Country sausage and eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy.

Don't let the cafeteria seating and drive-thru windows put you off. We came in with low expectations and are pleasantly surprised with a wide menu, reasonable prices, large portions and tasty food. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Great breakfast joint. I ordered to go so not sure how the service is when dining in, but they were great for everything else. Give mom and pop vibes. Definitely worth trying out.

Back to try the breakfast and it was pretty average. This place is clearly the definition of a greasy spoon. if you dine at the counter. Do you want your toast manhandled by the waitress with no gloves. She touches your toast to cut it in fours and then hangs on tight to the toast to butter it. My meal involved fairly normal buttermilk pancakes and a terrible plate of unseasonably home fries. No onions, peppers or salt and pepper in the out of the bag potatoes. Lots of career waitresses here as well.

What can I say but amazing!!! From the food to the server, this place did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and cooked properly, and it tasted great. My only problem is I will have to come back to AZ for this. Road trip anyone

I love this unassuming lil diner that's stood the test of time. Ordered off piste with a simple black tea, I love those mugs lol, sourdough toast, perfectly buttered and piping hot, 1 egg OM which was still a lil more runny than I like and extra crispy hash browns were actually honest to goodness hash browns thank goodness- I'm so grateful and it's the kind of comfort food I was after today. Being a recent transplant to the Phoenix area, I was looking for a good, country breakfast. I found it today at Country Boys! From the second we walked in, Jay greeted us from behind the counter like we were regulars! The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming! Hugs (with a side of loving sass) were on the menu for true regulars:-) The atmosphere felt like a place where everyone is family! And the food...the food was amazing!!!! 'Seasoned perfectly and probably the best breakfast we've had since relocating here! So when you don't feel like a fancy fru-fru breakfast and just want something filling, reasonably priced, and delicious- this is the place!

Chicken Fried Steak, hash browns, eggs, and pancakes . Biscuits not pictured.

Pancakes and biscuits were very good. Served a great portion of hash browns but the chicken fried steak is served in small portion. I also had a Tabasco sauce on table that had bubbles in it. So i would check the dates on the condiments they serve. Diner smelled old and greasy. Chairs were old and uncomfortable.

First time visitors - we were in the area and decided to try late lunch. Few other guests when we were there, but kitchen was busy. Seems they do a lot of takeout-delivery service. Also offer drive-thru. I was happy to see they offer breakfast anytime, ordered a breakfast special English muffin sandwich with ham and side hash browns. It was good. He enjoyed a chopped Philly cheesesteak sandwich, even tho it was too saucy which made the roll squishy. Our service was fast and friendly. Noticed a sign offering 2 for 1 coupons from their website. There's also a check-in offer for Yelp but I couldn't get it to work from my phone. No worries, it was still a decent value for our money. Show some love to the Locals and give Country Boys a try!

Jessica, my waitress was really awesome and very friendly and helped me pick out some really great things on the menu. I had the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries. The German pretzel bites with beer, cheese and the churros with ice cream and a few beers and I have to say the prices are excellent and the food is incredibly good and I don't say that lightning most dive bars are just good for the ambience and a few cheap drinks. This place is great all around. Also, their patio area is dog friendly, so I was able to bring my little furry friend with me and he hung out and laid down near the table. Another bonus.

You can tell right away this is the kind of place regulars come back to often. Food I didn't try much food, but I did have the cheese crisp and it was solid. Light, flaky, and more like an open-faced tostada than a quesadilla. It came topped with green chili and chicken, and everything worked well together. Based on that, I'd expect the rest of the menu to be consistent, even if it's not trying to reinvent the wheel. Service Service was efficient, especially considering how busy it was. No complaints here... you can tell the staff knows how to handle a full house and keep things moving. Ambience This is where the place stands out. The vibe feels like a food network designed a biker bar, but in a fun, not over-the-top way. It's also apparently a Kansas City Chiefs bar, which adds to the identity. There was a live band playing early 2000s rock hits, which kept the energy up. Crowd was friendly overall, very much a neighborhood crowd. Overall This isn't a destination bar, but it's a really solid go-to if you live nearby. Think of it as an elevated dive/sports bar with a strong local following. Good drinks, good energy, and a place that does what it's supposed to do well.

The first thing that stands out is the massive, beautifully maintained outdoor seating area. It's covered, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed with fireplaces and privacy walls that give each table a more intimate feel. There's even an outdoor bar where you can grab a drink while you wait or just enjoy the atmosphere. Inside, the décor is incredibly creative. Butcher knives and custom cutting boards line the walls, and the open kitchen showcases hanging meats so you can see everything in action. The bakery area adds another layer of charm, with rolling pins and whisks hanging from the ceiling, it all feels intentional and immersive without being over the top. The menu is just as fun and different as the space itself. I started with the Sicilian wedge and then had to go for what they're known for, the handcrafted meatballs. You can mix and match meatballs with different pastas, but the real showstopper is the "meatball carousel." It lets you sample multiple meatballs with their recommended sauces, all presented on an elaborate Ferris wheel-style display that turns heads across the restaurant. It's a full experience, not just a meal. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made the night, though, was our server, Mia. She struck that perfect balance of fun and professional, engaging, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. She guided us through the menu, made great recommendations, and brought a level of energy that elevated the entire experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. For dessert, we went with the traditional Sicilian cannoli stuffed with Nutella and a lemon tart that was so good I'd honestly consider flying back just to have it again. This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, creativity, food, and service. I'll absolutely be making this a regular stop anytime I'm in Phoenix.

In lay man's terms, it's effectively a giant hot pocket but the filling is ultra rich, savory and filling. I tried the og - which historically is beef, potatoes and root vegetables and it was definitely thick and filling - the red wine gravy is a must on it as it's a little dry otherwise. My wife tried the Guinness stew one and that was the winner in my book - umami rich, ultra savory tender beef stew with good vegetal notes. Humble Bistro stays in its lane - consistent, dependable, the kind of place you don't have to overthink. Last night, the table went in on a margarita pizza add ricotta, meatballs, caprese, and short rib pappardelle. And yeah, HB is consistent, but this round came back a little uneven. The pizza leaned too long in the oven, Forno bread punched hard with salt, and the caprese felt a bit "overproduced," like it was trying to impress instead of just being. Service was excellent! Best moment of the night came after dinner. I asked for a standard Italian digestif, no dice. Swung to a go-to dessert liqueur, also a no. I feigned disappointment, and the server, without missing a beat, informed me: "We're French, not Italian." Hmm.... See you next time, Humble Bistro, where we'll probably go in on another pizza, pappardelle, meatballs and the chicken parm.... OUI OUI!!

They're clearly pretty happy with themselves how they do things now. The decor is depressingly stuck in the '90's, which because of how small it is and how it's laid out could easily be fixed by updating just the barstools and artwork. Not gonna happen. The food is usually excellent, and they have a very good wine list. Prices are in line with a nice restaurant in this part of town. Just hope everything's to your liking because they have no interest in fixing it. Servers have been there forever, which can be helpful and entertaining...aaand inattentive if they don't already know you because they'd rather be talking it up with the regulars at the bar. I've been there when the service was on point and had a nice evening. I've also been there when they were too busy chatting with people they'd rather talk to to bring me what I ordered, then gave me attitude and a lecture when I asked it to be taken off the bill. The folks at Rusconi's obviously love what they do and how they do it. They seem interested in coming up with new dishes or specials to keep things fresh, and they execute them well. If you go, just know you're gonna get what you're gonna get.
