My boyfriend got a macchiato, and I ordered the ceremonial strawberry matcha iced. Both were really refreshing and delicious. It was about $14 for two 16 oz drinks. The ambiance is really cute & cozy. They've added some new touches since the last time I was there. Nice lighting, a cozy little fireplace seating area, and even a foosball table. A lot of tea shops feel like their focus is quick counter service and getting customers in and out, so that was different and welcomed. I ordered the lavender milk tea, which tends to be my go-to at tea shops. I was a bit disappointed by the drink as it did not seem to have any sweetener. Typically, when that is the case, it's forewarned. The boba also was not very sweet which added to the depth of harshness in the drink. Big Disappointment We were excited to try a new boba place but left really disappointed. Drinks Ordered * Barb's Limeade - Very bitter. Honestly tasted like taking a tequila shot with salt or drinking straight magnesium. Hard to enjoy. * Pea Tea Limeade - I didn't try this one, but my daughter said the boba was undercooked and hard. At a boba shop, that's the #1 thing that should be done right. * Matcha Latte (dairy-free, oat milk, pumpkin spice sprinkle) - This one was a mess. I reminded them I have a dairy allergy and it should only be oat milk, but they had to remake it because their sticker system doesn't track milk alternatives. Not good if you have allergies. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like oat milk and jasmine, not matcha. I asked another customer about hers (hers looked darker green), and she said she had to order "extra matcha" because otherwise it just tasted like milk. That makes no sense--I shouldn't have to add extra just to get a normal matcha flavor. Atmosphere & Staff The inside is cute--cherry blossom décor, light seating, foosball table, couch area--but sadly the drinks don't live up to the space. Shoutout to the young man working behind the counter--he was very polite and helpful, and he's the one who remade my drink. Honestly, he seemed like the only one who knew what was going on. The rest of the staff looked like disassociating teens who were lost and disconnected. Bottom Line First and last visit for us. Between the bitter drinks, undercooked boba, allergy concerns, and watery matcha, it was just a huge letdown. If you want good boba, go to Ribbons Tearoom instead. read more

We have been here twice and ordered the Phoenix Sunrise drink and the popcorn chicken with the wannabe Cane's sauce. With a 21 yo daughter, I have had my share of trendy tea drinks and this place did not disappoint. No too sweet, not too much ice and aesthetically pleasing so you look cool drinking it - if you are 21 and that matters. My husband got the Phoenix this time and I tried some kind of mango drink and it didn't really approach the Phoenix one. My daughter and her boyfriend went to this location a few different times said it was a family owned business with great customer service and they have great Matcha as well with the foam on the top and I believe the foam is of a different flavor depending on the drink you ordered. The location is close to our home less than 20 minutes away, and we love the fact that it's a family on business as well. read more

I was really hopeful, but it was not exceptional. The black milk tea had an overbrewed brewed taste, and the boba was not sweet with allot of elasticity so overall it was hard to consume. The sunrise was overly sweet with a harsh, (again) over saturated flavor. They were in a rush with everyone exiting school time, so I appreciate their hustle. Yes, granted they have one of the best taro milk teas I've had in a while, but the service lately has been so horrible since our first experience. We came here a few other times and have not gotten a single Hello as we entered the establishment. One time we had the guys making our drinks while they push their hair back and touch the cups again. We also have sat there without any greeting what so ever. I don't know, I guess you have to be from a specific ethnicity to be greeted and treated. That made us feel so horrible to be ignored this way, even when we were standing right in front of you and still had not gotten a hello. If that doesn't scream rude and disrespectful, I don't know what does. Seems this family business needs to train their people on common courtesy. Best boba I've found in the valley so far--and trust me, I've been on a boba-tea-mission! The inside is so tastefully decorated that I almost felt bad for spilling a little boba on their cute tables. Almost. The vibe is like a Pinterest board came to life, but with more tapioca pearls. The service was faster than my ability to decide between 50 drink options. Seriously, the staff was so friendly and efficient that I half-expected them to hand me my drink before I even ordered it. I tried two drinks, and both were so good, I almost cried. Super cute spot. Trendy, IG worthy pic spots. They have games in the back you can play at your table, a foosball table and a mini claw machine. Loved it upon entry. So why no 5 stars, this was tough. The drinks were not good. Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was powder. Maybe I am just used to the real Vietnamese coffee and how it's made but it was disappointing. Magonada, ok this one was even more disappointing. I asked the girl at the counter which was better the magonada or Sandia loca (bc I love both mango and watermelon). She recommended the magonada, then I literally said to her "oh fresh mango bits okay yes I'll get that". I get my drink and it had NO mango. I figured they forgot so we brought it up to the counter and then she said "oh we are out of mango bits". Uh, that was the reason I got it. How can you not tell someone that after you heard what I said. So basically it was just mango slush. Lastly, we ordered the egg waffle. After about 30 min we asked for it, figured they also forgot. The guy told us it was being worked on and apologized because something went wrong with the machine when they made the first one so it didn't come out well. He brought out the "good" one and the one that didn't come out well (fyi I was crunchy and hard). Located in a busy shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Inside looks really cozy for folks to hang out while enjoying their drinks/snacks. I'm from the Bay Area and I've been coming here for 2-3 years when visiting family. I'm used to an abundant amount of options for boba places and would consider myself a boba/tea snob. The thing that keeps me coming back here is their artichoke tea! It's very unique and refreshing - i haven't seen it anywhere else. I get this drink with zero sugar and the artichoke taste is subtle but really good. Other drinks we've gotten are Thai tea (standard sweetness is always too sweet anywhere we go) and the oolong milk tea (meh, the tea isn't very strong and is always too milky). Boba is also just ok but i do like that they have mini boba because this isn't an easy find at all boba places in the bay anymore. Overall, as long as they keep having the artichoke tea, I'll keep coming back. read more
