First time trying this location. The drive thru line here is weird lol the staff was nice. I didn't like that she turned the ipad around and said "is 15% for tip ok" instead of just letting me decide if I would tip or not. Anyway, the drinks were good. Me & my sister both got the Dulce de leche latte. It wasn't too sweet. I got a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry milkshake for my kids. They are more like slushies than milkshakes but they liked them nonetheless. read more

What an amazing first time experience at Dutch Bros? I pulled up to the drive thru menu, decided on a drink, pulled around to a young lady standing in the rain taking orders. She was very sweet and friendly. I told her I wanted a Lavender Lemonade and she said great, pull up, your drink is on Dutch Bros today. My LUCKY day! Thanks Dutch Bros for an amazing first visit. The Lavender Lemonade was cold, refreshing and delicious! read more

I really enjoyed coming for coffee to this location! I got a holiday chai drink with peppermint and it was pretty good! My family loved it. I really enjoyed their peppermint mocha frappe! That was my favorite! This place is always very busy but the lines go pretty fast and they are worth the wait! Natalia helped my family and I through the drive thru and she was very sweet and patient in going over our order. We had a couple of questions because there aren't many Dutch Bros in my area but Natalia was very helpful. Overall I give this place a 5/5. Loved their coffee and service! I will definitely return read more

Great coffee with a decent price. I believe you get a bang for your buck here. They have a wide assortment of flavors and all drinks can be customized which I love. The service is fantastic and they explain the items on the menu wonderfully. I love the drive thru and the cleanliness of the area. read more

During our trip in Phoenix, Fatty's life was in danger since Ms. Fatty didn't inject her daily dose of caffeine, so we quickly found this spot called Dutch Bros for some quick addiction fix. The dude, we think his name was Jamal, totally helped us out on how to use the app to order and made great recommendations for us. The drinks was pretty and tasty. Fatty thought the drinks were too sweet but Ms. Fatty was happy about hers. We liked it so much that we went back again for the second on the next day. Overall really loved the people working there and hopefully one day they are out in LA for more coffee selections. read more

The wait was about 25 minutes with about 5 cars in front of us. The girls taking the order seemed to be a little lost. The drinks were tasty. I don't know that I'm going to rush and try another one. read more

I asked for a hopscotch protein coffee with banana soft top on the top and the bottom. When I got my drink they put regular soft top on the bottom and no caramel drizzle. I paid almost 9 bucks so I went back. The girl gave me attitude and said well The soft top isn't gunna stay at the bottom, which yeah I know but you put regular soft top on the bottom like I didn't already know what the regular soft top tastes like. I got my drink remade and they put little to know soft top at the bottom And it was STILL THE REGULAR PLAIN SOFT TOP. I don't understand what I did to them To not just get my drink made the way I asked and recieve so much attitude for it. I get this order in chandler and never have a problem. To the girl who was rude to me I hope your pillows never cold at night and everyone ruins your orders! read more

What a great experience this morning at this new location. It was easily accessible and only a few cars in line, SCORE! This one seamed a bit larger than others with a longer, two lane entry. I wish more stands were like this. What I loved the most though, was the huge sun shade for the employees taking orders, especially on hot days. It's brutal out there. Wish more stands did these things. My cold brew was made perfectly. The barista listened to my request to limit the heavy whipping cream because a few of the stands over do it and it taste horrible, like the entire cold brew is gone. My drink was delicious and all the cold brew flavor shines through most. Wish this location was closer. read more

I'm beginning to think Dutch Bros is over rated. I waited for a simple americano and slush lemonade for OVER 25 minutes. This was absolutely the worst experience and the drinks were not so enjoyable at that point. read more

Disappointed to say the least, the customer service needs to be worked on. Workers were sitting at the counter talking to their friends, while they still had people in line waiting to order, I think the workers name was Fay. Even after I ordered I had to wait for over 15 minutes for a drink while workers were just standing around talking. read more

Usually I am a coffee guy, but every once in a while I like an extra kick in energy. The Rebels at Dutch Bros are tasty, refreshing, and hit the spot when it comes to an energetic drink. The staff is always friendly, and the vibe at this location is always chill and laid back. Their double lanes keep the line moving smooth and consistent so you're in and out in a quick timely matter. Today I got an Electric Berry Iced Rebel and it was super tasty! Definitely my go to location. read more

I'm a Dutch obsessed person. I've been to at least 15 at this point because I go of there is one nearby during my work travels. This one has to be the best designed from a Dutch aesthetic, to a practical application, I have seen yet. Double lines throughout, combining at the last minute to pick up at the window, but also an exits if you get your drink while behind the person at the window. My favorite thing is that they have a massive shaded area in the driveway, where I'm guessing the Broistas take orders from when it is busy. With the heat, they need that shade. My city gets just as hot as Phoenix and does not have this built in (was built about 2 years ago) and it is very much needed! I have an complicated order and my drink came out PERFECT!!!! Overall, best dutch bro experience so far! I'll be back in the morning! read more

As I parked to order coffee this morning, I approached the window and a young lady greets me and I was like good morning hello after that she proceeded to make like 10 drinks and completely ignore me and not take my order so I just left. Way understaffed for the traffic that comes through. Do not recommend this location.. read more

10 people at the walk up, literally no one in the drive thru but the rest of the staff left the one girl at the window hanging to fill all the orders by herself. It literally would have been faster for me to get back into my car and go through the drive thru. And is it mandatory that they spill coffee all over the cup before they hand it to you? read more

Dutch Bros on 99th Ave. avondale location it's amazing my favorite . coral is amazing She has five star customer service.

The gentleman with the cool haircut was awesome. Excellent service, excellent coffee.

watch out! THIEVES. they tip themselves! Not only at this Dutch either. and when I told the one of the girls working there she had a bad attitude about tried to give me points, but I asked for a full refund instead. This isn't the first time this happens. Make sure to ask for your receipts next time. read more

Of course I had to visit the newest dutch bros location. This one is fancy! They have a permanent covering over the drive-thru which is nice for the employees and customers. There is a pull thru lane, so you can go around if you are lucky enough to get your drink before the person in front of you. Sometimes tear happens if they have multiple drinks. Stop by if you get a chance! read more

i've gone to this dutch multiple times and i'm constantly meet with the worst service, workers are sitting there talking with friends, workers inside are standing around while they multiple people outside waiting, and drink always come out basically melted. i waited 15 minutes for a mobile order, it's honestly unacceptable. read more

Great service, great drinks, pretty quick even with longer lines, definitely recommend a try!

I took 2 sips and my drink was empty ( I didn't ask for extra ice) They scammed me. This is unbelievable.

Just moved to Avondale and found there a Dutch bros a half mile from my house! The downside? There was about 400 cars in line at 2pm on a Wednesday. How??? I decided to park and walk to the window but of course 5 others had the same idea. Plus more were lining up behind me. Ended up waiting 20 mins. The girl was very nice and my drink was yummy (iced golden eagle).. but tbh dutch bros coffee just isn't worth it for me to wait that long. If it's that packed in the middle of a weekday, i can only imagine what the mornings or weekends look like. Too many other good coffee spots by me with shorter waits. I know y'all love your Dutch bros though so I'm sure this review won't matter haha. read more

Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. LOL drinks are good and broistas are nice. But yeah the wait is terrible. It was like waiting in line at Cars land at California adventures. read more

As with almost all Dutch Bros. coffee kiosks, there is usually a line. That is just part of what it means to be a very popular spot for coffee (and other tasty items). The new shop on Avondale Blvd. is no different, but the brief wait is always worth it not only for the product put out but by the cheerful enthusiasm of those who work there. You can certainly get some fancy coffees that will suit your taste no matter what you have a hankering for, but bottom line is, even if you are like me and just want a good cup of flavorful coffee, Dutch Bros provides that and is consistent throughout all of their shops. The aforementioned line is part of the product and often I like to go up to the window just because it gives you more time to interact with the employees. So remember, this is not a fast food place, relax wait in the car line or the walk up line knowing that you are going to get a great cup of coffee, or another drink of your choice. read more
