The coffee is good but the customer service is awful, and I mean bad. I've been going here every Friday for 4 years and the girl that works window on Friday mornings has absolutely ruined it for me. The last lady had my drink memorized and was always so sweet. I KID YOU NOT this one deadass hasn't said a word to me EVER, she is completely mute. Every Friday I say "thank you, I hope you have a good day" and she looks at me AND CLOSES THE WINDOW. And everything she hands to me I always smile and say thank you, and she just ignores me. I'm actually shocked she hasn't been fired. I've never been to a place where disrespecting and ignoring your customers is acceptable. Manners are completely dying. We were so excited to try Scooters, specially since they just opened and we had coupons. The drinks were good but overpriced in my opinion, Starbucks is less expensive. I ordered their breakfast burrito which again it's on par if not more expensive then the Starbucks burrito but smaller. So you pay more and get less. I stopped by Scooter's Coffee for the first time to give it a try. My order was ready super quickly, which I really appreciated! The staff was polite and efficient. I tried one of their Red Bull drinks, it had great flavor but was a bit on the sweet side for me and could've used a little more ice since it got warm pretty fast. I also grabbed an oatmeal cream pie, which was decent, soft and sweet, just not overly memorable. Overall, a fast and easy stop if you're on the go and want something convenient! read more

The last three experiences I've had have been so atrocious a review was needed. First go around one of our hot coffees with cream tasted as if the cream was expired. Therefore the coffee was thrown out. The second time a hot coffee was filled so full to the top of the brim where it caused the lid to slip off and made an absolute mess in my cupholders. Third time was the same thing! Why are the drinks not being checked before being handed to customers? After only having my new car for a week and the cupholders have been drenched in coffee. Very disappointed and may not return. There needs to be more proper handling of orders before handing them to the customers. read more

Love Scooter's Coffee, however the customer service at this location is terrible. I frequent this location and the young girl ruins the experience every time. I'm not sure how Scooters gets away with this type of Customer Service. I think it's the same girl Nicole is referring to below, she's still there. She doesn't say ONE WORD to greet you. She has very little choice of words to speak to you with (almost nothing unless she has a question about your order, whipped cream/toppings or salsa, etc), AND she never smiles, almost like the customer is an inconvenience. I always say thank you when receiving my order and SHE USED TO SAY NOTHING, NOTHING!!! Now it's "thank you", and most recently "thanks". Who says thank you as a response to thank you? It's not a one off thing either. How about enjoy? Have a good day? See ya next time? She also never says "scoot on around". I generally enjoy scooters coffee however I drink mine black so not much as far as able to review the more fancy drinks. My comment is about the promotion they did on Halloween. I thought it would be a nice gift for my daughter. I showed up there I was the fifth car in line, exactly when it started at 11 o'clock. When I got up to get my coffee, I asked them about it and they said that they were already out. It would be one thing if they had an explanation for that like oh we never got any or something like that then I could be more understanding but it's pretty annoying to wait in line for about 40 min for four cars. I think the people in front of me had a lot of drinks. I could see they were telling the people in line on foot the same thing because several of those people left disappointed and the 20 cars that were behind me probably also disappointed. I did send message to the contact online, but never received a message back, which is why I'm posting on here. Normally I wouldn't post something like this on here because I feel like this is more for the food or drink but the fact that no one could reach out and tell me what happened is really disappointing and terrible customer service. read more

All right, let me start off with saying I love scooters I like their drinks they're wonderful. They're delicious and I will pick scooters over Starbucks any day. The only issue I have is that I order a medium drink every time I order a medium drink I know the total $6.06 before tax $6.66 with tax and I leave a dollar tip because I don't like that number. But when I specifically go up and no matter how many times I go there I feel like I'm being gaslighted because I asked for a medium and I'm being given a medium and being charged for a large drink $7.58 somebody please make this make sense. I'm going to order on the app from now on apparently because I guess they just wanna press the large button and give a medium drink to you anyways not happy very frustrated and when I asked if oat milk was extra, they said no so my brain was still trying to figure out why then I go home because I'm not gonna look something up while I'm driving and I type in all the information and I go home she charged me for a large and gave me a medium I think I'll just come in in the afternoon when I have people who pay attention to know what they're doing or not go in super early in the morning. read more

Out of the many many coffee shops I've been to, I Don't think I've ever been to scooters? At least not in recent years! I saw there was one not too far from where I live so i went for some lattes! There was no line at the drive through but I went at an odd time (11 am on a Tuesday). My drinks were ready super fast and service was good! I got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte iced with oat milk. It comes with whipped cream and cereal on top but I decided I didn't want. Their Cinnamon Toast Crunch cold brew sounded amazing too. I got my husband a hot caramel latte. Out drinks were really good. Pricing was about the same as any other coffee place. Will have to come by here more now that I know we like it! read more

This was my first experience at a Scooter's Coffee in a brand new location in my area. I ordered a nonfat hot mocha and bacon ciabatta sandwich. Since this is a brand new store they were offering 50% off bakery items. After minimal arm twisting, I added a chocolate chip cookie to the order. I'm happy to report that my coffee drink and food were great. It's really nice to have another coffee shop option in the area. The brand new staff was also very pleasant to deal with and they seemed stoked to finally be open for business. I will definitely be making this a regular coffee spot. I Went to place an order and stood and waited behind a girl who placed an online order and was waiting for 30 minutes already, I waited about 15 minutes and the girl was still waiting. Ordered breakfast and coffee for my staff meeting. Manager made suggestions when ordering. I ordered various breakfast sandwiches along with a large container of coffee. They even included a warming bag to keep them warm for my staff meeting. They included everything I needed. My staff loved it. It was something different other than the usual donuts.
