I noticed the drink I got for my husband had boba which I don't add. They showed me the order and sure enough it said what they gave. I told them there must have been an error but okay. My son was clearly upset, not hysterical but trying not to cry (he was really looking forward to it). The guy who made the drinks just walked away didn't try to help. It wasn't creamy (it was actually pretty watery), the honey boba didn't taste at all like honey and was not uniform texture - they were gritty in the center, and the herbal jelly was also lacking flavor. A large size cost over $10. I am happy to pay top dollar for top quality but this was really not worth it in my opinion and I think it was at least double the cost it should have been. The only redeeming quality is the service - all the young employees there are very polite and knowledgeable about the menu.

I think I was in there for about 15 minutes or longer. Not sure if this is standard wait time for their food items or if they were overwhelmed as I only saw two gentlemen working. And I was kind of in a rush, so it made me more aware of how long it was taking. I enjoyed my latte and burrito which came with a nice dipping sauce. With specialty lattes starting at $6.50 for a large and a decent-sized breakfast burrito for $9.50, I felt the prices were reasonable.
