    Short stack of pancakes

What a great diner!! Always the best food with the best waitstaff!!!! Was there with a large group and they were so accommodating and patient and got every single order perfect. The food comes out so fast and you never feel rushed!! Always crowded but you never have to wait too long for a table. Great cozy diner vibes!!!

Pretty simple review here. Very quick service and decent food. We got seated right away and the food came out pretty fast. I ordered the pancake deluxe and it was an absolute huge portion. I could only finish the meat eggs and one pancake. If you order this, get the small stack unless you really think you can put away three huge pancakes??. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience here.

    Burnt "huge" Huge!! Breakfast Burrito

Make it snappy and seat yourself! This place is all gas and no rest unless you're a VIP regular but even then you might catch the waitress talking about how rude your husband was the last time you came in behind the counter. Our first time in and once we found out we could seat ourselves we had to choose between the booth with the duct tape covering a huge rip or the wobbly table. We went with the wobbly table. Then we had the waiter running back and forth because we would start to talk and then she'd run off before we finished our sentence. She also had to come back and verify with us our order because she wasn't really paying attention when we did talk. We ordered the cinnamon toll ('microwaved), pancakes (dense) and the breakfast burrito (not sure why they called it huge. It was regular sized. Also burnt inside). Wasn't sure how the check out processes went and since there was so much chaos going on we didn't want to wait so we went to the counter to pay. It was then they finally asked how we were doing and if everything was okay. This place seems like it's one of those i'm starving and it's before 11am and breakfast specials $6.

Have not been here in more than a few years. Used to be my neighborhood hangout when it used to be Pinky's Cafe. Ordered a sandwich with bacon cheese and egg on an English muffin. Coffee cup was never empty. Busy on weekend morning. Still a good spot to grab breakfast brunch or lunch.

This year, I've visited after work with coworkers and after work alone to get more work done. Despite the limited parking out front, there is free curbside parking beside and behind the coffee shop adjacent to the nearby businesses and residential area. There is ample space inside with various types of seating and ample charging and free wifi. The front area has window counter space and couches/love seats to lounge. The back area has small tables, large tables, desks with lamps, and a love seat. My only complaint is that this large area gets pretty hot in summer afternoons without adequate AC or fans back here. It was like this last year when I previously attended the evening coffee raves. Both times upon visiting recently in daytime, I ordered the Dark Horse latte, comprised of dark maple syrup, smoked sea salt, espresso, milk. I love this latte because it's sweet but also has depth from the smokiness and saltiness. While I think the coffee is on the pricier side, I'm incredibly satisfied with my drink choice regardless. Overall limited specialty drink menu (which is what I usually care about when exploring coffee shops) but many options in general. Seems like people mostly come here to be on their laptops opposed to socializing here, which I appreciate. This is an incredible spot to work, especially since they close later in the day at 6pm, offer free wifi, ample seating, ample charging.

Went out of my way for this one and it was totally worth it…read more It's a bit hidden, but once you turn the corner it's a delightful find. It's a fantastic coffee shop designed with simplicity and producivity in mind - hosted in a gorgeous building with exposed brick and ceilings, which give it an industrial feel. My take on the space was it breathes this interesting balance of lingering, connection with others, and productivity. Almost every seat had a corresponding table, so that's a warm invitation to bring your devices in. There was a Ducati (!!!) parked right across from the coffee bar, which I later learned belongs to the owner just sharing his passion with the coffee community. Small detail, but it says something about the place. Definitely not a coffee shop trying to be a copy and paste chain. Menu had a few creative options I wouldn't mind coming back to try. They've also got their own merch line; the cups were also designed well enough that you'd actually want to keep one. There's street art right across from the shop worth a look if you've got a few minutes to spare. If you don't mind a short drive for a great cup and a space that actually feels lived in, this one delivers. PS - Parking can be tricky. It looks like there's ample space to park, but a lot of that is for Galvanize and the offices in the building. Towing trucks come over often, so heads up if you're going to park there. Don't get caught in the wrong spot.

Their simple menu is not overly complicated but has quality craft coffee and other beverages to get you loaded. The housemade syrups are a refreshing upside from the commercial syrups used at a lot of coffee shops. Almond and oatmilk substitutes are available. I like that you can add more syrup to up the sweetness, but it will cost ya. TOUCH GRASS (seasonal)- this strawberry match had a nice sweet and bitter balance of the matcha. The creaminess also mellowed out the whole drink. It is very mild with the strawberry so the sweetness was subtle. Not bad, but depending if you want more strawberry flavor you should add extra shot of strawberry syrup. Overall I think it was a really good strawberry matcha; one of the best I've had. The inside is large and spacious but very sterile like a museum. It kinda gave a cold ambiance. The only downside is that the parking lot is not huge. The spaces in the actual lot are very sparse. The side lot for parking is inconvenient as you have to walk around the long fence just to go in, so trying to get in and out quickly might be a problem. You can definitely get your coffee buzz here, but just remember folks, buzzed driving is caffeinated driving.

I ordered the iced peach black tea, and it was incredibly refreshing with a really nice peach flavor that wasn't overly sweet. The cashier was also super helpful in walking me through the menu and helping me decide what to order, which made for a great first impression. For breakfast, I got the avocado cream. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the chive cream was an absolute standout, it was so flavorful and ended up being the perfect dip for bites of the avocado toast. My only complaint is that it was pretty cumbersome to eat as served. I basically had to deconstruct the whole thing to enjoy it, so I think a different presentation would make the dish even better. The atmosphere was another highlight. It felt much more like a cocktail lounge than your typical coffee shop, which made it a really enjoyable place to sit and relax. Even though I can't personally vouch for the coffee, I had such a great experience that I can't wait to come back and next time I'll bring one of my coffee-loving friends to see if the coffee lives up to everything else!
