I popped by this tea shop after getting my nails done nearby. The ambiance is super cute and the shop itself has a nice amount of seating. A lot of tea shops feel like their focus is quick counter service and getting customers in and out, so that was different and welcomed. I ordered the lavender milk tea, which tends to be my go-to at tea shops. I was a bit disappointed by the drink as it did not seem to have any sweetener. Typically, when that is the case, it's forewarned. The boba also was not very sweet which added to the depth of harshness in the drink. That said, I would return and order with this in mind in the future. I believe in this spot!
Teacup is a cute little boba shop right outside of Phoenix. It is a good spot for a pick me up if you are traveling from out of town. There is a lot of drink varieties and even some food like popcorn chicken. Atmosphere was good, drinks came out quick and were good! 10/10!
Went into Teacup because I wanted some boba and I didn't expect it to be anything special but it definitely was a VIBE!! It was a Thursday evening and they were pretty busy and people were also enjoying the space, which is super cute and inviting. I ordered on their iPad system and my order was up within minutes.
For it being in the west side, it might be the best around the area. The drinks are strong and good. The inside is aesthetic and clean. Ube viet coffee had a very tasty ube cream foam. I would love to try the matcha here next time !
Teacup is a cute tea and coffee spot. The have milk tea, boba, limeade, and more. It is a nice place to hang out with friends, do a little work, or mellow out while running errands. The staff were wonderful and explained their offerings to this newbie! :-) Accessible parking and entrance.
Big Disappointment We were excited to try a new boba place but left really disappointed. Drinks Ordered * Barb's Limeade - Very bitter. Honestly tasted like taking a tequila shot with salt or drinking straight magnesium. Hard to enjoy. * Pea Tea Limeade - I didn't try this one, but my daughter said the boba was undercooked and hard. At a boba shop, that's the #1 thing that should be done right. * Matcha Latte (dairy-free, oat milk, pumpkin spice sprinkle) - This one was a mess. I reminded them I have a dairy allergy and it should only be oat milk, but they had to remake it because their sticker system doesn't track milk alternatives. Not good if you have allergies. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like oat milk and jasmine, not matcha. I asked another customer about hers (hers looked darker green), and she said she had to order "extra matcha" because otherwise it just tasted like milk. That makes no sense--I shouldn't have to add extra just to get a normal matcha flavor. Atmosphere & Staff The inside is cute--cherry blossom décor, light seating, foosball table, couch area--but sadly the drinks don't live up to the space. Shoutout to the young man working behind the counter--he was very polite and helpful, and he's the one who remade my drink. Honestly, he seemed like the only one who knew what was going on. The rest of the staff looked like disassociating teens who were lost and disconnected. Bottom Line First and last visit for us. Between the bitter drinks, undercooked boba, allergy concerns, and watery matcha, it was just a huge letdown. If you want good boba, go to Ribbons Tearoom instead.
By far, the best coffee shop in Litchfield park. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was one of a kind too. Love supporting local businesses. I am fully addicted to their sugar cookie late (holiday drink so it won't be here much longer)- it's not too sweet and the flavors are insane. My boyfriend loves the horchata blended coffee. Great snacks too that are fresh. I was hesitant because the menu isn't what I'd expect from a coffee shop but everything tasted yummy. Lovely baristas. Buy a coffee or a boba and tip. Cannot stress enough if you're in Litchfield/avondale/goodyear area; come check this place out. I am struggling to not come here every day.
I recently checked out this boba spot that lets you self-order from a kiosk/checkpoint, and I have to say, I love the concept. Being able to fully customize your boba or other drinks exactly how you want them (sweetness level, ice level, toppings, etc.) makes the whole experience feel modern and convenient. I honestly wish more spots would adopt this setup! The ambience was another big plus. The space felt clean, trendy, and super inviting -- definitely a place you'd want to hang out in for a bit. It had that chill vibe that makes grabbing a drink feel like a mini escape. That said, my drink ended up being a little bland. I customized it, so maybe I should've adjusted the sweetness level differently, but it just didn't hit the flavor/creaminess I was expecting. I was also a little disappointed that they don't offer sugar-free options or alternative sweeteners. Having choices like sugar substitutes or even something like coconut whip would make it more inclusive for people who are watching their sugar intake or prefer dairy-free alternatives. I also waited a bit longer than anticipated, and I didn't receive any notification through the Toast Local app when my drink was ready, which would've made the pickup smoother. It is also a bit on the pricey side, especially considering the portion and flavor. Still, I really appreciate the self-order system and the customizable options. With a bit more flavor and smoother notification timing, this place would be top-tier. I'd probably give it another shot -- and tweak my order next time!
Cute space. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Same space as albertson. Really friendly staff! I got a Viet coffee. Very good!

I love coming here the atmosphere is always chill and relaxing. Their drinks are really good it's hard deciding what to drink. I decided to get the sandia loca which is watermelon and Chamoy and tajin. It was spot on delicious! Not too sweet and not too spicy. The watermelon is sweet and fresh and tajin gives it that savory taste. Come check out their drinks you won't be disappointed!
We made quite a drive to get here but it was 100% worth it. There were so many drinks to choose from but I came specifically for the matcha. The matcha was amazing, it was a little too sweet but overall pretty good. The creme brulee coffee was definitely a 10/10, I was not expecting the coffee to taste that good. The moment I walked into the shop, I immediately noticed how beautiful and well maintained the place was. The workers were very friendly and also helped with recommendations. There was so much to choose from that I decided to order the tigers milk tea to go and it was super yummy. I will definitely be back to try more drinks!!!
Not bad! Teacup reminds me of the old school cheap boba shops that dominated the boba scene before the bougie shops took over. It was pretty busy when my friend and I arrived on a Monday around 5 PM. Our drinks still came o it super fast though. We ordered the gold rush (mango and passion fruit tea) and the matcha love (matcha latte with strawberry foam). Both drinks were good. The gold rush was a good basic fruit tea and was the perfect sweetness at 50%. There were a lot of drinks on the menu so I would go back to try some of their other items. Stopped by Teacup and had such a good experience. The barista was super helpful and sweet while I was trying to decide. Everything looked so good it was hard to choose. My boyfriend got a macchiato, and I ordered the ceremonial strawberry matcha iced. Both were really refreshing and delicious. It was about $14 for two 16 oz drinks. The ambiance is really cute & cozy. They've added some new touches since the last time I was there. Nice lighting, a cozy little fireplace seating area, and even a foosball table. The drinks came out quickly, and I noticed they had Yelp reviews displayed throughout, which was a fun touch Overall, another great experience. I'll definitely be back. read more
The place is decorated so cute on the outside and inside. The barista was super friendly and answered all our questions. My friend was able to find a drink without caffeine. I ordered their seasonal tea and a custard bun. The tea was ok and the bun was a bit dry and didn't have enough custard filling. read more

Another thing that was good about this place is that the ambiance was so aesthetic, old music, decoration, and furniture is really what made it so aesthetic! They went way down in score from the first time we came here. Yes, granted they have one of the best taro milk teas I've had in a while, but the service lately has been so horrible since our first experience. We came here a few other times and have not gotten a single Hello as we entered the establishment. One time we had the guys making our drinks while they push their hair back and touch the cups again. We also have sat there without any greeting what so ever. I don't know, I guess you have to be from a specific ethnicity to be greeted and treated. That made us feel so horrible to be ignored this way, even when we were standing right in front of you and still had not gotten a hello. If that doesn't scream rude and disrespectful, I don't know what does. Seems this family business needs to train their people on common courtesy. I will no longer be supporting this business. read more

There's not many boba options on the west side but this place is good. It is on the sweeter side so I recommend doing 75% sweet on the drinks. The interior decor is really cute and I love the little fireplace. We had a big group with us and the staff were very nice and accommodating! read more

Super cute spot. Trendy, IG worthy pic spots. They have games in the back you can play at your table, a foosball table and a mini claw machine. Loved it upon entry. So why no 5 stars, this was tough. The drinks were not good. Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was powder. Maybe I am just used to the real Vietnamese coffee and how it's made but it was disappointing. Magonada, ok this one was even more disappointing. I asked the girl at the counter which was better the magonada or Sandia loca (bc I love both mango and watermelon). She recommended the magonada, then I literally said to her "oh fresh mango bits okay yes I'll get that". I get my drink and it had NO mango. I figured they forgot so we brought it up to the counter and then she said "oh we are out of mango bits". Uh, that was the reason I got it. How can you not tell someone that after you heard what I said. So basically it was just mango slush. Lastly, we ordered the egg waffle. After about 30 min we asked for it, figured they also forgot. The guy told us it was being worked on and apologized because something went wrong with the machine when they made the first one so it didn't come out well. He brought out the "good" one and the one that didn't come out well (fyi I was crunchy and hard). He was very polite and apologetic but unfortunately even the good one came out a tad on the over cooked side too. read more

Staff today was a bunch of teen boys and they didn't know how to greet or smile or even say HBD when my son said it was his birthday today- the kid said, "OH", can you be anymore DULL, Bruh? Drinks were done fast. They have a rewards program, I signed up for last week when we stopped in. Their boba drinks are extensive and good quality. All 3 of my boys and myself love their Taro Milk tea with tapioca boba. This place isn't far from our house and this is our new boba spot. Customer service seems to be hit or miss however... pretty normal nowadays with these kids- they don't understand it. Sad reality. read more
Best boba I've found in the valley so far--and trust me, I've been on a boba-tea-mission! The inside is so tastefully decorated that I almost felt bad for spilling a little boba on their cute tables. Almost. The vibe is like a Pinterest board came to life, but with more tapioca pearls. The service was faster than my ability to decide between 50 drink options. Seriously, the staff was so friendly and efficient that I half-expected them to hand me my drink before I even ordered it. I tried two drinks, and both were so good, I almost cried. The boba itself was the perfect combo of chewy and mushy--like a little flavor party in my mouth. 10/10 would return! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves boba, or anyone who just wants to feel like they're sipping happiness through a straw. read more

Always quick and friendly service! You can pick sweetness level and they have a variety of drinks to choose from. My personal favorite is the horchata with regular boba. Prices are average for boba tea and I always feel like I have more than enough. Cute place to sit and drink! read more

I think this is a super cute and wonderful place, the vibes were 100, they had bob's burgers playing and current joys on. As well as the workers they're were great and kind, I had the pumpkin espresso and it was mainly that artificial syrup flavor, but nevertheless I bet they have other great stuff on their menu read more

First timer, tried the Taro milk tea & it was so delicious! Very smooth and milky. If you prefer less sweet then I'd say go for half, but I have a sweet tooth and went regular . Can't wait to try more drinks here I'll definitely be back! read more

Very cute and welcoming spot to enjoy some refreshments! A great menu offering colorful and flavorful drinks and a light variety of apps and sweet treats. The staff was friendly and I noticed how patient they are explaining their menu to other patrons who came in to place an order. You can also place your order ahead of time through their site. read more

Is there a outside patio and are service animals allowed?
Yes. There is "patio" (actually it's on the sidewalk facing the parking lot) seating. And, since you have a Service Animal, they should allow it. But, I'm not certain.
