We recently visited First Watch in Phoenix and had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Arely, was attentive, friendly, and absolutely fabulous. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. Decided to go to First Watch since I was familiar with the franchise after going to one in Houston. This location is within a rather small parking lot which seems to be dedicated to First Watch, we were able to find a spot near the back of the lot but it was quite crowded when we arrived around 11am. The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time. read more

The atmosphere has a little something to be desired with all the traffic and the location isn't perfect when you're on the frontage road between two busy streets, but I also understand they can only do so much. I am not a breakfast food person but have had breakfast plates, all good. Usually nowadays when I go I usually go for lunch and get that pick and choose half sandwich and salad deal they have. I recently went to another First Watch in Dania Beach,FL and the food was over cooked. The million dollar bacon and pancakes was cook to perfection as well as the omelette. Even during a busy peak time, the service was still quick and efficient. Only complaint is if you drive to fast you will definitely miss the turn for this place. Finding the restaurant can get a bit tricky. Other than that, I will definitely return here again when visiting Phoenix North. read more

I can't believe it. Seen this place so many times. Coming in hungry and catching up with a friend. This was a great idea. It was cozy inside. I felt comfortable here right away. Looking over the menu I was like "Wow! I have to try a variety of things. There were just too many great options. We started with, (my idea).... Gingerbread Donut Bites. These were accompanied by 2 dipping sauces. Car-a-mel and some kind of whipped frosting goodness. Best Gingerbread flavor this season. It was time to do my food dance. Update - we went back, everything still great but the smoked salmon Benedict wasn't great. The salmon quality was terrible. Dry and looking very orange dyed. I would still go back for the eggs and pancakes though. This is one of the few places that doesn't overcook the scrambled eggs. read more

I was excited to see this restaurant next door to my hotel. It's not often I can find a location with fresh pressed juices. I walked on over after my workout and was greeted by the friendliest staff. They were even able to joke about sitting outside next to the construction, but I enjoyed being out there. The service was quick including the arrival of my order. The fruit bowl was simple and delicious. There was way too much butter atop the grits but I ate them anyway. I love potatoes and while these weren't bad, they were a bit burnt on the bottom and that also seemed to be where all the seasoning was, so it was a bit confusing my my palate.
