I came in and it was decent donuts and great service. Donuts racks were full at 5 PM so that was impressive. I had a chocolate donut with peanuts and a Buttermilk plain. Both were very good. They had plenty of drinks, which I was grateful because I had planned on picking up a $3 bottle of water on my way up to my room but here I could get two bottles for that price. My family I love Bosa donuts and have frequent many locations but this was our first time at this location. We were nearby and decided to stop in for half a dozen . We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop , fully stocked drink case and quite a large selections of donuts still avail around 7pm. We did have a little bit of a wait,being that there was only one young lady working . She was running back-and-forth to the back. She was friendly and kindly assisted us. We got home and were excited to enjoy our donuts, and after the first bite, we were disgusted that donuts had a foul taste that we couldn't have explained. It made us nauseous. It was as if it was old and yeah, it was still trying to be sold. They did not taste fresh like we are used to. All 6 donuts were tossed in the trash and unfortunately that was such a waste of money. They were extremely dry. Never again. We suggest tossing out old donuts if they were not sold because they were absolutely disgusting. When I got there, I found out that they only have pre-fabricated coffee drinks, and only flavored with various types of sugar, flavored flavoring. Bosa is one of my favorite donut spots in the Valley. They're basically everywhere and consistent in the quality at every location I've been to. This one was a bit busy on a Wednesday morning but service was efficient and quick. I ordered an assorted dozen, a mix of jelly filled (my favorite), chocolate sprinkles, cake, old fashioned, and a Boston Cream. The raspberry-filled donut was tasty and I didn't try any other ones, but my coworkers enjoyed them. I had the worst experience I have ever had at a donut shop here today!! The customer service was unbelievably horrible!! I have been to this location many times, but I have never been treated so poorly as I was today! I ordered two large Boba drinks and one dozen donut holes! When the order came out both my drinks were small and one of them was the wrong drink. I thought we had the wrong order. when I told the young lady, she said that's what I ordered. I told her knew it wasn't. I had already paid and she said she would have to charge me more for the large drinks. I told her not a problem because that's what I wanted. She never apologized for making my drinks wrong and then charged me an extra $7.50 when I questioned her on the extra price, she said that that's what it would be. It seemed way too expensive to me so I asked for a receipt. She overcharged me by 4 1/2 dollars when I went to her to tell her about the overcharge she still never apologized for either and told me to make sure I get my order right next time!! unbelievable and horrible service. They have a wide variety of flavors - glazed, cinnamon sugar, and toasted coconut being my favs. No matter how busy they are, they get you in and out quickly (if you can make up your mind about what you want!). This location is next to aqua-tots on a pinnacle where we are taking our infant for swimming classes. My wife saw it and so she obviously had to try on our first visit itself. LOL. We tried coconut cream and Boston cream donuts along with the ham jalapeno croissant and also took a mango shake. Overall it was very good. Donut is never my thing but it tasted good. Whereas my wife loved it. The shake was my favorite and I like that. The restaurant is huge with plenty of seatings and a lot of things on the menu. It was very clean too. Rude rude and more rude. I love donuts, and I have been a Bosa donut fan for about a decade now, so I was shocked when my visit to this location was so terrible. Bosa donuts has the best donuts in town, but don't come to this location. My husband and I came with high hopes of buttermilk donuts, chocolate cake donuts and apple fritters delighting our tastebuds and sweet teeth, but sadly this did not occur. Upon entering Bosa we were greeted by a woman who was annoyed we were there, rolled her eyes at us, and did not want to take the coupon we received in the mail. She was very cold and dismissive and obviously did not want to be working. We asked for the donuts we wanted but she said they were out and had no more for the day (it was only noon). Our high hopes of delicious donuts soon came crashing down and we had to settle for the mediocre donuts that had already gone somewhat stale that day. Other Bosa locations have better donuts, more of a selection, and friendlier staff. Do not come to this location; it's a waste of time and money and instead of making your day better it will just end in disappointment. I hate to give such a negative review, but until things change here we won't be going back and others should enjoy quality donuts elsewhere. We just discovered the breakfast sandwiches and are loving them!!! The croissants are great in these as are the plain bagels. The ham is lean and tasty, the bacon is crisp and not floppy. Also ordered a tuna on croissant which was incredible!! Good amount of tuna salad was packed in that croissant, which was a nice touch instead of the usual flat, hardly any there that other places do. We also had these delivered and I gotta say, it was pretty fast delivery!!! So much better than Dunkin! These donuts are consistently fresh and delicious! Of note are the huge croissants that have the option of ham and cheese or just cheese baked inside. Our family also enjoys the tigers' milk boba drink, Boston cream donuts that are well filled, and apple fritters that have caramelized sugar on the outside. First, the donuts and drinks are always consistently good! It's the only non chain donut shop for a few miles. But why a two star review? Well since it opened 3 years ago, the prices have doubled. Sure there's inflation but it's not 100 percent inflation but the prices reflect the lack of competition. Secondly the place is just dirty. They have about 12 tables in there today and literally every single one, including many of the seats were covered in crumbs or sugar. Mind you they have four employees there and no one sitting down, so it's just poor management. When I asked the manager if I could get a rag to clean it, she came out promptly to clean it. Problem is the seats still had chunks of dried of sugar on them. Clearly they're not cleaning the store everyday, because it was only 11am. Bosa has been a successful local chain for many years. Just went to Bosa today. We have gone here for years and have had no issues. Today was different unfortunately. I ordered two drinks, which they got right but first warning sign was the lady taking my order kept asking me to repeat what I wanted. Then when I handed her the coupon, she acted annoyed that I did that. I took the drinks out in a drink carrier. They didn't secure them all the way into the carrier and as soon as I tried to shift it to fix this, one fell on the ground next to my car and I was able to catch the other one. I went back in, didn't even leave the premises, explained what happened. The lady told me they would have to charge me again if I wanted another one. I argued my case and she turned to another girl behind her and they smiled at each other and were whispering what to do. The same lady turned back around and said they would have to still charge me for another one. My husband called the manager, and he said the same thing. The excuse??? Because it happened outside even though it was right there in front of their store. Never going back to Bosa again. You have lost a customer that has been loyal to your store for the past 7 years. read more
