Wanted an added shot and was told it has espresso in it already- ok I know that so if I want more why would you fight it? We got a caramel latte that was pretty good! The espresso was not bitter and was nice and sweet, just how I like it. We also ordered their "Snowy" blended which was also quite good--if you're a sweet coffee person then you'll love it! All in all, if there were more people helping out, my rating would be higher. People are paying for these coffees. They should be bigger than the size of my palm. The second thing I will say is always inform your guests of charges. Especially when it doesn't state it the menu.
