This place is near our home and so we often take our kid here for treats. He loves it obviously and more excited about selecting toppings and flavors from an array overwhelming options. That is the selling point of these as you get everything possible that can go on an ice-cream. Prices are weight based and the least for us comes around $10 whenever we try. So its up to you on how expensive you want based on your selection. I would recommend this place for what it offers. Staff has been nice as well whenever we visited.
So we will never go here again After ordering from here more than 20 times, we just received one of the worst customer service experiences. My wife and I both ordered small cubs with 2 flavors. When they showed up, they each had 1 flavor. Before doing anything, I contacted the store to ask them if the order had come through wrong. The lady on the phone confirmed that the order had come through right, but she had been instructed to choose which flavor to give when multiple flavors were in. She also then said that she picked the first one of our selections. She also said that one of the flavors was out so she took it upon herself to just choose the other one. Again, we've ordered from here 46 times over the last several years with doordash, and we've always gotten multiple flavors. This has never been a concern and in the event that their flavors were incorrect online, we always received a phone call so we could get correct flavors. My other issue is the worker that I spoke to on the phone was very condescending. She basically told us that that had been her instruction but she would check with her manager to make sure she did things right going forward. My wife is so frustrated. She called back to ask to speak to the manager and she was informed that there was no manager and she was speaking to the shift leader. When she asked for the name of the chef leader she was told that she was not required to give that information. Again, we've ordered from here. I can't tell you how many times over the last year and a half and we will never go here again.
Sunday, 4/10/2022 - Went to Yogurtini while waiting for our movie to start. Address is 2510 W Happy Valley Rd, Ste 1251, Phoenix, AZ 85085, Deer Valley. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) is located in a shopping place, so plenty of parking 2) lots of toppings to choose from. 3) there are plenty of yogurt flavors to choose from. 4) they have a cup separate. Love this idea! 5) the young man behind the counter was very friendly and customer service great. He provided good information to us when we asked. 6) yogurt was good. 7) they have a lot of chocolate to choose from. Cons: 1) no bathroom even if you are a patron 2) tables needed cleaning. Conclusion: I like this Yogurtini place. We saw it was a teenage hang out. Lots of teenagers here hanging out tonight. Maybe we are just old and they are all in their early 20ties. But the yogurt flavors were good, love the abdunce of toppings, chocolate to buy, and good customer service. If go here again. We had a good experience .
They have a huge selection of yogurts and many that are fat free and sugar free so you can load up on the fat free versions and not feel as guilty piling on toppings such as Reese's PB cups, which they have both crushed and whole cups for true addicts.
Was a great variety of toppings and perhaps a little to much seasonal with the flavors but it is that time of the year. Still a great visit!

Their selection of toppings are pretty fire too. Great spot to visit right before or after the movies (which are right across in the same plaza)
There's a Yogurtini location close to home, but this one is on my way home from work and I received a $7 birthday reward, so I stopped by one afternoon. It's located next to Cafe Zupas and Harkins, so that made it easy to find and park. There were a few people eating inside and only one family ahead of me. I like that the cups are right at the entrance, it makes sense logically to have it flow that way. They have a wide variety of froyo flavors, including sorbets and low/sugar free. I decide to get the chocolate fudge sorbet as my main base, and also tried some of the milk chocolate, pomegranate raspberry tart, and orange. The chocolate sorbet is my favorite, tastes so good. The pomegranate was a pleasant surprise; delicious and tart. Will def get more in a future visit. For toppings, there is a lot to choose from and everything is kept clean and stocked. I got marshmallow sauce (bottle was low so I asked for another one), hot fudge, chopped peanuts and almonds, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, mochi, strawberries and raspberries (gotta be somewhat healthy). My total weight was 15 oz and with the birthday reward, I only had to pay a few dollars so it was a great deal. The employee who helped me and rang me up was polite and friendly. This was a refreshing treat on a hot summer day and I am a fan! Would recommend signing up for their rewards program to receive deals and discounts. read more
Went here after dinner nearby. It was crowded with teens on a Saturday night. I like the variety they had. Although some stations were messy with the yogurt dripping. The topping station had variety of items to choose from. They weigh the yogurt after and our small one was about $9. It was ok. Nothing special. read more
I ate the evidence. Every theater should have a frozen treat shop next to it. The Harkins has Yogurtini! What makes this place special is that it has a lot of non-fat options that are oh so tasty. I love the fruity jelly boba selections that pop in your mouth. They also had nice looking berries! read more

Loved everything about this place. Clean and bright inside. I got plain tart, blackberry and raspberry. Tasted really good. Tons of toppings available. Fruits were fresh. Service was good. Greeted us as we came in (even thought she was helping other customers). Great job. read more

One of the best frozen yogurt places in the valley! Friendly staff, tons of options for yogurt and toppings, and clean/presentable atmosphere. I take my team here every month for our monthly gatherings for work. This place is never a disappointment. They have so many options, even my most picky coworkers find a flavor combination they can enjoy! The topping bar is intense. Pretty much every topping item you can think of has a home at this establishment. They also have a display case full of chocolate covered apples and confectionaries. Unfortunately I have yet to try them, but the display and presentation alone is very impressive. Lastly, the staff is always bubbly and very friendly. A bit on the pricey side but you control that because its priced by the wieght. Awesome topping selection, the strawberries were so fresh! By the end my kids cup looked like you dumped the candy isle in it. I really like the big variety of yogurts ice cream ect, and the set up is very easy and accessible!if your in this area and want to take you or the kids for a treat I highly recommend. You can receive 20% off with proof you went to the movies, which is 5% better than the Yelp check-in discount. They have about 18 flavors and unlimited free testing cups which is a big deal with all those flavors. I don't recall seeing a topping bar with more toppings either, so from frosted flakes to every nut that is grown, they got you covered. The taste of the yogurt was good as well as the cheesecake, minty and peanut butter all pretty much tasted authentic. Lots of tables to sit outside, but they should ban cigarette smoking out there because one idiot's smoke pollutes the entire area and eating experience. read more

Fun flavors like Oreo mixed with salted caramel make this a fun place to visit! It's right next to Harkins Movie Theater so we drop by here after a movie fairly regularly and the service is always nice and the kids love it. It's joined to a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and they always have great chocolate caramel dipped apples. ProTip-Caramel apples are great for exfoliating stubborn baby molars... just tell your kid to bite in hard! :) read more
