Tried the new OatMeal bowls. Mine had peanut butter, banana and Granola. The oatmeal was steel cut, fresh cut fruit and filling as well. Great deal for $5. read more

Angie is amazing and her customer service level is as high as it gets! When I arrived she was cleaning the windows and even provided me with an extra cup for my left over smoothie mix! Stopped here for a smoothie treat with my girls. Smoothies came out far and delicious as usual. Unfortunately my youngest accidentally dropped her smoothie on the ground and made a big mess! However, the staff were quick to respond and offered a free replacement for the smoothie! Would recommend this place for your smoothie fix. read more

If you enjoy sitting in the restaurant chairs and waiting, and waiting, and waiting for your drink this is the Jamba for you. It does not matter if I order a banana and strawberry smoothie with protein or the Razzmatazz, there is one speed at this store and it is not fast. Was in Sunday May 3rd and two different parties came in and I guarantee that took at least 20 minutes to get there drinks because mine took 12 and was not busy. Thank God I hardly ever go here. read more

We stopped right before closing and our cashier, Jefte, was great! Helpful and cheerful! Thanks so much!

Ordered the Watermelon Strawberry Swirl Smoothie. It's a Watermelon and Strawberry twist, with creamy coconut whip and blue spirulina for a red, white, and blue summer treat. However, Jamba Juice ran out of the creamy coconut whip, which completely altered the taste. It tasted like drinking a watered-down beverage (after the ice has melted), with little flavor. And, once again, Jamba Juice did not have its Wheatgrass Juice available. Disappointing visit. read more

This was a great experience! I love their smoothies and bowls! We got a peanut butter and Nutella bowl and it was amazing, I would have to say that it was little too rich and came A-LOT but still very delicious. The service was great and not a long line. The feel of the place was relaxing, fun and very colorful modern. In conclusion, I love this place! Also the strawberry smoothie rocked! read more

Came in early morning (after calling to see if Jamba took Apple Pay, which Jayden answered) and he was upbeat, WORKING, and was happy to acknowledge my questions and made friendly conversation. He offered a sample of a waffle, which I declined. As I was waiting for my Mega Mango he offered if I'd like a sample of an açaí bowl. I gladly accepted because I have never tried one. He was pleasant and wouldn't have expected him to be someone to be "not so social". Good job Jayden! You made my day a bit brighter! read more

My son got his braces put on his teeth today and was in such pain that he couldn't eat his dinner. So, my wife decided to take him to Jamba for a special drink. He was so excited and was able to get a large drink; which he normally is not allowed. When they got home, he had only drunk a little and had set it on the kitchen table when along came his toddler sister. We don't know if she was trying to take a sip, or trying to bring it to him, but the next thing we saw was her dropping it and it spilling all over the ground. Now, why do I tell this story for a review? Because of what happened next. My son was of course devastated and tried to not tear up, but you could tell they were coming. Normally we might try to make this a learning lesson in how bad things can happen to us even if not by our actions, or we'd find something else for him to have; but, this time I got my keys and told him we'd go back to Jamba to get another drink. (I was not looking forward to paying for another large drink. My only gripe with the chain is their costs for such delicious drinks.) When we returned to the store, the shift manager remembered him and was sad to hear of what happened and promised to help out. The staff were very courteous and apologetic for the long wait and definitely put a smile back on his face, braces and all. Thank you Jamba team for helping put a smile back on my son's face this evening! read more

They always close earlier than the intended closing time. I came 45 minutes before closing time today and the two workers shut the door.

Very polite staff, assisted when needed. The music on the radio was nice, the place is clean. Loved the summer theme. The food was done fast and efficiently. All the snacks are stocked up accordingly. read more

I ordered the peach berry blast, large, and literally received a massive cup of ice, with a shot glass of juice, the strawberries were warm and slimey and appeared as though they had been chewed up and diarrhe'd in my cup, this was not an inexpensive drink, the most disappointing thing was that the ice was touching the plastic lid, and in two sips the juice was gone. totally not worth the price. read more

We love Jamba Juice. The Orange Dream Machine is absolutely delicious. This location has some of the kindest employees. This morning Don was the one to make me and my boyfriend's smoothie and ring up the transaction at the register. He was eager to help us find the right smoothie to order on the menu and was honestly a ray of sunshine to the moment he handed us our smoothies. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks for being awesome Don! You made our morning! read more

Love their smoothies but this location was very dirty. Lots of construction inside the Jamba Juice and then they had a massive spill right in front of the registers. There were two workers and nobody else was inside when I was inside ordering. Nobody bothered to clean up the spill but instead just had a sign of caution. Normally I wouldn't care as much, but considering I had to step in it a bit just to order, they really should clean that up ASAP. It's in a very inconvenient spot read more

Jamba, jamba, jamba juice. I really want a Jamba Juice... I love the Orange Dream Machine, I love their other drinks. This place offers you plant based foods that are fun to drink with friendly service. In the best possible way they're not any different than any other Jamba Juice in the world. This location is managed horribly. Went in for the first time at this location. I asked for the usual pb banana ps and a acai shake, got ringed up'd and I was ready to scan my rewards to claim my discount, the girl said that the system was down and can not honor it, the black dude came over to see what was going on and pretty much told me to kick rocks, how the heck is that my problem, I'm putting in my part and they are not, didn't even give me my receipt to accumulate points, paid and the shakes were covered in some blue tint from the dude having blue fingers. They tasted so bland and I'm pretty sure they put the minimum of ingredients. read more

So disappointed! I used to love going here for smoothies but my last few orders have been terrible. Today I ordered the Chunky Strawberry bowl with added blueberries (which costs extra), Ginger shot and an Orange Carrot twist. The bowl seems like it was thawed from frozen. It's super watery and some of the bananas were brown. They also left out the blueberries (again, paid extra for those). The shot I received was wheat grass instead of ginger. Gross. Thankfully I went thru doordash so they gave me credit for the messed up items. My last order was wrong too so I think it's time to find another smoothie place! read more

Received an email this morning for 2$ off any smoothie. Decided to go in. Placed my order, while the smoothies were promptly being made I gave my rewards number and they manager Denise told me I had no rewards. I showed her the email I received and pulled up the coupon in my app and she said "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do". I asked how there is nothing she can do when she can see the coupon. I asked if she can scan the code and she said "we can't scan codes here". She just kept repeating "there is nothing I can do" Poor customer service, there is ALWAYS something you can do. What's So Great About Wheatgrass? Chlorophyll. Wheatgrass juice improves the human body with blood oxygenation because it is high in oxygen, is anti-bacterial, rebuilds the bloodstream, has 100 elements needed by man, a detoxification agent. Liquid chlorophyll washes drug deposits from the body, neutralizes toxins, helps purify the liver, improves blood sugar and is high in enzymes. Just think of doing a shot of tequila but this is a juice shot and is just as good. $2. And had a mango smoothie16 oz. 230 calories, 58 carbs, 53g's of sugar, 2g's of protein and vitamins. That was tasty. $4 People here were cool! read more

When I walked in, there was probably seven or eight people all waiting for orders. I was in there for 15 minutes before any employees even acknowledged me, said hello, or asked if I was ready to order. I would have walked out if I wasn't getting smoothies for coworkers. (Another guy walked in after me and after 5 minutes of silent standing there he left). I'm usually a patient person, I understand when it gets busy things take a little longer but there was also a woman that walked in after me and got served before I did. Super unprofessional. :( read more

the workers need help here, not sure if they are being over-worked but they definitely need more hands, or at least a supervisor on the floor with them. They were so zombie like and tired they couldn't even give basic customer service. If the owner happens to see this, please help these workers by bringing more people in. these kids are too young to be this drained from a minimum wage job. read more

This has got to be the worst location in the franchise! I used to enjoy coming here but the service continues to go down hill. 1. Customer service sucks. No greeting when you enter. The cashier was so busy minding everyone else's business I had to repeat my order and name three times for her to say sorry, I keep getting distracted. 2. There is no reason I should be waiting 20+ minutes for a smoothie when there are more than 5 employees behind the counter. On top of that, my smoothie should not be watery and have big chunks of ice in it. 3. Expect to have your order mixed up or people being served before you even they were the 3rd customer after you. 4. Employees are too busy talking to their friends who stop by or laughing with each other. What a way to ruin a Sat morning. read more

Two of the 3 workers were wearing there masks on their Chin not covering their month or nose. Later one had her mask hanging from one ear while filling tanks of juice. This location is not good. In particular one employee has made bad drinks on two different occasions but tonight (the third time same person) was extra terrible and I won't be going back to this location. Started by coming in an hour before closing. When I walked in Zarayah (the employee) was cleaning tables with a rag and picked something off the floor. After they sauntered to the cash register and rang up my order, take my cash and making change, they continued cleaning with the rag. It seemed that then they realized no one else was going to make my order. They started making my drink and acai bowl. I had to stop them because THEY HADNT EVEN WASHED THEIR HANDS. They rolled their eyes and went back to wash them for about 10 seconds. Great. Gross. Went back to my order. The drink didn't taste right, but the most ridiculous was then they handed me a half full açaí bowl. I complained that it wasn't correct and half empty... they gave me attitude and said "what do you want me to do about it? That's all we have" I told them they should have told me that or given me the option to not get it if they didn't have all the ingredients!! More attitude and they told me to throw it out and finally gave me money back. Over all they couldn't have crates less about doing their job safely, correctly, or with any amount of pleasantness. Maybe a call to the health inspector would motivate them more. read more

The service here has really gone downhill... I order online and walk in and it's never ready. Today I ordered online, walked in and the poor girl at the register had 4 people in line. This location is probably the worst out of the 3 kind of near by, this group is incoherent and lack many skills needed to work at Jamba Juice. 1. Customer service - I always have to wait about 2 minutes for anyone to notice or take my order let alone say hi 2. Juicer being down frequently, I normally get a carrot drink and it's frustrating when the Jamba Juice closest to my house isn't operating properly 3. Having a lack of enthusiasm and just flat out being depressing no one has a smile, I get your at work and probably aren't the happiest to be making drinks for minimum wage but can you at least try to be fake and act like you do? No ones forcing you to be at work. That being said I would just drive to norterra and go to that location the staff is on point read more
