My dad was just there around 11 on july 5th , he speaks little to no english, so he called me and gave the phone to the lady where she started screaming at him saying NO NO NO NO NO ENGLISH STOP and made a very bad face at him , when she was serving him in english beforehand, the donuts are always good but the service is always is like this and always the same lady, Dont know if she didn't like the fact that my dad didn't know english but honestly just plain rude and embarrassed my dad infront of all the other ppl in the store. Missing stars are for a couple reasons: 1. The only bottled water they sell is arrowhead. Blech. 2. The ham and cheese croissant I got had a weird taste to it. It is almost as if the incense smoke got into it. There are pros, though. There is plenty parking, the guy who helped me was nice, and there was a good amount of donut options in the middle of the afternoon. I got a buttermilk to eat later and it was still soft and fluffy an hour later. This is one of the closest Bosa Donuts closest to me, so I will probably be back. The doughnuts are fine. There were the usual mix of donuts, the selection you'd see at most donuts shops, the prices were very reasonable, I picked out two, the apple fritter loaded with apples and the Cinnamon roll. All of the employees here are very friendly. A very nice family runs the shop. And, the best donuts ever to boot. The glazed buttermilk bars are my go to. Donuts are supposed to be a little greasy soft but not oily, sweet, and melt in your mouth. These meet all 3 qualities. And the glazed donuts are my favorite as well. So, I come here and get a half dozen or a dozen of glazed buttermilk bars and glazed twists and donuts. But nonetheless, all donut lovers know best. And this shop is the best in town. They're so fresh, so tasty, such a variety and the sweet owner (I'm assuming that's what she is because she's ALWAYS there) will always have a smile on her face no matter how slammed the place is (I've seen the line go all the way outside). side note: Bosa, in Arabic, means kiss. That's what attracted to me to the place (my cultural roots kicked in and I excitedly thought the owner was Arab). Let me tell you something Yelpers. The first time my Boy brought home a Bosa buttermilk donut it brought me to my knees. It was the best donut I ever had. Truly one on my best of deliciousness list. It was crispy with a moist, spongy, fresh center and was nice and big. It had little nooks where there was more crispness and a wonderful glaze. All their donuts are top notch- the glazed, apple fritter, chocolate covered and the plain old fashioned. Now, ta ra ! Now they have the Buttermilk with CHOCOLATE glaze over the top, and it was over the top. Even better than the regular one. I dream of it. Tomorrow we are getting 12 for Super Bowl. I have been back in the Metro area since April of this year, and had yet to find a store with jelly donuts worth eating. I was somewhat familiar with Bosa Donuts, so, I drove to this location about an hour ago, in search of one. Even though it was late afternoon, there was still an excellent selection. I wanted a sample of the jelly donut, but was told they didn't provide that. I ordered a dozen donuts, a variety, amongst them two jelly donuts. I just finished one of them, and it was GREAT! The donut was light and fluffy, perfectly glazed, and generously filled with raspberry jelly, what my Father used to call Bucket Jelly, LOL! I have yet to try one of the other donuts, but I am certain they will be just as scrumptious as the one I just had! They have ice cream and some cool beverages as well! What's unique and cool about this place is that the donuts are still good the day after. I wish there was more of a selection, but my favorites had to be the cake donut, the soft sugar donut, and the chocolate donut with peanuts all over it.
