Loved DB and my birthday coffee that I got here. I got the caramel mocha and it was delicious. I wish I lived closer to this spot. They have so many drink options, a window to order at, and table seating outside. I can't wait to stop in again. read more

Went today for my birthday drink before it expires tomorrow. Placed my order in the app to do a drive thru pickup since it was raining like crazy . I ended up running to the pickup window because there was no line and I had no wait. The best part, no offense, no chit chat and my drink was already waiting for me. Quick and easy just like I like! read more

My first experience at a DB. Long line for an evening trek. I signed up for the app and immediately was given a free medium sized drink. No complaints. I enjoyed the golden eagle. read more

I had never tried Dutch Bros but had seen it online so I decided to try it. If you download the app you get a free drink so I did! I opted for a protein coffee and went with the brorista's recommendation of chocolate macadamia and vanilla. It was good but I really don't taste much coffee. My second visit I ordered my own iced Americano with chocolate milk and banana flavour. That was delicious! I was having app issues - I couldn't load my payment details and the app wouldn't load here and there. read more

I paid for my drink, waited 20 minutes and they claimed to have no record. Wouldn't give me a refund, said I had to email to request. And of course they didn't provide that email address. I understand you're busy, but customer service still needs to exist. I went to another location, explain to them what happened. They not only gave me the email address to contact, but made my drink and gave me my stupid sticker. Now that location 100 out of 10 customer service. This location probably should never reopened. read more

Personally, I like Starbucks, but my son likes Dutch Bros coffee and honestly they make a good mocha. They're always very nice and the outdoor seating area is nice when you just want to get out of the car whether you're on your way through Payson or you're from Payson.. The drive-through is one of the few Dutch Bros coffee drive-through that is not a half mile along and it goes fairly quickly. read more

I mobile ordered here for the first time and I'm not sure if they truly understand the concept of ordering ahead. When I arrived there were 5+ cars in the drive thru. I walked up to the pickup window asking if the order was ready (I had ordered 20+ mins before I even got there) so I assumed my order would be ready. The barista stated she was going to "find my order" come to find out they continued to make every order that was in the drive thru not my order. I waited over 30+ mins for my order ahead order meaning it took 50+ mins for 4 drinks. The service was awful- when I asked to check in on my order no one was around and that joyful Dutch personality was non-existent. When my order was ready the barista just shoved my drinks at me and said here. No I'm sorry for taking 50+ mins for your order or anything along those lines. I get it may have been a busy time but it's not worth it to order ahead when I could have just sat in the drive tru line and got my drinks sooner. Outside of the building was dirty too with lots of bugs/ bees flying around the pickup window. read more

Love the people, hate that no matter the day or time the pace is snail slow. Can't come here if we don't allow an additional 20 minutes to our morning for it. read more

This is just Starbucks, but with better PR. Overly friendly baristas serving up extra sugary, caffeinated drinks. Nothing like a nice cup of coffee for dessert! /s As a grown adult who still frequently orders 6AM milkshakes (AKA Frappuccinos ®) and sweet beverages in general, I wanted to try Dutch Bros to see what the hype was about. I don't live near any of their cafes, so when I was visiting Arizona I made sure to stop by one. There's like 4 locations along Bell Road alone. This one is between a Circle K gas station and an AMF bowling alley. Decent amount of parking spaces if you're planning to order at the walk up window. Plenty of benches and tables outside. The drive thru line was long but moved at a steady pace. Took about 20 minutes. You can order energy drinks, tea, cold brew, smoothies, and baked goods (limited selection). Or choose one of their classic/seasonal coffee options. Hazelnut Truffle Mocha didn't taste like coffee. The flavor was mostly milky and caramel-y, with hints of toastiness here and there, Not much chocolate or espresso coming through. Sweetness level was manageable. White Chocolate Chai Latte was definitely liquified sugar, the cinnamon overpowered everything. Been hearing good things about their Golden Eagle drink, so I'm open to trying it again. read more

Jillian is absolutely amazing, made the experience 10/10c, will definitely be returning!!

They should take the walk up Window serious. Almost 30 mins for 2 drinks 1 small 1 medium. No line ahead, but they prioritize the drive thru although there is a drive thru and a walk up window for a reason. Has happened more then 3 times now even with order ahead . read more

Service at this location is ALWAYS slow & very often drinks are made wrong! Doesn't matter if it's drive up or walk up! I've even had it multiple times where staff has not even acknowledged me standing at the window, I had to ask for someone to take my order! Very disappointing! read more

My favorite Dutch bros. I have one closer to me but I travel to this one sometimes because the quality of the drinks is much better! I love the way they make their drinks. They make sure the double blended is nice and creamy which is great. They are super friendly. They are always quick and even when they're busy I usually always get fast service. Love it here. Great walk up experience. Ordered on the app and the barista had my drink ready when I got there. Will be coming back!

Damn...being on a diet and have cravings for lattes and mochas. Dutch bros have a perfect choice. Their salted caramel protein mocha is bomb. It has 39g protein in a large cup. Of course it does also have 21g of sugar. Would be perfect for sharing. An easier way to enjoy a delicious mocha and still getting a good amount of protein. Never experienced a bad service. Employees were super friendly every time. Not a place to hangout and chill but a good option to grab and go read more

Once again I waited in the line for around 20 minutes. There were not many cars in front of me, however, the cars behind me were getting their drinks already. Very disappointing that they still have not gotten their service together. They also gave the wrong size after the wait I ordered a medium and received a small. Ridiculous. read more

My first and last visit to this location. Horribly slow, IMO a less than clean vibe coming from this place. I'm sorry this coffee tastes just terrible -not normal. Furthermore, what is with no safety stickers at this location? I wondered if it's even ok to drink but tasted it-just gross. I even tipped -had to toss it out. What a waste of time and money. read more

I asked for this exact drink (with the picture!), with 1/2 of a small cup of extra foam on the side. I used to come here every single day. The staff was great, fast and efficient. Since the reopening this place has gone down hill so much it's not even worth it. It's awful. Staff is rude, the wait for one coffee is minimum 10 minutes if you're the first 3 cars in line- 20+ if you're car 4 or after. The off chance they do pre take your order and you get your drink you get stuck behind the car at the window for another 10-15 minutes. Black rock is 5 minutes away.. you should try it. read more

So we've been in AZ for 6 years now and this was our first visit to a Dutch Bros. I'll admit this one isn't in the best neighborhood, but I had a gift card and had been across the lot picking up some stuff at Stanley's, so we decided to stop by. Service was top notch, friendly, helpful, caring. The two women I chatted with at the window were excellent and could teach other fast food employees a thing or two. I am not a coffee drinker, so never really thought about going to a Dutch Bros. before but with the gift card and it being right there, i should try it out. I had looked at the menu ahead of time and knew a Freeze was probably for me. I went with the White Angel which was delicious and may be my new favorite frozen drink. I let my husband have a sip and I wasn't sure he was going to give it back. He spent the rest of the day talking about how much he wanted one. He started looking to see what Dutch Bros. were on his way home from work too. Definitely going to be stopping at Dutch Bros. more often when we want a treat! read more

Today, the Dutch Bros walk-up window was failing hard. When I arrived, the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. So I parked to stand in line with only two people ahead of me. Fast forward 10 minutes; the first customer at the front of the line is still waiting for his drink, and the second (ahead of me) hasn't given their order yet. I got back in my car, with the cool AC, and decided that the drive thru was WAY more tolerable, since the walk-up window was moving slower than molasses on a cold plate. (Note: there were about 10 cars ahead of me at that time.) The girl with the tablet that took my order in the drive thru lane was fantastic! We chatted a bit and had a few laughs- (she's the real MVP of the morning!). After receiving my coffee and driving away, I noticed that the customers who were originally behind me in the walk-up line had JUST gotten their coffee! The walk-up window was averaging two customers for just about every 10 cars in the drive thru. Not sure if the walk-up window was grinding the beans with a pencil sharpener... or what was going on. Regardless, I was thankful that I spent that wait time with my AC and the fun "drive-thru tablet" girl. Coffee is always good here, and the staff is always energetic (pretty sure they're all on extreme caffeine highs). Their smiles and friendliness never fail though. Today's score: (0 to 10) - Walk-up window: 1 - Drive thru: 7 - Girl w/ tablet: 12! (The real MVP!) (Another note: After drinking half of my nitro cold brew, I typed this review in about 12 seconds. Yay, caffeine!) read more

This review is for the entire chain, some stores can be good/bad, but generally it's consistent. Good coffee, certainly on par with SB, they generally have a good flavor profile. They can be insanely busy with long lines of cars. Pro-tip walking to the counter can be faster in many cases, but you will be out in weather. Locations are nice and clean generally, set up works well but I recommend looking at the menu before you go. read more

So I normally love Dutch Bros, but I want you all to think again before you purchase/order from them and Door Dash... Door Dash delivers for Dutch Bros, however, according to their corporate office, they aren't partnered with them.. This means, when you order coffee through door dash as I did, multiple times, and they send incorrect coffee repeatedly, you won't get any type of refund, except a fraction of what you spent through Door Dash. Anyone who goes to Dutch knows their coffee/drinks are not cheap! I reached out to Dutch Bros corporate to advise of my situation: I had ordered coffees at least 6 times, 5 out of those 6 times the coffees showed up incorrectly. Most would think you would get an apologetic email to keep you as a customer, right? Nope, not here! Read below and think again when you're about to wait in a 20 min line for overpriced coffee. read more

I am stunned at the service we received today. Like good stunned - which is fairly rare when you have a bunch of high schoolers working at a job they can give zero cares about. We ordered through the drive thru and despite the long line, it went by fairly quickly! The person taking our order helped us pick something that we would love, since it was our first time there and the person at the second window made us try our drinks before we drove off in case we hated them.
