First off i just want to say that the staff here at this hotel are all absolutely amazing and friendly from check in to check out. My husband i stayed here for two nights as a staycation for his birthday and we needed it to reset and recharge. we've visited this property in the past and they are always so helpful and it's easy to get around, albeit the hilly parking might make those prone to anxiety a little wary. but overall, this was a great time away from our home. The reason i'm updating my review to three stars is because there is absolutely no enforcement of the 21+ rule at the adult pool. While taking a night swim on our last night, we witnessed two teenagers openly fighting and throwing f bombs at a guest who was trying to ask them to not leave their little sister alone in the pool while they cared more about their stupid tik tok dance. Parents and staff absolutely nowhere to be seen. This happened at 8:30 pm and the guest managed to hold his own against two spoiled brats. Please, Hilton, in order for your adult guests to try and have some peace and quiet away from spoiled brats, ENFORCE THE AGE LIMIT AT THE ADULT POOLS. read more

To start off, my wife and I had a great beginning to our staycation. That was until my son said he was hungry. We walked ten minutes to the lobby, and staff directed us to Pointe in Tyme. When we walked in, we weren't even greeted with a hello. The first thing they said was, "We close in five minutes." I grew up working in a bar, and we always served anyone who walked in before closing time, and we weren't even a resort with multiple dining options. Regardless, the staff seemed already annoyed, and honestly, it ruined our night. With so many other options in the area, I wouldn't stay here. read more

Came here to celebrate my birthday with my partner and we were pretty disappointed. Upon arriving, we found our building after driving through the narrowest, steepest and most horrible paved streets ive probably ever seen. We get up to our room and our key card "wasn't working". The door wouldn't open. We stood outside in July Arizona heat for probably 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone for them to tell us we just need to push on the door harder. Alas it opened. Who knew that 9 layers of landlord special paint job might make that a difficult thing? Now.. Transportation around the resort was okay at best. felt like we were going to fly out of the cart because of how awful the roads are paved or how crazy they were driving. Parking was the biggest pain in the arse. It literally tells you to park at your own risk and for good reason. It is impossible to drive past parked vehicles. If you want to keep your side mirrors, I'd recommend putting them in people!!!! The room itself is hot, even though thermostat read 68 it was realistically probably 75 which made sleeping at night difficult. The temperature did not resolve in the night either, despite keeping blinds closed all day. Every time someone flushed a toilet near our room it send an awful whirring noise into our room at all hours of the night. The shower pressure is non existent. The shower head might actually be 10 years old. The pools all looked quite filthy. So hazy and cloudy you couldn't see your own legs. Green tinge to it and random bursts of urine smell and was overrun by unsupervised children. Just absolutely not relaxing by any means. The pool bar looked pretty disgusting as well. We almost didn't want to drink our beers from fear of wherever the garnishes might have been. Oh. Did I mention they want you to pay for wifi if you don't want to sign up for their program?! So weird!! Overall a disappointing experience minus the restaurant on site was fantastic and definitely the (only) highlight of the experience. I've seen people rave about this place so I was really excited when my partner booked it as a surprise so really just upsetting how much it didn't live up to any expectations. However staff was pretty friendly and helpful. read more

My experience here was very nice. We had a room for 3 nights on the cliffs up by the Different point of view driveway. We had a king suite and it was large (1200 sq) on the top floor. Room was clean, quiet and secluded. Service was excellent and very friendly. Had a couple issues in the room, but we had people within 10 min at our room to fix the issues. The pool was great and we had a private Cabana, our waitress was very good and took the utmost amount of time to make sure we had everything we needed and for me this was the best service I've had at a Cabana. They offer shuttle service to the restaurant on the top of the hill (A Different Point of View). They were there within minutes to get us both ways. The only knock on this resort was the restaurant Point in Tyme, tried it twice and the food was just not good. Service was great but the food I would give a 1star read more

The Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort has a beautiful setting with incredible mountain views, great walking areas, and a classic Arizona resort feel. The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing. read more

They have multiple restaurants, 8 pools, hot tubs, a spa, a golf course, a mountain, and more right on their property. You could stay at the resort your whole trip, or you could use it as your home base while you travel. I can't wait to come back here again. I was looking for a good staycation while also earning American Airlines AAdvantage miles and loyalty points to maintain my status for another year. I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. When I checked in, I was given a "room with a view," and charged an additional $45 per night for the upgrade. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no view. Stepping out the door of my room, all I could see was another section of hotel rooms directly in front of us. Looking left and right, there were more hotel rooms, and the view from the balcony was a rooftop covered with AC units. Paying extra for what amounted to a view of concrete and mechanical equipment was extremely disappointing. The next morning, I needed to shower before an important medical procedure. I turned on the hot water and let it run for a very long time, but it never got hot. When I called the front desk, it took quite a while for someone to answer. After explaining that I had no hot water and that I needed to get ready for a medical procedure, the employee asked, "What would you like me to do about it?" Then she followed with, "Do you want me to send engineering to your room?" The lack of urgency and concern was frustrating and came across as dismissive. Once I was finally able to shower, I found hair on the soap dish, hair on the shower walls, and hair in the tub. It was disgusting and made me question the cleanliness of the room. To make matters worse, there was a flashing light in the bedroom that blinked every five seconds throughout our stay. Also had to haul luggage up several flights of steps as there appeared to be no elevator. Parking is horrendous. Overall, this property feels dated, yet it charges premium prices. Between the nonexistent "view," lack of hot water, cleanliness issues, and poor customer service, this stay fell far below what I expect from a Hilton property. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for far less money. I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend paying the premium rates at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. I probably won't ever use a Hilton Honors property again. read more

This Resort is ran down, needs updating and reaching the front desk is impossible. At 11:00 pm, a group of people were outside screaming, yelling, running and zero regard for others staying at the resort or quiet hours. I called the front desk from the hotel phone twice and was placed on hold, to never be answered. I waited 7 mins the first time and 9 mins the second time. I had to call a 1-800 reservation number, reached someone at a call center and explained the issue and the call center person helped by contacting the front desk and linking our call. By the time this was done, it was a couple minutes from midnight. The same day, earlier, our sink started making a noise and a dirty, foul smelling water rose up on our sink. The odor polluted the entire room. I called the desk, a guy came with a bucket and a drain hair puller and the water went down. Our room door had an opening of about 2-3" . I would never, ever stay here again. There are too many other truly upscale properties in Phoenix to enjoy and who have front desk, or concierge that respectfully answer guest's calls. Im aware from experience. Tapitio resort has definitely seen its better days. When you can't reach ANYONE at the front desk, that is a problem. Also, the 75.00 early checkout and 50.00 check out of its after 1:00 pm is a racket. I was done and over with this place, way before 11:00 check out time. Why can't I leave at 9 am, check out and carry on with my day? Nope, I was told I would have to pay a $75.00 early check out penalty. Also, We stayed here for a birthday. I called ahead and spoke with Amy. I explained our special stay and asked her to do something to make the birthday guest feel special. She assured me they would. Absolutely nothing was done for that guest. Another epic fail. They wanted to charge us $38.00 for a bottle of Martinelli's sparkling cider to be set in the room upon our arrival as well. Yeah, no thank you. Save yourself the frustration and look into another place to stay that you won't be frustrated or feel ripped off by. I was forced to leave one star to be able to do the review, otherwise I'd of left NONE. read more

That is the one redeeming thing about this property. The online photos are beautiful but deceiving. For the nightly rate, I was expecting 5 star accommodations. Not the case. Cleanliness, comfort, food and updated rooms are all lacking. This seems to bee a common theme with older Hilton properties. My stay here reminded me why I switched to Marriott. Great stay at tapatio for a soccer tournament! Very attentive staff and the breakfast buffet was pretty good for what you're getting. We also received vouchers for it so it was well worth it for us. There are a lot of pools in this hotel too! Some of them are open till 11pm which is great! And has a jacuzzi! The rooms are nice too no complaints and I love that parking is nearby. Golf carts are there to take you around all you need to do is text the staff. Super friendly staff! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Will def be back! An absolutely gorgeous location. If only the food and rooms matched the top notch view. Having driven past here a number of times, I was excited to finally get a chance to stay. Nestled (as the name indicates) on the top of Tapatio cliffs, you get a stunning view no matter where you are on the property. And as I like to always begin with the positives, I can't commend the staff enough. They were friendly and hard working across the board. I also greatly enjoyed the main pool area, which had waterfalls, a water slide, and food and drinks that can be ordered right to your seat as you soak in some sun. There are multiple other standard pools throughout the resort that you can enjoy if you want to avoid the crowds and kids at the main one. Alas, the room and food were not up to snuff (especially given the prices). The bathroom had a very small tub with staining around the drain, spots on the walls, and the toilet was prone to getting stuck so that the water would run until you lifted the top lid and readjusted the stopper (not exactly what I want to do on vacation!). I also thought it was funny that a hotel of this quality used Angel Soft toilet paper (I know because they kept a spare roll in its wrapper in the room). The housekeeping wasn't great either. I had to contact the front desk to get them to replace out the trash (which wouldn't normally have mattered except they were TINY cans. One room service order filled the whole can). We somehow ran out of tissues (which you'd think housekeeping would check), and our towels were never re-stocked or replaced (and at least one was frayed and had holes in it). I'm not really a stickler for these sorts of things, but it was all surprising given the locale and price. I did report some of these things to the front desk, and to be fair, there wasn't much they could do to fix them. The food was also very mediocre. I had a grilled BBQ chicken sandwich delivered to the room. I asked for cheese on the side (explaining I don't like it melted) and they simply put the sandwich on top of the cheese, meaning the cheese melted to the container LOL! The sandwich was OK but was over-slathered in BBQ so that it made the bun mushy and subsumed any other flavor. The side salad greens were too thick for my liking and had the opposite problem of not enough dressing. I would visit again, perhaps for a day, to enjoy the views and if possible, day pass the pool. But I'm not so sure I'd stay there read more

Liz took care of me every morning for a pick me up. I stayed in a cliff side suite. So spacious, great amenities and beautiful views by day or night. Lots to do and see while on resort. From golfing to a spa they had you covered. They also had many pools and whirlpools. Some for families and others for adults only. Treat yourself with a visit! Eternally grateful to the staff here for making this a memorable bachelorette celebration for my best friend. They really made sure our time here was special. Also the location is great. I chose this location because it was a great spot for all we wanted to do. Pool side drinks upon arrival, gorgeous short hike to a sunset spot, fabulous dinner at their restaurant, and excellent shuttle service around the large property. Finished it off with breakfast (far exceeded expectations) and a hike across the street before I took her trail riding. I'm a Lifetime Diamond status Hilton Honors member, having stayed at over 650 unique properties since 2001. In over 25 years of staying at Hiltons, this is the first property that I will never return to. For the price that we paid per night, I was expecting 4-star accommodations and resort surroundings. What we received in the end was more 2-star accommodations, old/tired rooms, deferred maintenance, minimal staffing. I've stayed at much nicer Hampton Inn properties for considerably less money. Details below, but the executive summary boils down to these issues. * Lack of proper staffing (hotel & restaurant) - lobby wait times, delays in housekeeping room service, delays in restaurant service, lack of outside maintenance * Lack of investment and overall maintenance - old, tired rooms/hallways, dated room furniture, broken items in room, broken steps leading up steep hill, lack of outdoor lighting at night * For what we paid per night, the value was not there * As a Hilton Honors Diamond member there are to be an exclusive line at check-in, signage, acknowledgement of status, benefits provided - none of this existed during our visit No waters offered at check-in, rather "there in the room", once in room, no waters. Shortly after check-in, an automated text message arrives from the hotel, as to how the stay is going so far and can they assist with anything? I asked for three waters to be delivered via the text message, along with two extra blankets, no response to message after 30 minutes, so I had to go back down to the lobby desk that evening and ask for them to be brought up. Once back in room, it was crowded with the bed sticking out 1/2 of the way into the doorway (fire Marshall issue). Deferred maintenance in room and throughout the resort. One agreegious situation is exposed wiring on an electrical box that anyone, especially a curious child could access. Another item of deferred maintenance was broken path steps, leading up a steep incline that on the first evening, was not lit and on subsequent evenings, had two lights on the bottom and top of the steps, but none in the middle of the steps. The resort overall could use more outdoor lighting. As stated in other reviews, while an interesting resort - based upon where it is built, it's winding streets, paths, and overall close quarters grew tiring as you tried to transverse it. I felt that once I complained the first evening, I was flagged in their system as a 'troubled guest'. On day two of our stay, I asked for two bottled waters at the front desk, considering all that I went through to get the first ones - I was told $3 per bottle cost. I told them I was Diamond and that we are paying a daily resort fee, that made no difference, $3 please. We went off resort to purchase waters. Final situation was at check out, after reviewing my bill, they had not applied my Diamond $30 per day credits to the account in full. The desk agent was slightly combative with me over the matter, yet in the end yielded and applied them. He didn't ask why we were were checking out early, we were set for a 5 evening stay, but after the first day, we had enough and canceled what we could and checked out on Thursday morning. We moved over to the Scottsdale Resort and Spa (Curio Collection) and had a wonderful two-evening stay, the complete opposite of what we had just experienced and for less money per night. The positives - The restaurant at the top of the hill - A Different Point of View. It was well staffed, excellent food, well maintained and breathtaking views. Clearly not owned by the same group as the resort itself. read more

My family and i came here in March for baseball spring training, and this was a wonderful place. There are several pools and an adult pool area as well. The food is good, the servers were friendly, overall we had a wonderful stay. They have staff that can pick you up from your room and take you to the pool or another location on the premises. We stayed here in May and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort itself was beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceeded expectations. The only downside was that the pool was colder than we would have liked, which made it hard to enjoy swimming for long periods. Pros: They have texting service where you can get help 24/7, ask for shuttle service around the resort, etc. They responded fast every time. Rooms were pretty clean and beds were very comfortable. Built into the hill, the resort has some steep streets but they have a great golf cart and shuttle service. The employees are friendly and helpful. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite. It was spacious and large. There's a balcony that did have the view of the mountain. We went to the upscale restaurant at the top of the resort Different Point of View. It was phenomenal. Great value for the money even if the resort is a little older than some. It makes up for it in charm. read more

Husband and I were able to getaway for the weekend for a staycation one year anniversary trip. We joined as Hilton members to get a stellar deal for $124 a night. Needless to say, the deal reflects in the value of what we experienced unfortunately. Our suite has been heavily used. The king bed has a huge divot in the middle making it feel like my husband or I are rolling into the center without even trying. The pillows were extremely soft to the point where I avoided them altogether. The suite itself is a decent size but in need of heavy updates and repairs. You can see in the pics below there's improvements needed. Wifi was very spotty and my phone service was already a bit of a mess there. The Falls is a great pool, service and food was good! Drinks were tasty and priced decently. The downside to the pool atmosphere was people sneaking in alcohol from the areas above the western side of the pool, as well as smoking vape and weed around families and children. The smoking, even though it's a non-smoking resort, was even occurring on balconies throughout the day and the night so the area constantly smelled. The on site restaurant Pointe in Tyme was just ok for food. We went for dinner and drinks the first night, we walked in and literally there was one other couple up in the bar. Nobody was there apart from staff, so it was eerily quiet. Drink & food service was quick probably due to lack of crowds. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but husband liked the omelette bar. Highlights: -Nina at the poolside service for the Falls was super kind, quick and helpful! -We had a couples massage by Robert and Rosemary which left us feeling relaxed and softened up. -dinner at Different Pointe of View (phenomenal dining experience!) read more

Stayed here for 1 night for business. Had a room close the fall pools. Checked out the pool side restaurant for a snack and dinner at Different Point of View. Sunset and sunrise viewing was gorgeous. The city light view is nice too but not as spectacular as major metropolitan cities. Room was comfortable. Gym had typical life Fitness equipment and weights. One peloton. Absolutely do not stay here. The property is pretty and the positives stop there. There's always a line at the front desk and it takes forever to get someone to reply to the chat function on the app. Never a parking spot close to your room- we walked a quarter mile in the rain with more stairs and elevation than a hike. In room dining only goes til 10pm. Staff had no clue where your room is, we asked a guy because it was impossible to find the first night at 10pm and the line at the front desk was at least 10 people deep. The signs to 'help' aren't lit up in the dark so we had to get out to keep checking. Participating in a hunt for our room after a long flight really killed the mood of the first night of the trip. The hot tubs are tiny and one was out of service. Only open til 11pm and totally packed since they are so small. The walls are thin and the room next to us had kids and we could hear everything. Stay-cation Heaven! We planned a family stay-cation to escape the Phoenix heat and man was this an outstanding experience! We were treated with luxury service in our poolside cabana. Cool waters stocked the mini fridge, our server was attentive, friendly, and brought our pina coladas right to us in the pool! We ordered food and everything was amazing! I especially recommend the Santa Fe rolls, SO good! Our nieces and nephew loved the water slide and various pool attractions while we enjoyed the less crowded lower deck pool and shady cabana! We felt like royalty and it was perfect way to enjoy a summer day in the desert heat! Going on our list for future family day adventures! read more

Let me start off by saying, before I booked my 3 night stay in March, I thought to myself, "how can a Hilton in Phoenix built into a cliffside that looks so good in photos have a Yelp rating of only 2.8." Well, now I understand perfectly. It's not really that bad, but it is very disappointing, that's all. The property is literally built into the mountain which is cool, but getting from point A to point B involves a lot of hill climbing on narrow driveways shared by service vehicles, parked cars, and patrons driving up and down the hills. Not at all serene considering the beauty of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are okay, suites with a sitting room and a bedroom with a bathroom in-between. The basic suite was spacious and clean. No view unless you pay for it specifically. Pools consist of several small pools and the very large water park which looks like fun for the kids. The regular pools lack much shade and were quite crowded during the very hot few days I spent at the hotel in March. My biggest peeve concerns the restaurant, called Pointe in Tyme. At dinner the first night, the restaurant was packed and the hostess was quite overwhelmed. The small waiting area and the steps outside were crammed with people waiting to be seated. We were smart enough to find a table in the bar and the food was pretty good. Breakfast is supposed to be either ordered from a la carte menu or the breakfast buffet. I had oatmeal and coffee on the first morning and it was fine. On the 3rd morning I returned for breakfast but was told that the kitchen was short staffed and the breakfast buffet for $25 was the only option. I was told that if I wanted coffee and oatmeal it would be $25 just the same since it would be from the buffet. This really ticked me off since I have a $15 credit for breakfast and this is a large hotel and breakfast is the most important meal of the day and frankly I don't want to have to serve my own food from a buffet sometimes when I'm on vacation. I have no idea why this hotel can't be better, but I would find any other alternative. Like I said, it wasn't such a bad hotel, but a huge disappointment when considering how great it could be. read more

I stayed here over winter break. It's in a good location that is close to everything you might need like Target, a grocery store, and Starbucks. There are two restaurants on site and a poolside cafe for ordering cocktails or food. We stayed on the suite side that was close to a waterfall that was pretty loud. We actually had trouble falling asleep some nights due to this waterfall. We were within walking distance to the pool which was heated and the basketball courts. The pool area is nice with two pools. The cocktails we ordered at the bar were mixed well and fairly priced. The building and rooms are a bit dated. The rooms worked well for our trip. Housekeeping wasn't daily during our stay and we had to call to request things like towels and toilet paper that weren't replenished due to infrequent cleanings. The shower had good water pressure which was nice. The restaurant at the hotel was decent with food and drinks. There's a nicer restaurant with a good view of the city that we didn't get a chance to eat at but it seems popular since we weren't able to get a reservation. This hotel is definitely a good choice for families. The pools and basketball courts keep the kids busy and it's a short drive from plenty of places. read more

We stayed at this resort for four nights the last week of August. The place is beautiful and clean. We stayed in a poolside suite on the first floor. There are several pools throughout the resort along with the water village. I wandered into several areas of the resort: registration, the gift shop, the spa, the gym, the water village and my room. As I said before, the place is clean and we felt safe the entire time we were here. The registration area was spacious. We got in at 9pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't busy. I can see there might be a problem if there were several people trying to check in. There would be no formal line. At that time of night, we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to greet us. They were in the back room. The gift shop had plenty of items. Little things that you may have forgotten or souvenirs. I was able to charge what I needed to the room. The massage was very relaxing. While waiting for your masseuse, you sit in a tiny waiting room. I got the 50 minute seasonal massage. For all the massage lovers, this was not long enough! She didn't get to my arms or hands but regardless, I left feeling so relaxed and happy. The gym was small. Not ideal for a regular gym go-er but it's enough to feel accomplished. The water village was fun. There were two main pools and both had servers walking around to take your order from the Cascades Cafe. We had the egg rolls, chicken nachos and one alcoholic drink each. The total came to about $84. The day we were there, only two other couples were also there. It was nice and quiet. The server, I think her name was Jenna Mae, was awesome. Because it wasn't busy, she talked with us for a long time. Food was good, drinks were better. There were areas to sit under shade without having to rent a cabana. Lastly, the room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It didn't come with a microwave but a quick phone call and one was brought to us at no charge. Housekeeping came daily. Not sure if that is the normal though. I had actually called each morning because of one reason or another. The first time, it was because the conditioner had run out. I called to let them know, they asked what time they should come and when I got back to the room, they had cleaned it. It was a pleasant surprise. There are two reasons that I dropped off a star. One was the bed. It was comfortable but there were dips in it that my husband and I kept rolling into. By the last night, we felt a little sore getting out of bed. Also, the pillows were a bit much. They had our necks tilted too high. I actually used the pillow that's provided for the sofa bed. It was in the closet with an extra blanket. The second reason was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am the day of checkout. We were still sleeping and got woken up. Checkout is at 11am. Having said all that, all staff throughout the resort were kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. read more

Very helpful front desk. Got us checked in extra early. Room was clean. The safe wouldn't lock so we called the front desk and security was up in 5 minutes to fix it. Very comfy bed. Great water pressure in the shower. A little difficult to find our room but a nice man on a golf cart showed us the way. The decor in the room could use a little upgrading but was fine. Asked the nice guy at the front desk for some restaurant recommendations and he gave us several good options. After dinner, we got back to our room scanned the QR code for room service to deliver a glass of wine which we received within 5 minutes. A/C in the room worked perfectly. Did use the spa (will go elsewhere next time...overpriced for the quality of service). read more

Would not recommend this hotel. The photos online are gorgeous but very misleading. The rooms are in desperate need of an update between broken outlets, visibly dirty vents, and uncomfortable beds. The service is no better. The gentleman who drove us to our room was very vocal about how unhappy he was with his teammates and seemingly, his job overall. We also ordered room service from one of the resort's three restaurants and it was inedible. We ended up ordered Jack in the Box through DoorDash after experiencing the frozen, fishy calamari and rotten, overcooked asparagus, etc. Overall the accommodations were WELL under expectations for a Hilton Brand Resort. I hope some renovations and improvements are made because it has the potential to be as beautiful as it's scenery, which currently outshines it. read more
