonde. 1. I ordered a coffee frappuccino and got it without whip cream. I didn't mind but i did ask nicely for her to add whip cream. She stared at me and told me "usually a coffee frap doesn't come with whip cream, you have to ask for it when you order it" and then proceeded to charge 50 cents for whip cream. 2. I also asked for more ice in my green tea (it is AZ and it is hot so it melts fast), again very nicely, and she actually rolled her eyes when she took my cup. 3. Lastly, she gave me my food order of several egg white bites with no napkins. AGAIN I asked POLITELY for napkins and received the same type of attitude. Their attitude needs to improve because this is a drive thru where customers expect at least decent customer service. read more

I don't know if it's just me, but getting pretty annoyed that the last 3-4 times I have gone to this location they always mess up my iced Carmel cloud macchiato. I am stuck waiting for extra 5-10 minutes when they mess it up and are usually rude about it. I am not sure what management is like there, but employees seem miserable. I know when they have good leaders, typically employees are happier. Super convenient, I typically stop by on my way to school. Drive thru is so much faster even if you're doing order ahead since I think they prioritize it. I gave it 4 stars because if you get off the car (even with order ahead) they always have me waiting 8-10 minutes. For my drink so I learned drive thru is better at this location. read more

I have been coming to this location for years because it's on my work. I wish there was a different one I could go to. Who wants to wait in line whether it's drive thru or walk up.
