Decided to go to First Watch since I was familiar with the franchise after going to one in Houston. This location is within a rather small parking lot which seems to be dedicated to First Watch, we were able to find a spot near the back of the lot but it was quite crowded when we arrived around 11am. The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time. read more

The food was great usually never come to this location but we wanted to give it a try and it was better then we thought we had a server today a young lady name Ariana she went above and beyond for us and made me and my wife feel welcomed she was on time with are food and she was making sure are drinks were always filled. The atmosphere has a little something to be desired with all the traffic and the location isn't perfect when you're on the frontage road between two busy streets, but I also understand they can only do so much. Quibell, our server was fantastic. Super smiley and puts the customer first. I hope they're paying her well. I loved my French toast and I'm not a French toast guy; my spouse was a little underwhelmed with their food / taste. Stopped here after landing in Phoenix while headed to the Grand Canyon and I am glad I found this place. Service was over the top friendly and warm. The place was busy on a Tuesday morning, but we were greeted and fed quickly. The dishes served at First Watch are not your basic dishes you find at most breakfast cafes. I appreciated the variety. We have ordered take out at various locations and their description and when we order for our kids, they always leave out the fruit. Their menu and photos very clearly show a medium sized ramekin with fruit, but they never include it. I recently went to another First Watch in Dania Beach,FL and the food was over cooked. The million dollar bacon and pancakes was cook to perfection as well as the omelette. Even during a busy peak time, the service was still quick and efficient. Only complaint is if you drive to fast you will definitely miss the turn for this place. I was excited to see this restaurant next door to my hotel. It's not often I can find a location with fresh pressed juices. I walked on over after my workout and was greeted by the friendliest staff. They were even able to joke about sitting outside next to the construction, but I enjoyed being out there. The service was quick including the arrival of my order. The fruit bowl was simple and delicious. There was way too much butter atop the grits but I ate them anyway. I love potatoes and while these weren't bad, they were a bit burnt on the bottom and that also seemed to be where all the seasoning was, so it was a bit confusing my my palate.
