This location is routinely disappointing. They are super inconsistent with drinks depending on who is working. However, lately there are far more instances of bad drinks than good ones. Today was the worst drink I've ever gotten. It was literally just milk, like they almost didn't add anything else to it at all. No one else was in the store and the kid working just clearly didn't care. This place is too expensive for such inconsistent drinks. I come in here 1-3 times a week after going to the gym a couple stores down. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I get the exact same thing every time, a vanilla and strawberry Slimmer shake. Let me tell ya, it never fails. I come in frequently enough so I am often getting free smoothies using their rewards program, which I 100% recommend getting as their shakes are over $8 a piece. I personally haven't shopped for any supplements or snacks but they have a great variety and seemed to be more reasonably priced than GNC. I will always recommend this place! read more

I dropped my shake 2 minutes after I purchased one, came back inside, and 3 teenagers told me I couldn't get a new one. I love One Stop! Their shakes are great tasting plus getting the proper nutrition pre or post workout or even a meal replacement! But I usually got for the stack bc need the oatmeal for lowering cholesterol. I also get supplements there and they comp when you purchase product. It's obviously convenient for quick in and out supplements if you need them that day and their protein bar has good drinks however if you don't need the supplements immediately order online it's like 60% less than the mark up they have. Furthermore, they don't offer a military discount and every other online source for supplements does. read more

Don't bother. "Expert" employee sold me on some pre workout and said "if it doesn't work out just bring it back and we will get you something that fits better." The pre I bought made me sick the first two days I used it, brought it back for an exchange and shockingly after already spending the $45 they don't do exchanges. Stopped in around 1:00 PM on a Sunday for my first time visiting their store, looking for a supplement I was hoping they might have. I was "greeted" by a female employee, sitting in shorts on top of the area they prep smoothies in the back of the store. Not only does she NOT get up, just yells out over the music playing, "what are you looking for?" She literally never got off the countertop. Just sat there and told me they didn't have what I was looking for & redirected me to check Walmart. Yikes! Does anyone enforce basic customer service or professionalism in their businesses anymore? First time going into the shop and will they clearly have vitamins labeled on their sign from the road oh, apparently they don't have any. No B12, no vitamin C, and the employer didn't even seem to know whether they did or not when I asked him. They seemed like some basic vitamins to me.
