We stopped at this Dutch bros and even though the line was long, we only waited about 30 min from the time we ordered to the time we left. The customer service was fantastic- the girl taking our order was sweet and very helpful. I ended up getting the Golden Eagle with banana and banana soft top and it was amazing! It was my first time trying Dutch Bros and I was not impressed at all--I'm highly disappointed. I got a large cold brew and it tasted so watered down and seemed weak; I didn't even get a buzz from the coffee. Unfortunately, it seems Dutch Bros is all hype, at least regarding their coffee. I left my house early to make a stop here and still get to work on time. Well that didn't go too well I spent about 20 minutes in my car just waiting to be assisted. Then almost 10 minutes to get my drink. The turn around time was HORRIBLE. Not only did the service take a lot longer than it should have, it made me very late even when I purposely left my house early. It's very unprofessional to do business like this. People have places to go first thing in the morning and you'd think at 4:30am the line would be fast. read more

Morning Service is terrible the workers close the window when they only want to work the drive thru and than they don't even come out to take orders so the lines always jam packed with cars in the morning when we need coffee the most. Love this place. A bit slow but they seem to be working on it. Friendly, delicious and convenient.

Only reason they don't get 5 is not really their fault but more so to the oil spot being built butt humping close to them. I love Dutch- so Fetch! Pleased to see that things are still great at this location after my last review four years ago. I've been here many times since then, but apparently I haven't updated my review until today. This is a two lane Dutch that merged and is also cones off to ensure a smoother drive thru service compared to other locations. Today was fairly busy, but we hard our orders taken, paid and drinks in less than 10 minutes. It's been a hot day so we ordered some green teas. I love the Ray of Sunshine while my boy loves a Triple P. Both delicious. read more

I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE SO MANY SUGAR FREE SYRUP OPTIONS HERE!!!!! The drink possibilities are endless. I highly recommend looking over the menu before venturing here as the combos they create are awesome, and you'll want to know what you're getting before you get overwhelmed by the in person menu. My husband tried the banana bread latte and Black Forest latte and loved them, and I had the birthday cake latte and white angel latte, and (what do you know?) also loved them! It's an outdoor shop with outdoor, covered seating. Service was PHENOMENAL! When they asked if I wanted to start a punch card, I was explaining how sadly they weren't open in Chicago so there was no need. Every employee I have had any interaction with at this location has a horrible attitude. They are slow and they act like my order is inconveniencing them. I spent 25 minutes sitting my car in line and no one bothered to leave the building to take orders. Then I order a simple drink and the barista spends 5 minutes entering it into the tablet. Then she forgets the second drink I ordered. I arrive at the window and no one acknowledges that I'm there until they hand the drink over. Then the barista makes a snide catty remark as I pull away. Not a coffee drinker by any means, but their blended coffee with sweet cream is so DARN delicious! Thankful to have cruised by one. Not as crowded as most locations, which was great on my way out of town. Their blended coffee is like having a guilt free dessert without the side effects/food sensitivities most desserts give me. This was the busiest location out of the three Dutch Bros I visited on this trip. Even so, this location had five-star service. The cashier working on Black Friday was the best and told us about their Christmas ornament promotion (another store didn't btw). So we scored two ornaments along with getting two really awesome drinks. Because there are so many drinks combinations it's hard to recommend something that you might like, but the golden eagle and the shark attack (request extra blood) were both great.. Tips - Their location menu is confusing, so research what you want online first. - Because this is the last Dutch Bros location before California it's very busy on Sundays and Holiday weekends. Before my wife and I left town on a road trip we wanted to stop at a Dutch Bros to support the Buck for Kids promotion on September 18, 2020. That is the day that the company donates $1 from every drink sold to organizations picked by local Dutch Bros crews. This location was seemingly our last stop before the 303 freeway and our further adventures. We pulled in and got in the anticipated long line which was being handled smoothly by two ladies dressed appropriately as superheroes. Large Americano coffee for the wife and a large Fire Lizard Lemonade for me and we were on our way. Everyone at this location was bright and cheery and our trip started off amazingly well. Love the drinks but obviously not open as advertised (24 hrs). Arrived at 4:30am on 10/18. Inside lights were on but there was a car blocking the drive through and the doors were closed. Dutch Bros has become a family favorite since moving to AZ, and this location is my favorite! Friendly staff that don't beg for a tip like some of the other places. I decided to stop here on my way to Vegas for my Dutch fix. I am a Dutch fanatic and already know how things roll. The drive thrus are of course long at every location I have been too, but the wait is usually never more then 10 to 15 minutes. This is usually from where I order to where the pick up window is. I figured okay I have time to stop and get a quick drink. I drove up and got in line. The line was about 15 cars long. It was 4:26 when we ordered. We ordered: One large iced ocean water rebel One small aqua berry frost with whipped cream The guy who took our order was very friendly and processed our payment right there and then. We then sat and waited. We waited and waited. We moved about every 5 minutes or so. It took forever! I even contemplated jumping the curb cause the wait was miserably long and slow. It was 5:15 and we were finally up next!! We pulled up to the window and the employee was friendly. He handed me my rebel and our frost. Our frost was missing the whip. He did catch it though before handing it to me, and said he would fix it. It was now 5:30 which meant an HOUR later we were finally back on our way. By no means expect to come here and get your drinks right away! I was here in town visiting with my sister and decided to get some drinks from this place. First, I will start off with the good stuff. The staff was very pleasant. The drive-thru ordering was a breeze, the location and size was very nice. Okay, now to my review of the drinks. I am not a fan of Starbucks so I am more then happy to get my caffine fix from any other place and I will welcome more competitors for Starbucks, because frankly SB is overrated. So, my sister order the Churro seasonal drink. It was very good and very sweet. Infact too sweet and the regular size is so filling you can share it with two people. I wish they had a smaller size. I ordered a hot latte. When I got my latte is was okay and barely hot. I was very disappointed in Dutch Bros since I have heard so many good things about their coffee and this was my first time trying DBC. Like Starbucks, I think Dutch Bros is overrated and is just okay.
