The avocado toast I took to go and my very first bite there was a long brown hair intertwined with the avocado so I had to throw it away I will try again but for now a 3 star is all I could muster with my first experience.

The drive thru line was very quick! You order at the speaker and someone comes out to take your payment. Once you get to the window, you get your coffee and your bean. The "bean" is a chocolate covered coffee bean! The flavor and texture was definitely something new to me, but worth the try! The staff were quick, efficient, and kind. I KID YOU NOT this one deadass hasn't said a word to me EVER, she is completely mute. Every Friday I say "thank you, I hope you have a good day" and she looks at me AND CLOSES THE WINDOW. And everything she hands to me I always smile and say thank you, and she just ignores me. I'm actually shocked she hasn't been fired. I've never been to a place where disrespecting and ignoring your customers is acceptable. Manners are completely dying. I literally dread going there every morning which is not right. Update: I haven't seen her since this review. Thankfully I think they listened and I can keep going there.

I ordered four drinks total, when the order came. We noticed sons honeydew drink with crystal boba wasn't in there, instead it was a jasmine tea. No boba. Which is odd, I saw him add it to the order. I noticed the drink I got for my husband had boba which I don't add. They showed me the order and sure enough it said what they gave. I told them there must have been an error but okay. My son was clearly upset, not hysterical but trying not to cry (he was really looking forward to it). The guy who made the drinks just walked away didn't try to help. Remaking the drink would have been easy. The girl at the front just stared at him while I explained that we must have made a mistake, I saw him add his drink but I should have double checked. Although we used the kiosk, most places with good customer service would gladly remake a drink if you don't like it. They did not care, they were rude and nasty to myself and son. I didn't get any food but the pastries looked amazing. My coffee was very yummy. Their espresso is roasted really well so no burnt taste. The service was great as well. They had two people working and we interacted with both. I also snapped a photo of all of their flavor options as I didn't see those anywhere in the photos. They have a lot, so lots to try when we go back (which we will!).
