I have been getting Jamba a lot recently because it is one of my pregnancy cravings right now, it is sooo sooo yummy! I get the Caribbean Passion with added Mangoes and a Multivitamin. Sometimes no matter how good the product is, the ambiance of the establishment makes or breaks it. At Happy Valley's location for Jamba Juice, that is exactly the case. My daughter and I have been visiting JJ in LA at Torrance. That place is comfortable with sufficient seating. At the Happy Valley location in Phoenix, seating is given no importance at all. There were 2 stools and a table with very awkward seating. As if customers are not welcome to stay. In today's summer heat we were hoping to have a seat but both seating areas no matter how awkward they were, were taken. No other place to sit. That is unfortunate for such a nice area. Honestly the whole scene needs an overhaul. The juice and açaí bowl were good and fairly priced. But the store was dirty and uninviting. The staff were dismissive, pushy and unfriendly. Did you give your staff training in customer service? The were no napkins at all. We actually ate and drank in the car. I won't be back. Clean up your act! I don't know maybe it's just me but when paying 8 dollars and some change for a smoothie I want it to be completely full, that was not the case but my smoothie was still given to me anyways, secondly when I came in I was the only customer , & was never told if you sign up for app etc you get money off your smoothie being purchased and you can earn rewards. But as soon as a gentlemen walks after me he is told about the rewards etc and the girl that made my smoothie and was helping him is starting his transition I hear her coworker say don't you have to be signed up and I also hear him say ok I'm going to download it and the girl says it's ok I know he good for it. So what it looked like is he was as told about the rewards which I wasn't as well as he was able to get a discount of his smoothie even tho he had not signed up nor had the app yet. My wife and I both love Jamba juice for their smoothies and if it is near home then why not. Have been here multiple times and always had a nice experience. Fast checkout and service. Drinks have been always of good quality. They are a little expensive but have a quality menu. I would recommend anyone to visit this chain of restaurants. The staff has been always courteous here and very welcoming. The restaurant looks clean overall. Not very much seating inside but the nearby outdoor has enough place to sit and enjoy. read more

Came here for National smoothie day. They had some pre drinks made already cause they were giving out some free flavors. But some were watery/melting. But you can ask for a new one that's fresh cause it will have more flavor. My sister got the vanilla blue sky. It was okay. Not really sweet and doesn't have that much flavor to it. They skimp on the ingredients here. The bowls don't even fill 1/2 the bowl. I addressed it with the server and she said the new management is very strict with the ingredients and she will get in trouble if they fill it more than 1/2 way. It's unfortunate because I order this bowl weekly and suddenly it's 1/2 the amount for the same amount, yet when you look at the picture in the store it clearly shows a very full bowl and ALL of the other jambas fill it to the top. For $12 I should get something that takes more than 5 bites to finish. Additionally they have an ordering problem at this location. They frequently run out of ingredients and still charge you full price for the smoothie with 1/2 the ingredients. read more

I popped in last week to grab a smoothie for lunch and had a great experience. My chili mango smoothie was SO GOOD. Phoenix summers kind of kill my appetite and it's rare that food sounds good. Unlike when I go to other Jamba Juice locations where they look at me like I have a third head because I want orange juice instead of apple juice in my smoothie. My kids absolutely love the snow this year but as many parents know that up air purchasing for a few children. They were kind enough to pull let me split a large into three smalls for my children ... Which saves me money instead of ordering three small smoothies. I came in exhausted and fatigue but the staff working went out of their way and I really appreciate it! Now about my drink... YUM! Stopped in for lunch today. Getting over being sick and don't have much of an appetite so was the perfect lunch! This is a very small shop so can get crowded if there is too many people. They didn't choose the best layout when modeling it. Smoothies are good and always exactly what I asked for. I always get good customer service as well by being greeted when I walk in and and today the lady said "have a great day Brittany" which I thought was very personable. And this was just off her memory of writing it on my cup because I have only been here a few times. I like the Caribbean passion and razzmatazz smoothies. I usually get energy boost as well which is nice and you can't taste it at all. They should get 0 stars. I come to this store often but was extremely frustrated with how I was treated today. Came in a few minutes before they were to close and they said they couldn't serve me because they had a couple in line that was ordering and they were about to close. Ridiculous. Pretty sure if you're open, you're still open. It's not like making a smoothie takes a long time or were sticking around for an hour to drink it slowly and chat. So frustrated. When you let high schoolers run your store and the kid behind the register is more concerned with flirting with girls than doing his job by actually taking an order or better yet making the order of the people in front of me. The rewards screen was down and the kid told me my total, after I he repeat my order because he was eyeing the girl he was flirting with, I advised him I had a reward I needed to use.
