I have worked in the service industry and try to be patient but spending $10 each time I go in, to MAYBE get what I want is frustrating. They haven't had the PB2 for a couple weeks now. I can handle being out of things at times but then when I ask for the chocolate yogurt base that is advertised and get it maybe 1 out 5 shakes it gets old. The shakes are blended way too much and just end up being a slightly cold froth. I am very intentional in the way I order because I thought it might have been me not making it clear that I want the chocolate yogurt base but even after intentionally saying chocolate yogurt base and still not getting it just makes me not want to even go in and get a shake. read more

This location is routinely disappointing. They are super inconsistent with drinks depending on who is working. However, lately there are far more instances of bad drinks than good ones. Today was the worst drink I've ever gotten. It was literally just milk, like they almost didn't add anything else to it at all. No one else was in the store and the kid working just clearly didn't care. This place is too expensive for such inconsistent drinks. I come in here 1-3 times a week after going to the gym a couple stores down. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I get the exact same thing every time, a vanilla and strawberry Slimmer shake. Let me tell ya, it never fails. I come in frequently enough so I am often getting free smoothies using their rewards program, which I 100% recommend getting as their shakes are over $8 a piece. I personally haven't shopped for any supplements or snacks but they have a great variety and seemed to be more reasonably priced than GNC. I will always recommend this place! read more

I love One Stop! Their shakes are great tasting plus getting the proper nutrition pre or post workout or even a meal replacement! But I usually got for the stack bc need the oatmeal for lowering cholesterol. I also get supplements there and they comp when you purchase product. The pre I bought made me sick the first two days I used it, brought it back for an exchange and shockingly after already spending the $45 they don't do exchanges. Stopped in around 1:00 PM on a Sunday for my first time visiting their store, looking for a supplement I was hoping they might have. I was "greeted" by a female employee, sitting in shorts on top of the area they prep smoothies in the back of the store. Not only does she NOT get up, just yells out over the music playing, "what are you looking for?" She literally never got off the countertop. Just sat there and told me they didn't have what I was looking for & redirected me to check Walmart. Yikes! Does anyone enforce basic customer service or professionalism in their businesses anymore? I absolutely love this one stop! Everytime i go in there are multiple people working and I get my shake within 2 minutes! The employees are always friendly and willing to wait when I cant decide what favors i want!
